I was there in order to transfer my…read moreeSIM from my old unusable phone to a new phone that was delivered te previous night by Asurion. I should have been able to do this on my own very easily, but because the screen on my old phone was unusable, I had to go into the store. Tanner was incredibly helpful, and we ended up having to call AT&T to get security clearance to transfer the eSIM. That process was extensive, but with good reason so that accounts don't get hijacked. All in all it took about 45 minutes, and Tanner was very helpful and friendly. He did mention that I had an unnecessary add-on of a single line protection plan, while also have a multi-line protection plan, so he removed that redundant coverage. After my visit, I did receive an email from AT&T letting me know about a home protection add-on that had been added to our account (this wasn't discussed with me and was a surprise.) I'm not sure if this happened while in the store or an accidental thing from AT&T, but I was able to remove it through the app. Just seemed odd that we removed one thing, and then another, more expensive unnecessary thing popped up. All in all, great experience, just make sure to check your bills for unneeded add-ons after a visit to any AT&T store.

We have tried calling several times and keep getting redirected out of the store to an on call person, who's told us "no one's clocked into this store" even though business hours indicate it's open. So we decided to drive to the store ourselves and there was a young man blasting music outside the store and wouldn't let us into the store, and that he was on lunch for another 45 minutes. We asked if we could please just pick up our watches and tried to explain we've been trying to get our watches and he said no. If the manager could please contact us from this store that would be great... we just want our watches. Update 6/21: Still cannot pick up our watches. Attempted to call the store and an employee answered and after we asked where our watches were, he replied "no packages have arrived." When we asked if we could check the tracking number to see where they were the employee responded again "no packages have arrived." We asked if a tracking number was available to we could try to find the watches ourselves and the employee responded "there was no tracking number" .... We then asked for the manager and he responded that the manager would be in tomorrow. If the manager of this store could please reach out to us that would be great.
