My wife and I went into the AT&T store in the Solano Mall yesterday with our new Christmas gift--an iPhone. We are retired, in our sixties, and we definitely needed assistance with the technology involved in this new phone. We were helped by employee Brea Davis. She spent a full hour with us, setting up our new phone, activating it, demonstrating it, explaining it--and she was cheerful with a smile on her face the entire time. Jess had helped me swap out (2) SIM cards last minute. I came in @ 8:45pm when they close @ 9pm. Was prepared to get some eyes to roll because I came in late but she greeted me and helped me out in less than 5min. Amazing customer service, very receptive. Thanks Jess! read more

We visited the store on a Saturday morning to get a non-smart telephone for my 91 year old Mom. We were greeted immediately and assigned to Simone to help us out. I woke up to find out I had no service on my phone so I drove down to the store and my experience was a very pleasant one. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and I began to explain my situation to the sales rep. He fixed me up with the right card with no hassle. He did mention the U-verse service but when I politely declined any interest in it, he did not press the issue, which is always appreciated since I know they work on commission. Horrible service! I stood right in front of the cashier for at least 5 minutes whom was talking to another employee before they finally acknowledged me. We walked around the whole store looking for a charger for my phone and not once did anyone greet or help us! By the time my husband found the charger Justine finally says Oh, can I help you with something? How rude! I felt like I interrupted their conversation or something! This is another place that deserves a zero! Work on your customer service skills people! Should of went to the vallejo store where they greet you right when you walk in the front door!! read more

Tried to change my phone within 2 hours of buying it and they said i need to pay a restocking fee of $45. This was not even mentioned to me! Manager cant do anything abt it. Whats the sense of you can exchange it in 14 days but there's $45 fee? What kinda pisses me off was they were still asking me what i dont like abt 8! I said i want 7! Geez! The worst experience with att it all started with an upgrade for my gf we even talked about a promo where one would be free as long as i bought it within the 14 days and signed up for direct tv I said ok we will think about it everything was good the following week I decided to upgrade myself from the s5active to the s8+ and got a watch to go with it did the direct tv package everything is fine they make an appointment the following week they show up 20 mins later they say they can't setup because trees are in the way blah blah the installer said look att should honor the promo as it's not your fault i will put it in my notes ok so the next week I go to att on my day off the store tells me I can't return the second phone even tho it's only a few days shy of the 14 days she he says try uverse we can have them out next week then they call to say sorry we can't install at your location so frustrated I call art and talk to them they can't help so I ask for a supervisor and she is like I'm sorry there is nothing I can do I'm like even if I keep my direct tv now package. Nope all right now I can't return a phone and I'm stuck with an extra payment on a device when I should still get the promo because I went through all the hoops and loops to try to make it happen they no longer wave activation the fee's for Business phones & corporate companies it's a shame what happens to customer service at least she put me back on my old data plan where I get 30 gb and a hot spot for the 15 gb price in the end when I can pay off the phones and watch i will then probably cancelling service as a customers for over ten years i will consider straight talk from Wal-Mart or something comparable this is ridiculous all the company's care about is money not customer service so why not pay less for the same service!! read more

i have a major recurring issue with my at&t internet bill. every month since feb 2020 there is a past due amount on my bill that i do not owe. i'm not sure how many times is too many times to be dealing with this problem, and why can't i talk to a competent c.s.r who is willing to do there job and follow through with the correction so that i don't have to get irate every month when my statement comes and then i am in a position where i am angry and then i have to call and speak with a representative named april at the call center and she i am sad to say needs another job someplace that isnt very busy, doesnt expect much from her and hopefully she will have zero contact with any customers. she was horrible, rude, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent. she had zero listening skills, she was condescending, and a very poor person of contact to represent any company. i has to basically bully her into escalating my call to her supervisor. i am thoroughly disappointed. i expect more and should rightly be treated with courtesy and respect and neither were present. her attitude was so poor that my main issue seems very minor compared to the interaction i had with april. i really hope she is reprimanded and re trained, transferred or fired. read more

AT&T has the worst customer service. I bought an iPhone 8. I returned it because it was the wrong color. I then received the correct color iPhone. However AT&T will NOT REFUND my money for the returned phone or send me a phone even though they acknowledge they have received the iPhone read more

I was comparing deals and phone pricing between AT&T and BestBuy and found AT&T to have the best deal. I was assisted by Melissa who is very kind and knowledgeable which made my shopping experience very pleasant, not only did I get a great deal on my phones but she also got me a better deal with my Uverse, total win win. Once everything was almost done, the manager Lawrence was able to match a price for my protective cases!!! Very nice. Therefore I highly recommend doing business with this location because you will get the best deal out there with the help of their professional and knowledgeable staff. read more

I have been with them 15+ yrs. 3 yrs ago one of there sakes people switched my account w/o my permission from unlimited data. Because it wasn't until recent I've had overage charges. When I inquired I was told my unlimited had been taken off and because I didn't call it was a done deal. Then they owed me a credit but since staff didn't put it in correctly in Nov they still promise to do it but state they can't back date it. But when I say I'm changing providers all statements end up being lies both by staff in the store and on the phone. They suddenly can do things that just minutes before they couldn't do. They have become to big for their own good. It's all about the $$$ to them not the customer. I'm moving on after being faithful to them for so long. read more

i got a new phone for my daughter who is a student and informed the sales persons that i need an insurance on that phone. after 3 months, my daughter's phone was stolen and when im asking for a replacement for the phone, i was informed that the phone was not insured at all. and if ever it is insured they will only cover at least 70% of the price not 100% and i need to pay $300. what an insurance that is and this was never mentioned to us at all. so makes the story short, i never got any replacement because of the "dumb" mistakes of that sales person for not including the insurance even i told her so!!! this is so wrong and so unfair!!!!! read more

I walked in to the store on 3/24 ready to leave AT&T. Our bill was almost 300$ and the ads are saying 10G at 175! I had had it, my husband too, but when we walked in we were greeted by Justin. He changed it all. He helped us change our plan, he calculated the new bill twice and even gave us a bill credit! He was great! The most helpful employee I have ever met at an AT&T store! He even hooked us up with a mobile WIFI for dirt cheap. Although the store is not my favorite if you have to go, ask for Justin! read more

Very disappointed with the aggressive, misleading and used car salesman like tactics of at least one staff person at this store. It's bad enough how ridiculously priced this stuff is, but to be bullied and conned into a higher-priced plan is NOT customer service. I will never go there again. read more
