If i could just gave 0 star i would, manager here named YOHAWN is not professional, he is not even asking what plan do you want for your line, and he do not explain very carefuly what would be the price and bill that you need to pay in the end of the month. Found out that he gave me the highest plan without asking for it i was shocked when i saw my bill, i felt like i get scammed giving me the highest plan without me knowing, because they want to get the highest commision and sales, the manager here yohawn is not honest and will lied you just to get comission and he also dont know how to help and deal with the costumer who is complaining very unprofessional. Firs staff member was great. Day one he helped me to contact corporate and make the necessary changes after my fathers' death. The second time... Pale compadre in the store, flat eyed stared at me, didn't listen. Treated me like I was stupid, after I had called corporate and cleared the number. It was so rude I left. I went to the store at the Fairfield mall, they handled me and I opened a new account, bought a new phone, and got all things in order AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED AT THIS STORE... but it was not because young and pale compadre had it in his head he knew what I was talking about and did not listen to me. Beyond pissed. Walking my mad ass to the store or reach out to HR. Was there for two hours with a 3 year old just to get scammed by Shawn ! Terrible service and communication. Worst customer service ever! I came into the store just to return a T-Mobile Cellspot. I read on TMO's website that in order to return it at a TMO store, you can not have started the return process. However, when I went to the store the first employee asked me, "do you have a return label?" I explained that the website states that I should not do this and showed him the site. Immediately, a black gentlemen, who I assume was the manager jumped in and told the employee to walk away and ignore me. I was left perplexed. I wasn't aggressive, combative or belligerent. I didn't get so much as an explanation if they had changed their policies from what was online and no offer to help resolve this with their customer service. This is the worst kind of customer service is this where they don't explain anything and just ignore you. I've had better manners children. read more

Well I will keep it personal but just want a shout out for IMARA at the T mobile location at Texas and Cement Hill in Fairfield for her awesomeness for helping me out with the transition. It took more days and more call back and forth since I had to take more steps from my old carrier which was a bit hassle and complicated than I expected but she was with me patiently and professionally all the way and even gave me good deals. I give credits to her other fellow associates too for always promptly answering calls staying professional and polite and helpful. C.J. from store 4533 was extremely deceitful. He lied to me about the amount of several charges on my bill. I was informed that my monthly bill will be around $130 but turned out to be $240. After I contacted customer care, we found out that 1. He didn't apply the promotion like he said 2. He didn't add protection plan/insurance on our phones like he said 3. We were charged for a 3rd line but did not request one 4. I am being charged a monthly equipment fee for my device but it should be free because I traded in an eligible device, per the promotional details. Please make sure your sales associates are not promoting deals that are not true. Giving out false pricing information just to get a new customer. I am absolutely appalled at how much trouble I had to go through to correct his mistakes with customer care. Even after 3 hours on the phone, my bill was still $50 higher than promised. read more

Seeing the reviews here makes me think they all have a right to say that some of the employees here are rude. I called to check if they had the anti glare screen for my iPhone 11 and the girl that answered didn't give a proper greet which I let it slide since maybe they are busy, then when I asked her the question she said Yeah Yeah and I'm like ok so I repeated myself to make sure the screen is available and with more attitude she's like Yeah Yeah didn't you hear me and as I was going to say one more question she hangs up the phone. I got there at 845 to pay my bill and she said we close at 8 I said your sign in the window says 9 and your website says 9 as well. Then she started getting an attitude and started raising her voice. If i could give this location negative stars I would. Staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. My family and i called in to see if they had a certain phone in stock. We were told they had it available so we headed over to this location. We waited 30 mins for them to "check in the back." 30 minutes were up and they come out letting us know that the last phone was sold 10 minutes ago. First of all, how does it take 30 mins to look for a phone in the back? After that, get this! The tall gentleman with dreads told us that he was going to a different location to get us the phone. I have been to the T-Mobile store on North Texas across from Walmart three times. Everytime it was a disaster. They were playing and talking to each other, while there were several customers waiting. Each time they were playing very loud rap music. People were walking out. There were staff who would go to the back of the store and not help the customer. the 1st time i went the person who helped me ( Javon perhaps?) was respectful and professional 2 weeks ago despite rap music blasting and coworkers fooling around not addressing customers talking about amongst themselves -personal business- relationships etc. One employee kept brushing his scuffy beard - hmm personal grooming on the floor? The following weekend we had to return same thing cept the guy who helped us with locks - rude, barely acknowledged us, did a half job transferring data, and same environment -rap blasting, talking amongst themselves- modeling, music career, making their own videos, this week had an issue an drove to the Vacaville store then deal with this. Management needs to start doing random drop bys or send undercover shoppers. I am looking forward to the shop over by Target reopening so much better service. read more

So I stopped by today to pick my phone for an exchange under my warranty plan. Upon arriving @ 3:30 pm (because my order was supposed to arrive by 3:30 pm) I inquired if my phone has arrived in the store. Anthony, the sales associate informed he would check in the back. He took no less than two minutes to check and came back stating it wasn't there. I informed him that it should have arrived, as T-mobile informed me it would arrive by 3:30 pm on 04/09/18. He didn't offer to check a second time but instead told me to come back tomorrow. I called a representative right away and spoke to Jay. Jay informed me that my phone arrived at 11:50 am on 04/09/18 and that the store received and signed for the package. So I return back to the store, and again spoke to Anthony. He checked one more time, this time he spent no more than 5 minutes to check and said that the phone wasn't back there. He offered to check the status of the phone on their computers. He showed me that the status of the phone was "shipped to the store" but his excuse was "it may say that but it's not here". I provided him all the facts and he still stated and stuck to his guns that the phone was not there. I called a rep for the second time and this time the rep reached out to the store. Mind you, this all took place within half an hour. And once the rep got into contact with Anthony I was transferred to a three way call in which Anthony stated "the phone just got here, so it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes". I'm not an idiot. I knew the phone was there the entire time. What it was, was that no one bothered to take the initiative to check the packages in at 11:50 am and do a solid check. Instead they wanted to be lazy and get paid to sit around, chit chat and blast their music. Lesson of the story is, this store won't do anything about received packages until you speak with customer care. They're extremely lazy and unprofessional. read more

This amazing Mobile expert just hooked me up in the biggest way :-) I had a horrible experience with another T-Mobile store as well as calling the 800-number and Jacqueline turned it all around! I scheduled my appointment online and called the store to confirm, Jacqueline answered, expressed her apologies for my frustration and said she couldn't wait to see me so she could help me out. When I showed up for my appointment she was there waiting for me with the biggest smile and assured me that she would have all of my issues resolved in no time! She headed to the back and got the phone that I wanted, she remembered from when I called...I thought that was the sweetest thing. She hooked me up with a new phone and the whole thing only took about 20 minutes!! I was so blown away by her professionalism And multitasking abilities! As new customers would walk into the store she would greet them with the same big smile she greeted me with and assure them that she would be right with them as she was answering all my questions, ringing me up and hooking up my new phone. CLASS ACT!! Before today I literally was going to leave Tmobile and go to Sprint... until JAQUELINE turned EVERYTHING AROUND!!
