I went into the store due to a promotion showing hey on the phone get the new iPhone 17 for free walked in the store and I was informed I had a different plan and I just $91 and all of a sudden I'd be good to check it as they went over to the manager. They confirmed it came back charge me $91 so my new phone for free as soon as that $91 went through Manager came over the new phone would be $600 and they were misinformed. I asked them my money and I'll keep the phone I had and I was responded back with we can't do that. Call the helpline.. I then called the helpline after waiting for 40 minutes on hold for someone to tell me that they have to do it in store. Eric was swamped with 3 customers ahead of us (my wife Mae & I). We waited patiently & Eric in cooperation of his assistant was pulling out items from their back room stock to keep his customers occupied. Eric, with his years of experience & expertise was keeping up with his customers request! My carrier from CA already has been prepared with necessary log in & access codes. Currently, adding me on to AT&T; my wife already worked up an estimate cost @ $ amount. We chose between cost to join & with the cleared trade in value of my existing phone we would get added $ for the added new iPhone & + a new addition to. Eric, concurred with our transaction & we all were on board. So far it's just the actual time spent to get all info from new to old phone info. We left that evening @ 3.0 hours with Cloud info & passwords access. I came back the next day & he rechecked the information & Cloud to be complete. Eric, gave me thorough instructions regarding erasing info & all other information are carried over. As I mentioned earlier, I'm very adamant about my requests & Eric's customer service & professionalism came thru. I spoke & my opinion varied from my wife's perspective & as always I rev people up & I was one star less!? Eric came thru bc I'd be coming by or calling on him regarding future inquiries; Eric is the best person to see & customize your contract with a list of options that'll make you get the most for the money that you spend! Unfortunately, he can't make "outside deals" that can cost him his job! Thank You So Much Eric & hopefully this review will gain you more customers than before. Thanks **Hayden** for being so AMAZING and working so diligently with our family!! My partner and I walked in to upgrade our phones to the iPhone Pro Max and Hayden was professional, patient, and accommodating to all our needs. He gave us so much useful information and walked us through getting off a joint account AND getting off my old provider (T-mobile) plan. He made sure our kids were able to buy a new phone and accessories and even helped me get my Apple Watch programmed for cellular data! I could really go on and on about the wonderful work Hayden did. His coworkers came around to put the store TV on a kid's channel for our kids and checked on us to make sure we were ok. Hayden handled his coworkers' minor issues fluently while still helping us, and you could tell there was incredible teamwork between the whole staff, and they were all rooting for him. Hayden said he had just moved to that store and I'll say this to upper management: WELL DONE!! Please let him stay!! As a sign of respect and gratitude, our whole family will be returning in a couple days to buy even more accessories and product from Hayden. No discounts or perks promised, just spectacular service. I'm in the parking lot after waiting patiently for quite a while for service and never even being acknowledged that I was sitting there. The employee working was providing service to another customer and I didn't mind waiting, but what bothers me is that I didn't even get a "hello, I'll be right with you." Nothing. There was even a pause where the other customers were doing something else and the AT&T employee STILL didn't say anything to me sitting there. I walked out. There are plenty of other cellular providers and I'm a business customer searching for a backup cellular solution for my office. read more

Giving 5 stars for the service provided by the associates at this location, they do know their products and go above and beyond to help customers. Unfortunately AT&T corporate has failed at providing a good framework for them to service business accounts. Since I've been a business customer for so long and I've got an older plan I'm unable to add any new devices to my account. For AT&T corporate I'd give 0 or negative stars. It's confounding the lengths to which AT&T corporate has gone to setup terrible customer experiences for business customers and even worse for the AT&T associates that are in-stores. By not enabling the store associates to complete tasks and the terrible customer experience of 1-2 hours minimum when calling for business accounts it creates a terrible environment of the store associates having to deal with frustrated customers due to factors outside of their ability to fix, which the associates would like to. I would not recommend using AT&T for cable, satellite, cellular or business. However if you have to deal with AT&T this is the best store to come to if you want a resolution. For my business account despite their best efforts the only option was to cancel the line. I did not end up with the resolution I wanted which was due to AT&T corporate despite the associates best efforts. Alexander, Leo, and Anna are exceptional associates and much better than AT&T deserves. read more

Watch out for authorized retail vs authentic corporate stores. There is a big difference in price, what they take back and retail is not the real deal and they won't tell you. I had to find out the hard way after having issues returning something. service was literally awful. me and my mother went in to get my screen replaced and the man at the counter was standing talking to a woman who was supposed to be paying for her items, the two of them stood there talking chit chat for the entire time we were there. it wasn't about products or anything business related. it shouldn't have taken 20+ minutes for me and my mother to get the news that they didn't even have a screen protector for my phone. very awful service, will not be coming back. read more

This Address listed below is only authorized sellers but are displaying very large signs advertising AT&T as well as all the salesperson(s) are wearing all apparel with an AT&T logo even though their business name is Cellular World. Any exchanges for accessories, filing a claim or data usage can't be handled at the actual AT & T Retail store it'll need be filed on-line or with Cellular World connection which means you are restricted to service at an actual retail store. AT&T (Cellular World) 3634 Long Prairie Ste. #140 Flower Mound, TX 75028 972-691-3574 We relocated from another state but decided to transfer our wireless with the hopes of receiving better reception on our mobile device which we needed to have our current wireless numbers ported over in order to keep our same mobile numbers. Incoming calls have been blocked and current we can made outgoing calls. The signal is poor, dropped calls, and can't hear alot of the calls. Of course, our salesperson told us this was going to be a very simple process no need to worry he'd get our phones transferred in a matter of minutes. Well, we spent several hours selecting new wireless devices and a unlimited data plan. After hours of going back-and-forth with the best wireless plans. We finally got our previous mobile numbers reactivated but with had to pay $661.00 before leaving the store with our wireless device. Whenever we inquired about paying them the $661.00 deposit our salesperson told us it's a normal procedure but the deposit will be credited towards our first months bill. Might I add he told us that we wouldn't receive a bill until around mid August not to mention he had typed residence address which we'd never resided, but of course we were told it was an error that's going to be corrected. read more

Worst store in the world. Was in store on Dec 5th to add a line, no problem. Then 2 hours after I leave, start getting text about changing my email address and bill notifications. Go into my account and find they have added a completely new wireless plan and device. Manager Romeo told me is was a glitch and it would removed in a few days. Here we are over a week after that statement and still on my account. Over $100 in extra charges. Been a customer for over 20 years and no problems. Now this and no resolution.
