I accidentally dropped my phone while exiting my car, and cracked…read moreone of the camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro, which caused the view finder to be blurry and lose focus - brought it in on 3/17/2022 for a replacement lens and the man behind the service desk analyzed my phone and guaranteed that he had the correct lens to replace the broken one. Needless to say, once I received my "repaired" phone, the "replacement lens" was entirely a different color and slightly larger than the rest. I attempted to take a picture, and while the lens was repaired, the view was still blurry and the lens was unable to properly adjust its focus. The man who repaired my phone then tried to convince me that issue was indeed corrected, and proceeded to show me that the focus was clear once you place the phone on .5 view versus the default 1x view. I told him that his repair did not properly solve the issue with my phone, and he proceeded to say "Well you didn't ask me about the view. You just wanted the lens repaired" - while this might be true, the problem here is that instead of being a genuine and honest salesman, he proceeded to take my $26.50 non-refundable payment to provide a solution for a problem that he KNEW he couldn't fix. Not to mention, replace the lens with an oversized lens of a completely differently color. Consequently, I asked him to remove the faulty lens from my phone and restore it to the condition it was when I initially brought it in, so that I can proceed with requesting a replacement from the Apple Store. Casing point - if you're looking for a quick fix to your phone, be advised that all of their replacement parts are faulty and will deem your phone out of warranty for future repairs through your authorized retailer. Trust me: this is the second time I've been scammed by these folks (shame on me), and ended up STILL having to visit the Apple Store to pay more so I KNOW. #BEWARE

Camera angles can likely see her nonverbal body behavior, she never gave her name and she was combative when I came back in to the store before closing asking about WiFi and she left me with an inoperable device with the most alarming behavior I've experienced from a cell phone company. She had a colleague who didn't correct her horrible behavior and refused to give me a number or an email of a manager. My family spends at least $3,000/year with this company and I'm strongly considering taking my business elsewhere if there's not swift action in this matter. Two special police officers were called to enforce her "gaslighting" and no report was taken of this ordeal. Please bankrupt this T-Mobile store if there's not an expeditious resolve to this ordeal.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had as it relates to customer service. I went into…read morethis Cricket establishment in Marlow Hgts to pay a bill for a family member. I'm the midst of me doing so, another customer came in. Instead of Antwan(I believe that's his name) finishing up with me as I'd already entered my card into the credit card machine and got the "approved" message on the machine, he asked the next customer for her phone number and entered it in the system to look up her account, all while asking me to sign something. The computer CRASHED!! He proceeded to tell me to re-entered my card because my "payment " didn't go through. I told him that it did go through as I saw the "approved" status on the machine prior to it asking me to remove my card. He argued with me for 15 minutes telling me that the approved code meant nothing because his "system" states that the transaction was incomplete. To further assist the matter, I called my banking institution, on speaker phone, to confirm that the payment was successful. The young lady @ Suntrust confirmed that the transaction had gone through and was currently pending. Antwan was still not willing to understand although he heard the representative at the bank. He goes on to say "the same situation had happened to him at the movies and they reversed his payment." I'm not sure if he thought I was in the mood to here an irrelevant story because I wasn't! I asked if he could call a manager so that we could get this situation rectified and he calls "Corey" from his personal cell phone. No offense to Corey but he was not much of help at all. The one thing he did say that was of some relief was that he would called the manager. While I waited for a call back from a manager, Antwan started to become irate, disrespectful and rude!! Explaining again about this movie situation and the fact that I don't understand what's going on. He goes on to address me using street slang "young" as I tried to tell him that I was knowledgeable of what was going on. He continued to be rude and I even mentioned calling his manager in which he replied " go head young...I don't care! He mentioned that I took a "risk" paying "somebody else's bill anyway since I didn't have an account with them".....Since when do you have to have an account to pay another persons bill? He said some other inappropriate things which I recorded. Bottom line, your system went down in the middle of my transaction and you didn't know what protocols to take to fix it. I'd asked for his full name and his reply was "What's your name?" I don't believe people realize how important customer service is. It's not about being right or wrong, it's about making the situation right to the best of your ability and being pleasant all while doing so! This was my first and last time visiting this store!
