So we had to take them home, set them up ourselves and bring the exchange phones all the way back there.

I wish we would have never left Xfinity and people have had problems with them!! But we experienced NOTHING like what we have had to deal with at T-Mobile. At the Glenbrook store, we thought we actually found someone who would help us...that has also failed so far!! Promises of fixing the billing, promises of getting our promotion money to us...all to no avail!! Maybe seeking some legal advice will be our next step! We don't know what else to do!!

I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. I can't say enough about this guy!!! I just hope he gets the recognition from his managers cuz this guy Is a KEEPER!!! As I said, we don't have a store were I live. It's thirty minutes depending on traffic to get to this store...but this guy is MY CHAMPION!!! And I can't finish this review without mentioning SHAQ....he took every other customer that he could help!!! I left and I think there were ten people waiting...WAITING FOR THE BEST TWO GUYS, WORKING THEIR BUTTs OFF!!! THEY SERIOUSLY ROCK!!! YA GOTTA GO HERE!!!

I've been back to their store 5 times and none had fixed the problem. the manager was suppose to call me, she never did. i spent 3 hours to fix the phone my self (keep in mind i work on call 24/7) so that's why i paid them 20$ to activate it because i have little free time. All i asked from the manager was a refund for the 20$ activation because it was done wrong and i had to fix it my self. this seems like a reasonable request i would say. everything they do at this store can be done at home if you have phone or internet access. they have no idea what they are talking about and each person will tell you something different. even better yet they ignore the smoking ban so if you like to smell like an ashtray this is the place for you! Don't waste your time or money with this scam of a business. buy your minutes at the Speedway gas station (they have everything this place carries) and do it yourself! FYI this business is not even Better Business Accredited what a joke.

Upon returning to the store I questioned how they missed the button that was stuck. A male employee remarked how would they see a stuck button. He said it would take a couple hours to fix but I would be in front of the line. I agreed to pick it up the next day to avoid the afternoon traffic. When I called the next day they still hadn't gotten to it. Finally the next business day when I called it was repaired. Although it did get repaired I did not like the amount of time it took, the high cost, having to return, and how they jerked me around. Geniuses? Not.
