I was able to get off of work early and was at their location exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes before they closed. Taylor informed me that he was unwilling to do it because it would take him until closing time. I asked him what he would be doing for the whole hour and he replied "my job". Clearly not. I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. Due to the lateness of my order (late afternoon) the pants did not make the delivery for the next day, but I was called by Kim and assured they would be there the following day before I boarded my plane.
