This is the best service I have ever received at an AT&T store. I put off changing phones and upgrading my WIFI because without a doubt something gets' messed up. That didn't happen while working with Eleazar. He was very professional and thorough. He gave me his business card if I had problems in the future. I had to reach out for some minor adjustments and his response time was quick. If he was busy with other customers he would let me know he would get back to me when he was available. He is very tech-savvy and saved me the time of moving everything from my old phone to my new phone. Preventing me from losing any of my data. I love staff that save me time! This may be partly my fault. When I walked into the AT&T store, I didn't see the kiosk or sign-in sheet. I went straight to the counter where two employees were standing and asked them to sign me in so I could wait my turn. They asked why I needed to be signed in. I told them I was there to buy a new phone and even told them the exact model and storage size I wanted. They said they had it in stock and went to get it. While they were retrieving the phone, two more customers came in. When they returned with my phone, they suddenly told me someone else was ahead of me. That's understandable--I later realized there had already been one person on the waiting list before I arrived. However, because no one had signed me in when I first asked, the two new customers were added before me, and I ended up fourth on the list. I don't have an issue with the first customer being served before me. They were there first. My frustration is that I had to wait an extra 40 minutes simply because no one put my name on the list when I requested it. Unfortunately, that's not the main reason for this review. The bigger issue is that the salesperson added services to my account without my knowledge or permission. When we finally sat down, we were very clear: we did not want any changes to our account. We only wanted to replace my phone. The representative already had the exact phone we requested, and the activation process itself was fine. I understand transferring data takes time, and I have no complaint about that. What I do have a problem with is discovering afterward that two services had been added without my authorization. First, the salesperson added phone insurance. No one asked if I wanted it. We specifically did not request it. The phone I was replacing was six years old. The other phones on our account are also several years old, except for my wife's, which we upgraded about six months ago at a different AT&T location. We simply don't need insurance. Our phones are well protected, and if I ever decide to replace one, I'll pay for it myself. Adding insurance without asking is unacceptable. Second, they added an upgrade program that costs extra every month. Again, we never asked for it. If I've kept my phone for six years, it's obvious I don't care about upgrading every year or two. Paying extra every month for early upgrades provides absolutely no value to me. These weren't misunderstandings--they were products added to my account without my consent. AT&T needs to have the district manager review this store's sales practices. I have a hard time believing I'm the only customer this has happened to. Whether it's pressure to meet sales goals or something else, customers should never have to review their bill to remove services they never requested. Ultimately, AT&T is responsible for the actions of its employees. Customers should be able to trust that when they ask for one thing, that's exactly what they'll receive--nothing more, nothing less. read more

Five stars for the amazing service. I checked in after leaving to get my battery fixed for my phone. My phone said SOS and had no service after that for some reason. But the guy that fixed it told me it could be my SIM card and to go here since it was literally right down the street and they should get it straight for me. I checked in and it didn't take long at all for them to see me even after every one was already talking to someone. It was less than 10 mins. He even walked up to us and took us to his table. I told him what was wrong and he was glad to fix it. It was fast and easy. Props to Eleazar for helping me out!! He was nice and got the job done. Also very informative! read more

Gerardo was absolutely amazing! Walked in because my daughter lost her iPad in a Car Fire and we thought we had insurance on it. We actually didn't have insurance and it wasn't even on our plan. So he reviewed our plan, realized he could put us into a better plan, that not only saved us $60 a month and that's with adding an iPad for my daughter. Gerardo saved the day!!! One of the worst cell phone companies I've ever experienced. The customer service, the sales representatives, and the overall experience with AT&T have been incredibly disappointing. I signed up expecting my bill to be around $150 per month based on what I was promised. Instead, it gradually increased to $220 per month. The actual costs were nowhere near what was explained to me when I signed up. The sales representative felt more like a car salesman than someone trying to help a customer. It seemed like he was more concerned about making a sale and benefiting himself than being honest about what the plan would actually cost. He told us everything we wanted to hear, knowing damn well that the bill and terms were not going to remain the way he explained them. Had the details been presented honestly from the start, I would have made a different decision. After dealing with billing issues, poor communication, and unmet promises, I'm extremely glad to be leaving this company. I cannot recommend AT&T based on my experience. I'd suggest looking elsewhere, even if it means sacrificing a little coverage or speed. In my opinion, the frustration simply isn't worth it. read more

I went to this AT&T at 7:55 pm. The signs said they were open until 9:00. They would not help me and that they were closing early. They made me drive to a different location and told me that the other office is a corporate office and they have to stay open later. I went to the other location and they were so busy I had to wait an hour to be helped. I ended up disconnecting my service. Done with ATT. read more

I was in on 12/20/2025, had purchased a new IPhone 17 Pro Max, had a couple of questions, and purchased an Apple Watch while I was there. I returned on 12/23/2025, because I wanted to exchange the watch (looked too small on my arm). I was told that I needed the box to exchange it, so I went home and got the box. When I returned to the store they told me that I needed to return the charging cable, I asked can't you just take the one out of the new box, also that I needed the box that the band came in. When I purchased the watch the clerk put the band on the watch and I left the box there. So I go home again and return with the charging cable, I was met at the door by security. Telling me that I could not enter, I asked why, and he told me he didn't know! I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he didn't not want to talk to me! I called the AT&T consumer service and they apologized for the way I was treated and did the exchange over the phone! I will never set foot in that store again, and if it hadn't been for the customer service representative that helped me, I would probably be a T- Mobile customer!! read more

Did you know they are doing free iPhone 13 right now? Went in to check it out. Masks worn by workers and required. The worker put on the waitlist. There wasn't many there. It's safe and clean. Good music playing. The door was wood. It looked like they had a break in. A security guard was present too. I chatted to worker Morgan and she was very nice. Easy to talk to! The deal she gave was good, but, after hearing the upgrade to 14 would be coming in August, I decided to wait until then to upgrade. Plus it would be less money by then. I have preferred this location over others until my most recent visits. Jan 11, 2023, my phone broke and I as at their mercy. I didn't have time to wait to replace my phone. I told Christian I didn't need the latest/greatest phone, just needed something. The phone I was replacing was a Samsung Note 10+ 5g, paid off. My ATT&T monthly bill for unlimited was $95. Christian came back with moving me to Firstnet (First Responders), Samsung Ultra 22, Samsung Watch/plan, tablet line for $111.67. I was happy with the upgrade on the phone, didn't really need the watch but was interested for tracking my fitness and already had a wifi tablet so didn't really need an internet line, but was okay with it since it was all part of the "deal". However, I didn't like that I didn't have the opportunity to research as I didn't have a working phone in my hand at the moment and I didn't have time to wait to replace my phone. I asked Christian, "what's the catch?" He told me there were none. I told him that I didn't like that I was at their mercy and feel like this was too good of a deal to be true. He assured me it was special option for "first responders". I asked him if I was going to regret going forward with this plan after agreeing to it and he told me no. There was nothing that I needed to worry about. I agreed to go ahead with the plan. The only adjustment I made was going for a phone with more memory, to which he told me would only be another $5-$6 more. I was fine with that. I left with my switch from regular AT&T to First Net, Ultra 22, Samsung watch, and tablet line that I didn't even need. A week later I received my first bill which was $260.00. I returned this AT&T store a few weeks later and spoke with Rigo. Christian was not there as he has now been made Manager of a Visalia store. Rigo told me that the reason for the high bill was upgrade fee for the phone and activation fees for the watch and tablet lines. I explained that I was not informed of any additional charges and that I didn't even need these additional devices. Rigo told me that he wasn't supposed to tell me to do this, but to call AT&T Loyalty and tell them I was not aware of any additional charges and because I was a first responder and part of the FirstNet plan, they will waive them for me. I went home and called AT&T Loyalty. The person I spoke to told me they could not waive any fees as the retail location did not put anything in the notes on my account supporting my claims. I then drove back to the store to see Rigo again. Rigo seemed suprised at my response from the Loyalty person. Rigo pulled up my account and put notes in my account. I called AT&T Loyalty while I was still in the store. The Loyalty person reviewed the notes and they did not meet the requirements needed. I then put my phone on speaker and AT&T Lotyalty and Rigo spoke. Rigo changed the notes in the account, but Loyalty made me aware that just removing these fees would not result in the monthly cost that I was verbally quoted. I decided to remove the tablet line as I had no use for it. Rigo stated that he could not remove it. Still on speaker, Loyalty told him that they were not able to and because Rigo was the point of sale, they needed to remove it. Rio pitched a verbal fit over the phone to the Loyalty person which caused a scene in the store. He said he had to get manager approval to remove the tablet line. Further conversation between myself and the Loyalty person revealed that my monthly bill woudl still be about $160/mo with keeping the watch/line when Rigo told me my bill would only be $119/mo. I decided to remove the watch/watch line because this AT&T location had shown me several times they could not be trusted. Rigo seemed disappointed that I decided to remove the watch/watch line and asked me "what did she tell you?", referring to the loyalty person. I told him that I did not feel comfortable keeping a watch I didn't need for the price he was verbally telling me as he gave me nothing in writing that confirmed the price he was telling me and I didn't want to be surprised when I get my bill the following month and be outside of the 30 day return. He returned the watch (charged me restocking fee which I shouldn't have had to pay because the whole plan/purchase was done with poor communication), but I just wanted out. I started to walk out of the store, but realized I don't think Rigo removed the actual watch plan. I went back to him and he replied, "I think I did." What do you know, he didn't remove the watch plan and I waited another 10-15 minutes for him to log into my account to remove the watch plan. I've been with AT&T for over 20 years and didn't realize that their stores have turned into Used Car Lots with shady guys trying to throw you into plans so they get their commission/credit, etc. Buyer Beware! read more

Be careful here. Similar experience to other reviews, I got signed up for service without any mention. Seems like very shady practice. I came in for 4 new phones, my sales rep Alicia signed them all up for the Next program. I noticed this when she told me my installment prices and I asked her to remove it, said she did. One month later, I see the the extra $20/mo from 4 lines. I'm sure not all reps do this, but I got burned and she got closer to sales quota. I'd recommend Costco or BestBuy for ATT wireless upgrades. They seem to have better promotions and customer service. read more

I took my AT&T Galaxy Tab A to a corporate AT&T store in Hanford, CA (1731 w. Lacey) to attempt to sign up for a stand alone, postpaid data only plan. The monthly cost, as I was led to expect from the community of reddit, should have been about $21. Redditers had told me to expect some trouble getting that plan, but it could be done. Everything at the store was done on a tablet and there was no paper. No documentation. The agent I dealt with had no trouble signing up for a $20 data plan for my tablet, but would NOT share any of the plan details with me. We fumbled around for about 45 minutes. They took a photo copy of the front and back of my Driver's license, explaining this is how they identify customers. Creepy. As we were wrapping things up, I said "I really need to see the details of this agreement." He went away and came back with a cash register receipt for the Sim for $0. I said no, I need the plan details. I need to know the complete monthly charges. He went to his manager, they asked for my Driver's License again, and then three of them were huddled around a table. I approached them, and the manager showed me the rest of the screen that the sales guy refused to show me. The monthly charges would be $37. "Taxes and Fees" he explained. "No F__king way!" I replied. The manager cancelled the contract, and I left the store pretty mad at AT&T. This was not a fumbling new guy. This guy had it down. This was AT&T trained fraud at an AT&T store. Not a reseller. I'm an engineer with an MBA. I spent my career in sales and marketing at HP, Raytheon, Toyota and KPMG. I understand a little bit about the sales process and contracts. I understand the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. AT&T TRAINS there reps to commit fraud. They TRAIN them to withhold material contract information to close the sale. This might be a hell of a class action suit someday. You have been warned. I returned the tablet from whence it came and will never do business with AT&T if I can help it. read more

Reading all of the other reviews I can verify that this place does not focus on customer service. I came in at 5:45 and was put on a list. As I am sitting here right now listening to one of the associates talk with the other customer about movies, email providers, and other non-AT&T related items. I went to ask the greeter how many people are in front of me he said 2. I told him you know it goes quicker if the sales guy just services the customers rather than chit chatting. He replied with well that is how he does it. No apology or help, just it is what it is. What a terrible management style. Wonder if anyone even cares at this point. Update at 6:15... same sales guy is now talking about meme's. What does that have to do with phones? You already sold the phone and plan to her. I've been listening the entire time. I equate it to being at the DMV, only the DMV at least gives you a number so you know your place in line. Purchased an iPhone 11 online from AT&T first part of last week. AT&T and Enjoy sent me numerous e-mails starting the day of my purchase stating the phone would be delivered that day or the next or the next... It was delivered a week later by AT&T Enjoy Representative. Rep was to set up phone and transfer Contacts and Photos from my old Galaxy S5 to the new iPhone. Despite numerous promises the new phone did not work after Enjoy Rep left and they had already turned my old phone off. The next morning I went to this AT&T Location and was assisted by Alicia. She was friendly, positive, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and patient with my lack of iPhone experience. She did an overall OUTSTANDING JOB and had everything completed and working in less than an hour. Was approached by a greeter at the door who asked my name and mission. He added my name to the queue. I was third in line. After 40 minutes, I was approached by someone who could actually help me. She asked what I needed; an iPhone 7 Plus, please, I said. She told me that had none in stock. I just waited 40 minutes because the guy at the front door failed to ask what I intended to buy. I purchased two iPhone 7's, both phones were new sign-ups, a little over six months ago. My initial encounter was OK, that is until I found out that a lot of my discounts were never applied to my account. Headache! I went back in and spoke with a manager, who kinda had an attitude. Needless, to say nothing really got done in that visit. I went back today and had the pleasure of meeting Christian who just transferred from another store and he was totally opposite of my first two experiences with this store. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He handled everything that I needed in that one short visit! I wish I would've met him first! He alone gets a five star! Yes, I've only been here once, so maybe I'll update this later if I have a better experience. We walked in and were greeted by a guy who asked us what we were there for. We told him we needed a phone case because the other store didn't have any in stock. He put us on the waiting list. After 15 minutes, our name goes off the list and we are helped by nobpdy. After about 5 more minutes of waiting, we go and ask what the deal is since our name was up there 5 people ago but nobody came to us, so we get put on the list again. Wait another 20 minutes and our name finally comes up and were helped, only to be told the manufacturer hasn't made cases for our new model phone. That's it, end of story. I feel like it was so rude that not only weren't we helped the first time our name was up, but all they had to do was look at the inventory and tell us they had no cases. Pretty simple, right? Not worth a 45 minute wait for nothing. Update: Upon further thought about this, we might've had a slow service and been neglected for something that was simple, but I think it deserves another star that the person who actually did help us was very nice and apolegetic when he realized how long we were waiting. read more

If I could give this store a zero rating I definitely would. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to have representative even help me. Once a 30 something, Latino , guy got around to helping me, he had a BAD attitude. I explained to both him and his manager, that I was having difficulties pairing my iPhone 12 with other Bluetooth devices but never experienced this problem with my iPhone 6s. Finally, he agreed to step directly outside the storefront, where my SUV was parked and tried to pair it with my stereo. It didn't take. When I purchased the phone 2 months ago, they presented them selves as Apple pros, but once they made the sale forget any type of service. one month later, on Sept 21 the new phone began to fail. that made it the 3rd phone to fail.since Jan 2013. The girl that helped me told me at the location they could only give me the same phome, but if.I called the warranty center for which she gave me the number, they would be able to replace it with a different model. So two months later the 4th phone is failing and I call the number the girl gave me. Nope! 'Brandon Waterman' the supervisor said no that wasn't the case. I could only get a replacement of the same thing. Or buy a different phone! I confirmed with him that I am out of contract have been with them since before.2006 and have always been a customer in good standing. This is how AT&T treats their good customers. If you asked me right after I left I would have given 5 stars. It's been down hill since then. When I signed up my associate was very nice and very professional. He said that we can come back anytime and he'll help us. Well we did. The next day we were having issues with my wife's phone and he pawns us off on the dumbest associate they have there because he was "leaving". By the way he stayed for another 15 minutes atleast. Great way to treat your customers who just signed up with you. Anyway, the idiot couldn't solve our problem after about 45 minutes. We went home and I figured it out in about 5 minutes. To top it off they put the wrong zipcode on my account so I couldn't log in. I have to do in the technical chat with AT&T for almost an hour to fix it. Thanks alot guys. read more

over 6 weeks aho i lost my phone. i went into this branch. the salesman told me to get a new phone that day i needed to pau off phone. i did. when replacement came i was going to get 250.00 credit. he told me i needed to switch to uverse internet package for 80.00 a month. so i did. this came witth a 200 visa gift card . ok. then my uverse was not a contract .. it was month to month with no installation or activatiom . i said i had comcast businessc and under contract . he said it would be 100.00 disconnect. that was 1800.00 disconnect . or 29 for a year on infinity. still more than told. samsung rebate of 200.00 on phone ... internet installed and no help... 14 hours of issues to clear email filter .. no help... total frustratiom. i go back to store and asked where credit are .. show me i said. corp att says on 100 gift card .. contract of year on uverse internet . no credit for phone and no samsung credit ... talked to 4 different managers all were to call back. none have ... liars cheaters... no customer service . and corporate says store issue .... omg really.... horrible .. beenn att since 1991 .... im switching . read more

Purchasing an iPhone? STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Finally persuaded my mom to purchase an iPhone after having every model since original. Unfortunately AT&T ruined her experience three days in. Phone was defective so I drove down to the store figuring it would be a simple exchange since return/exchange policy clearly stated "no hassle" Yeah.. not this store. Spent three hours pleading for a simple exchange with the store manager. Instead all he did was spin one excuse after another. The phone, besides not holding a steady wifi signal or bluetooth connection, could not be proven defective. Instead I would have to pay a 38$ restocking fee on a 1$ phone through an upgrade special. Asked him (still kindly at this point) why the return policy says different. So I called Apple in front of him, the specialist I spoke to was just as dismayed as I was that he would simply not exchange it. She suggested I get in touch with someone higher up. So I did, and got an Agent named Chris, who (you guessed it) couldn't understand why he wouldn't honor the defective phone policy. The agent asked me to put the manager on the phone, and an agreement was finally made. I would be charged the restocking fee for the same phone, but be credited the upgrade fee on my next bill. Take it from me, do not shop here. If you are looking for an iPhone, GO TO APPLE. And above all, watch out for JUSTIN - the worst store manager I have ever witnessed. Luckily, I have an open complaint case going, and I will do everything in my power to rid him of his job so that no other customer falls into the same trap that I did. read more
