Never got the gift card and was billed almost immediately. Was told if I was not happy with Direct TV, I could return the equipment to the store. Horrible customer service. I have to say I was disappointed when I came into the store today to take advantage of the special they were having and upgrade to the iPhone13. We came in a few weeks ago and were told they didn't have the phone in stock and we should call to see when it came in or call a different store. We called a different store and it was then that they advised us it wasn't in stock but we could walk into the store and have them order it for us. We were never offered this option at this store. We finally came in today and now we were told the promotion is over and the credit you receive is now half of what it was when we first came in. When we asked why we weren't offered the option to order the phone the first time we came in, all they said was I'm sorry. Sorry doesn't fix the horrible service we received. I have had a horrible experience with this store.And it is still ongoing since Jan 30th. They have charged us for a phone that they never handed to us. The employee responsible no longer works there. They will not provide us any regional manager contact information. We are only allowed to speak with the store manager, Clemente and he has been ZERO help. Continuing to give us false promises that he has a tracking number and will credit us immediately. We have been waiting for this credit since Mar 23rd. This has been the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received. And we'll definitely be filing complaints and possibly a lawsuit for the time and these charged. Been there three different days, just bought iPhone 16 tried to change my old phone to my another family member and was told it would be no problem. Now niether phone works. Also paid for screen saver at $50, THEY PUT IT ON, threw away the box. Next day of the three days there asked if it was the correct screen saver because it didn't go all the way to the edge, they said no, it is on the register that you bought one but without the box we can't fix it!!!!! UPDATE #2: Brytt resolved my issue and my account was closed and dealt with by January... however, I was lucky enough to randomly receive a thoughtful message from Amr on February 23, 2018 because he just needed the last word? I'm not sure. Anyway, I'll share the snapshot with you all and email his regional manager. Some wonderful customer service, kid. Keep it up, you're going places! UPDATE: I contacted the manager Brytt and he sincerely apologized and is helping us resolve the issue. Will modify my review when the issue has been completely resolved. This location is a joke. Kristina signed me up for Direct TV and internet and the price quoted is not on the agreement. She said she would call and have the promotion entered correctly, but I'm still left without confirmation and she doesn't know what else to do. On several occasions that I've said I would come in, I've been told the manager is the only person who can help me; however he is never there. I signed November 5th, installer came the first time on the 11th but left because Kristina did not have my phone number released. On the 17th of November she finally figured out how to obtain the number and had another installer set to come on the 22nd. As I paid for wireless boxes the lady told me my monthly payment which was STILL not correct. I called Kristina and she said she would call... She tells me it's Direct TV and they have to have the request approved but I WILL see the adjustments and should get an email.. still no email. So now, I had the cable installed of course and can't get anyone to assist me with the adjustment. I went in person Saturday November 25th because I didn't get any email and Kristina just said "sorry" and she didn't know what else to do. I go to try and speak to the manager and he isn't there. SHOCKER! This punk Amr gave me some BS when I walked in that Brytt the manager was running errands from store to store and they didn't know when he would be back. Kristina offered to call him and find out how long he would be. She stepped into the little side office for about 5 minutes and then came out and said Brytt would be 30-40 minutes... he was having car trouble and was trying to get his wife's car. (Different story but ok). I decided to wait for him. Throughout my 50 minutes wait I call another location to see if they could help me, but as much as they were willing, they are not able to and said Brytt is the person to speak to. I end up walking back in from a phone call and Kristina said he would be another 20 minutes. I then ask who is above Brytt that I can speak to and they all said Dale. I ask for Dales contact info and Amr smarted off saying Dale isn't working and they all agreed they cannot give out his info. Then Amr told me Brytt is having personal issues and they don't know when he'll be back. I told all 3 workers that I am the customer who has the issue. How am I supposed to resolve this then? If I continue letting each day pass, it'll be harder for me to cancel this overpriced under-delivered garbage. Amr says "I hate to rain on your parade but that's not our issue. It's your issue and Brytt is dealing with some stuff so that's it." Other conversation takes place, I show another girl I think Ariana (not sure) and she even said the cable was not right and Kristina needs to call. Kristina said she has and doesn't know what happened. STILL NO BRYTT! I ask again how I can get into contact with who is above Brytt and they all said they can't give it out and it's Saturday so they wouldn't be able to help me. I step out and call another store who kindly provided me with contact info. I walked back in and told them to let Brytt know I will reach out to Dale and go from there. Amr let out a loud "Ahhh!" As I walked out. I ended up getting a text and a call from Kristina while I was reaching out to Dale, and she said Brytt was back. Convenient right? After I already spent over an hour! Brytt never reached out to me or anything any point to try and fix this. Not to mention Brytt was having his workers lie to me and cover for him, which as a manager that's shameful! As for Amr, your disrespect was what people secretly record and post on social media. I don't know where you got this idea that it's ok to flat out lie to people (being present all 4 times she's called? OOOK) and make rude comments but you'll always need to work in places with careless managers like Brytt in order to get away with that non-sense. I'm still here stuck with my issues. It's been one business day and I have not heard from Dale yet, but I will try again tomorrow. I bought ATT TV 9/16. Never told that it was an "auto charge" from my account. Returned it on 9/16 to Christian, who was the only good thing about this entire experience. Now, 10/26, there is a $120 debit from my account for equipment "not returned", apparently by the store. Oh wait, after talking with the customer service representative it WAS returned but OOPS we charged your account $120 dollars on accident. But OH SORRY we can't refund it for 3-5 business days. Okay so let em get this straight.... I returned your equipment in perfect condition within the 14 days that your contract says and you accidentally take money out of my account that I did not authorize and now I have to wait a week to get my money back that you had no right to take? If there was a way to put negative 5 stars, I would give them that. This store yanked my chain and epically screwed me. Specifically Paola. When she asked what I did for a living she conned me into a First Net account despite me telling her repeatedly that I am a not a first responder, but do work in healthcare. So instead of giving me the discount she was supposed to, she capitalized on the opportunity to make a larger commission not caring that it would cause me to lose the service less than a month later and create a total nightmare for me. They promised me an Apple Watch (which I NEVER received despite going back 3x where they then told me it was no longer an option the day I was supposed to pick it up) with service for a year and claimed I wouldn't see a bill for 3 months because I was coming over from Verizon- but I was billed almost double the amount I was supposed to pay nearly 3 days later. They have been the least bit helpful and once I signed on the line they've been putting in my back door because now I'm locked in a contract. He was quick to answer all my questions (many questions) he was very knowledgeable and patient. He was very friendly and honest. Meanwhile my 5 year old was running around the store and very anxious to leave. Jake another sales rep was very attentive and entertain him while Marcus assisted me. Richard gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced. He went above and beyond for us when we struggled to resolve issues with customer service over the phone. He stayed late after the store closed to help us fully resolve our issues and was so friendly. He made us feel comfortable and welcome even though we felt terrible for making him stay to help us. He handled all the phone business for us so we didn't need to be on hold or deal with the usual frustrations with phone prompts and transfers. THIS ATT store does not uphold the warranties of products they sell. I bought a phone cover for my phone which had a one year guarantee. I asked at time of purchase about warranty and was told to bring back in store. Well I went back to store with broken product and they said send to manufacturer. Told them was not what was told when purchased. Well after leaving store and going to another att retail store they couldn't believe they did that . All products they sell they do in store warranties if they break earlier than warranty. Needless to say so not buy anything from this store they lie to you and do not cover warranty they say. Store Manager Brytt Paulson has great customer service skills and knows the products that the store sells. Small location with 3 employees working when I arrived. Had a billing issue that Brytt took care of with the help of his AT&T partners. Upgraded my phone and walked out with a smile. Will return to this location for all my AT&T needs. read more
