We went to three AT&T stores on Sunday to get my son's broken phone fixed. Nobody seemed to really want to help us. Now we've been with that company for 30 years. But the service was so bad we went to T mobile. The whole family got new phones and our bill will be less. read more

Horrible customer service I called in to see if they had the new iPhone in stock because I wanted to add 4 new lines and they told me that they couldn't tell me over the phone if they did or didn't. I don't want to waste a drive over there if they don't but now I will just go with a whole different company since they can't answer 1 question for me. read more

Had insurance on phone when I broke mine they send over a broken phone that doesn't even work ... said they would send a new one and rep will set it up on site ... never showed up and went to wrong address ... still not fixed ... horrible customer service and don't recommend Att to anyone ... bottom line ridiculous! COVID phase: Masks worn by workers and required by customers. The store is clean and safe. I came here because my cell WiFi with roaming was having issues. The worker was nice and taking care of other customers. Waited. Luckily How to Lose a Guy in 10 was on while waiting. Cute movie! ;) Waited a little bit and the worker did a reboot and now it works right. Great service and cell is fixed. Highly recommended! read more

This store added insurance to my lines without asking me. I didn't notice until a few months later because I have multiple lines. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and have upgraded one of my phones at least once per year, and this has never happened at any other AT&T store. This is terrible business practice. Go to the corporate store on Blackstone and Herndon if you need help in person. I will never go to the store again. read more

I wanted to draw attention to the inappropriate behavior (Cody store manager) and Tucker. They treated a customer that had been with AT&T for 27+ years. If you add their time together with AT&T does not even equal the time this customer has with AT&T. On 9/22/22, Cody and Tucker where very rude and unprofessional with this customer which is bringing negative impression about this store this sort of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure that it doesn't happen again. read more

We have been with ATT for many many years. Their prices are higher than most competitors but we normally have great coverage. We just ordered 2 5g phones, my wife's phone just arrived today so I was going to have it all charged up so when she gets home she can activate it and set it up. I cannot charge the phone!!!!!! Of course, they had to change the charging port from what we already have plenty of but not only that, they only included a charging cable with type C male on both ends! No USB on 1 end. I called the store and he told me they would be more than happy to sell me the block that plugs into the wall that will accept a type C plug if I go into the store. Really, $900 for each phone and you cannot use them without buying a special plug? Samsung, AT&T, you have to do better, you have much better buying power than we do, at $900 I'm sure you can afford to include it! This is like buying a new car and the battery comes separately but you do not know that until you try to drive it home, but they will sell you the battery if you want it! If we did not just sign into another contract, this would be enough to make me go somewhere else. It is the principle of it!!!! Heads up, buy a type C plug for your new Samsung 22 whatever else model they are because they do not provide it!!!!! read more

Very bad service, i got a phone and they said you can return it in 30 days and the rule is 2 weeks after i came back, but they hire people without any knowledge. And they close their doors whenever they want, an hour earlier or half an hour, depends on the mood. Bad Managment. read more

We switched from T-Mobile to AT&T last August. Our customer service reps were friendly and seemed knowledgeable and convinced us to switch because of the great deals on the new iPhone 13 and the discount my wife gets through the school district she works for. Our bill was supposed to be in the $155 per month range. They said the credit we were going to receive from our old phones might not kick in for a couple of months so when my bill was in the $245 range I didn't flinch at first. Several months later I noticed it still hadn't gone down. When we went back to the store they checked our account and said the discount through my wife's employer was never applied. They said the account was updated but to get a refund from AT&T for all the months we overpaid we had to call 611. We were told there was nothing they could do. So we were promised a service for a certain price, their customer service reps screw up and we're left holding the bag for hundreds of dollars. Nice. Once our contract is over we will be done with AT&T. read more

Here to update everyone because they really should know. Any authorized retailer is privately owned, so not directly connected with AT&T so if you have any issues like I did if the owner doesn't care no one gets in trouble. I went into the Blackstone store & I'm happy I did I finally got my situation handled. Bella at the store made me sign up for a whole new line so she could get commission instead of doing a normal exchange that WAS an option, she didn't cancel the line until February and opened a whole new line running my credit again so it went under her sales. After finding out the truth I understood the first review they got. This store is committing fraud so please be careful and go to Blackstone they are genuine and handled everything right away. Do not shop here! I bought multiple phones here and was shocked when I tried to buy another one today. The short story is this: I tried to buy a phone and just wanted to pay for it. $849 plus a case. They wouldn't allow me to, as I was told I would have to sign up on a monthly payment plan. I left confused and called AT&T customer service who told me that the store was wrong and told me they made notes on my account and I could go back and buy a phone. They said the salesperson was probably trying to force me into a payment plan to get a commission. I asked for the manager when I returned, and she told me I needed to sign up on a payment plan or no phone. I told her that was crap and she got offended. She asked me to leave. I left, for good!!!! I went to the store on Blackstone and Herndon and bought a phone. They told me there that the other store was trying to force me to get a plan so they would get a commission, the same thing the guy on the phone told me. Hmmmm. Avoid this place! read more
