My experience was not the best then I was told one price then got billed another price because of the new price I didn't want the iPad.. They wouldn't compensate me because I didn't have the box for my iPad to return. The manager had the associate doing all the dirty work. The manager wouldn't even come out to speak to me he ran in the back and never came out. Nothing was solved. I was told he was gonna send the case over to somebody about what was going on and then he would get back with me in two or three hours. He never called. Still haven't heard nothing from him, they were also unprofessional. They handled everything in an unprofessional way... I will be seeking further help further resolvement from a higher power even if that means getting my attorney involved, I did no wrong. Everything was totally the associates fault and I still have to suffer because I don't have a iPad box. I threw it away, thinking I didn't need it no more until I got that bill and I was told wrong. read more

ATT is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with for any issues. This store is a prime example of their failure to support customers. I called to see if they had a phone I wanted to purchase in stock and they said they couldn't give that information out. Every other store in the area had, but they couldn't. Found another store and reported them. Sadly nothing will be done, since customer service is one of the last things ATT will work on fixing. read more

Horrible service the gentleman proceedEd to sign me up for service after I informed him what phone I was looking for. after asking him did they have the phone in stock he said he would have to check. He signs me up selects my bill for me and tells me all I have to do now is go on the app and order my phone... goes on this spill about how I can get the phone faster if I order it myself. so now I have a new bill same phone and an app that wont let me login because my account is so new it can't confirm my credentials. After contacting 611 the young lady Informed me that he should of ordered the phone for me. And she cant pull up my info until 48hrs have passed. needless to say I will be shopping around for other service providers today after this nightmare. read more

They know they have the support of the corporate office because most of other stores in town are just retailers. Waiting time Is always bad and service is even worst. We came to the store to switch from T-Mobile to ATT. I wish I had not. Even though we did not have any service at our home (without using Wifi calling), I would rather have kept T-Mobile. In store, we were told of what discounts we qualified for on our bill and I was told that although the discounts may not apply, I would be able to call in to the customer service line and have the bill corrected. Upon calling, I was told that I did not currently qualify for the discounts that we were promised, but that if I went back to the store I could see about possibly having the agent in store call the customer service team and rectify the situation. I am sorry, but I do not have time to go back in store and wait around (the in store wait was about 30 min to being with), to have something corrected that should have been noted in the first place. Now, I will have to take time out of my otherwise busy schedule and have the in store team hopefully fix this situation. There is no way I will be paying the additional $165 that AT&T is trying to gank me for. I also agree with the previous reviewer, Simon, on the pricing of the accessories. You can find the same exact (and honestly a wider variety of items) online at much better prices than at ATT. I found the cases we wanted at Best Buy *who is known for high pricing* at almost half of what ATT was offering. I definitely do not recommend this particular AT&T store for poor follow up and account notation that does not take place, thus making their customers have to go through more headache to correct their blunder. read more

I went to AT&T to switch from Verizon and it took 1 of the 7 workers in there 30 MINUTES to set up my phone with a simple pre-paid account, I can do that own my own in under 5 minutes, and the service doesn't even WORK. I went to Verizon and they said my phone is already unlocked, I cant call out through AT&T and paid 50.00 just to get it on!!!! I WILL be going in there to attempt to get my money back. The only thing I can do is text and at that rate I can get a MF flip phone! read more
