A kind lady helped me with copies I needed made, and she was patient and professional. Two other ladies helped me with a shipping question, and they were also very kind, helpful, and professional. John was especially helpful. I had a large package, a folding bed, that needed to go back out to our minivan. I was going to carry it myself, but John kindly offered to carry it for me and put it into our vehicle. That helped a great deal because I also had other things with me that would have been hard to carry all at once. Someone there, either John or one of the kind young ladies, also gave me the phone number for Amazon Customer Service so I could ask about a prepaid return mailing label. That was very helpful. Another thing we really appreciate is that they keep the line moving. Even when there is a long line, they handle it in a friendly and courteous way, and there is not much waiting time. It is not the typical standing in line, waiting and waiting, that can happen at some places of business. They are fast and efficient, yet still courteous, kind, and down-home friendly. The parking at this location is also easy, and the store itself is comfortable. They even have a little sitting area where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts or organize what you came in for. He made me feel like I was a burden for just a simple ring fitting. He did not wear a mask for COVID precautions and his store reeked of cigarettes. He jammed a very small ring size onto my finger and while watching me struggle to get it off and telling him that it hurt, he laughed at me and told me I need to get used to a small size. It was like he wanted to cause me emotional and physical pain, which was so strange. I don't know if he was just having a bad day but that was unacceptable. He did not try to even show me how ring sizing worked and simply jammed the ring sizer onto my finger. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a business.
