Great customer service. Came in for a phone left with a phone no hard selling store was clean and well stocked with pretty much any phone. Just a FYI this location. Only sells the LOWER GB iPhones the higher are the ones you must have ordered and shipped to yourself or store. Also they were sold out of the iPhone Air which was a total bummer but hey beggars can't be choosers went with the 17 pro max and splurged a bit. If you have your CAC bring it they do offer first responder discounts so nurses hospital workers make sure you have access to your work emails you can get on 1stNet and trust me it's a massive game changer with how cellular works for att and the prices are cheaper. Just a heads up to everyone -- be careful when returning phones. Some places will leave the service active and keep billing you because they make commission off the line staying on. They may also add insurance without clearly telling you, since they earn commission from that too. Always double check: * Your line is fully canceled * Auto-pay is removed * Insurance/features are taken off * You get a printed confirmation or receipt showing everything was canceled and returned properly Check your next bill carefully so you don't get hit with extra charges you never approved. read more

I purchase me I13 phone along with a protective case from your 83RD ST store near Thunderbird about two year ago. Because of the great way I was treated, I returned to this store when I needed the face of my phone case replaced. To my surprise I was greeted at the door by Danial. He was pleasent and he inquired as to what service I needed. I showed him my problem and he had my case repaired within 5 minutes. I wish all companies had people working for them who treated customers in this manner. Because of this employee I will always use this store when I need help or want to replace my phone. I know this was a small item, but if he is willing to help me like this with a small item, think of the service I would get on a larger item . I am staying with AT&T, and I will be back. My wife and I tried transferring services from Verizon. I wasn't with her at the time but she verified my phone could transfer. This was a big concern of mine because it was relatively new and I didn't want to pay for a new one. I activated it when mailed a SIM card from att and followed the directions to activate. This essentially made my phone not work because it's not supported on their network. I was then lied to by the manager at the location Alejandro about potential solutions. This company has 0 customer service ability except to charge you if you have any problems from what it seems. They tried charging me for a new phone after essentially bricking my phone till I get back to Verizon. I recommend not giving them business if you value your own time. read more

Erik is rude, unprofessional and needs management training. His lack of listening skills are as bad as his desire to talk over people. My advice with AT&T, do not go into this store. Call AT&T until you find somebody who knows what they are doing. The store was not helpful with resolving account issues and the rudeness of the employee was so bad that other customers waiting with me in line commented on it as well. I've been a customer for so long and time and tome again I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service skills. They always switch up on everything that is quoted. I ordered a phone for a christmas gift and went to pick it up on christmas eve and told my account was marked as flagged I had to do the order twice because they locked me out of my account. The manager proceeded to tell me that my whole account is flagged for fraud and any order will be flagged there on. Then she says that I can open a new line and then she can fix it only through that option. No matter what location I go to it is always the worst. AT&T needs to do better and fix the horrible system they have had in place for years, it is actually the most embarrassing thing ever, do not use AT&T ever. Went in to this ATT about 2 months ago to trade in phone. They said my iPhone would be worth $1,000 if I ordered the new iPhone that day and $800 if I didn't get my old one fixed (broken screen). I order the new iPhone expecting to get $800 off when I traded it in. It took two months for the new one to come in. When I traded in my old one they said since the shipping took so long the rules have changed since and the manager Ian only offered $350 for my old iPhone. Switched from Verizon to AT&T about 2 months ago. We were hoping to find better customer service and to lower my family's monthly bill. Welp, that didn't work out. We first went into just ask a few questions, but in the end my wife got a great trade in on her old iPhone, for the new iPhone 13. Ray was very friendly and I highly recommend him if you need help or are thinking about at&t , direct tv or century link. Crooks, liars, con-artists, all vocabularies you can find to describe a criminal behavior. The service is not the worst, it is beyond disastrous. They will actually look you straight in the eyes and scam you while they're at it. From adding new lines to your account without requesting it, to turning business down by lying saying they can't sell you a new phone unless you want to activate a new line or make payments. To customers whom able to pay in full is not business to them?! To attempting to send you to other stores or call customer service to solve customer service issues, because they can't fix them at the store. The best part, the second I told them customer service sent me to you because you are part of the corporate store, and they told me you have to help me, the rep immediately says Oh yeah we can help you but you have to wait for the manager to be in the store lol what a joke and what a disgrace. This is the 3rd encounter I have with this store, and each time i have dealt with an employee it was horrible. The only time it was a great experience is when I have worked with a store manager but unfortunately he left recently. Now they have some new guy. My daughter an authorized account user was deied service at this store, with agent David I. telling her he needed ME to validate the account because she didnt have enough security authorization, which violated AT&T corporate policy (https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1009073). My daughter put me on the phone with David, who lied and claimed he was conducting "extra" security checks and that it was for my safety. Again, he lied and violated AT&T corporate policy (https://www.att.com/support/article/my-account/KM1040456/). In the call, despite me CITING these articles, David just argued with me, refusing to acknowledge corporate policy and insisting he needed this extra verification. After 5 minutes of denials, I asked to talk to his manager. He refused. So I informed David I would go to another store, get my daughter a replacement SIM card, mail it to her, and file a complaint against him. Suddenly David changes his tune. Then he's telling me he'll figure it out and won't acknowledge my request to transfer the call to his manager. I called back to talk to manager Carlos. The agent put me on indefinite hold. 31 minutes later the Carlos picked up the phone, then hung up on me. I called back, the agent answering the phone argued telling me nobody would hang up on me, then proceeded to hang up on me herself. I called back for the third time and a different agent made the same argument telling me nobody would hang up on me. I refreshed her memory that SHE was the person that put me on indefinite hold for 30 minutes and that she did so by hitting mute and putting the phone on the counter. She agreed. I asked her what corporate policy is for putting customers on hold. she said she didn't know, so I informed her you cannot have a customer on hold for more than 2 minutes without checking back. She had me on hold for 30 minutes and never once checked in. So then she put me on hold again. After about 15 minutes Carlos got on the phone and lied, denying he ever answered the phone earlier and therefore couldn't have hung up on me. Then Carlos informed me he didn't have the time to talk to me because he was busy, he had other customers that were "in front of you." I informed Carlos that I'd been waiting an hour, so clearly I was in front of his other customers. I asked Carlos, "So your employee, David, you don't care that he violated corporate policy and refused to help my daughter?" "No," Carlos replied. So I told Carlos I would file complaints against him and David. Carlos's answer was, "Go ahead, I don't care." Greaaaat way to treat a customer! read more

Meh! Was the first one in the door at 10:00 due to No Service on the IPad. Customer Service mentioned the the must recent update has fried the SIMS card on older IPads. He said to go to the closest store to get it replaced for free. Cool. The reception was polite and quick. But.... As Ray was going through the steps to replace the SIMS card, he frequently went on a (gentle) tangent to sell multiple items in the store. After keeping him to task and gratefully accepting more data for less money, it took over an hour to find out the new SIMS card did not fix the problem. Sigh.. This is the reason I usually stay out of the stores. read more

This review is about At&T in general. Horrible company. Sales rep that came to my home because I had a DirecTV work order, and used that to get in the door to try to switch me from Verizon. He lied to me several times. He switched me over, then when I discovered his lies, I switched back. I returned their phone and was charged a $55 restocking fee. Now they are trying to charge me $900. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH AT&T I had the phone 1 day, and didn't even use it because the battery was dead, and they never gave me a charger. I've called 3 times, trying to get this corrected, each time on the phone over an hour with them. Unbelievable poor customer service. Now they sent it to a collection agency. read more

The 1 star is for my dealings with ATT kiosk at this locations. 12 05 2023, I was approached by a representative, I am, still 1 phone and was a Verizon customer, I was told I could get 4 new updated phones, 4 ea 100$ gift cards, and reduce my bill by 125$ to 150$ a month, while still using both ATT and Verizon networks, due to some new agreement or purchase by ATT. I was interested and continued. The Representative was with me and I explained that the only phone on my existing Verizon account that had to be the same was a Z Fold model, I had a Z Fold 3, I use that phone for work, and I need not only the phone but 512 memory, due to the amount of data I save. The Representative while using my Z Fold 3 to see my account information and used it to order us 4 new phones. We were told 2 3 days and i went off to pay tax on the phones at the register. I was happy to try a new provider with all the potential to save $.... NIGHT MARE 101 starts. In a few days I received 4 phones, 2 ea S23s, 1 ea, iPhone 15, and a Z Flip 5 (NOT THIE PHONE I REQUIRED) I went to Kiost to show the representative and was told to call the ATT/Costco VIP number and just exchange phone, sounded easy so I tried. After 2 days of NIGHTMARE 101 on the phone with ATT, I was told I could return the phone but had to wait for a refund, then go back to kiosk and order the correct Z Fold 5 512, so I waited. I received a email from ATT, your phone has been received, it will talk 5 to 7 days to credit your account, then we will reach out to get you taken care of, Nightmare continues, this is now around the 20th of December. After a few days and not reply I go back to Kiosk. I am told the phone requires full payment, I said now that is not what I agreed to, So the kiosk called with me to the ATT/Costco VIP # and they said still not credited in full, but should happen by end of the day, Please come back again Monday. Nightmare continues. I come back to kiosk Monday, Same thing, must pay in full, call again, kiosk begs them to fix this, they say well is still not fully credited, please wait 1 day and we will call you when it is corrected. Nightmare continues. I go to customer service counter at Costco, speak to Manager Pam, she takes down all my details and says she will reach out to ATT and Costco's liaison. Nightmare continues. I get a cal the next day, says ok your good to go, So I go again to kiosk, they say same thing, wants full payment, Nightmare continues. I ask to speak to Pam, she is not in Laura comes to help, she is with me at kiosk and also asks ATT to fix on the phone with the ATT/Costco VIP line, we are told to wait again. Nightmare continues. I leave I am so upset it is hard to maintain. I am called by someone in a California and told on a Saturday AM, we are working on it we will get back to you. I wait 3 4 days and go back to kiosk and ask them 1 more time to solve this Nightmare. I have Laura join me, we are told by kiosk that we should cancel the whole deal and he would have my phones returned. So I say do it, Laura leaves. I am on with him and ATT and at the end he is told by the ATT people they can not return my phones. I say I was told I had 90 days to cancel this deal. I didn't agree and walked away, went to front to talk to Laura, Costco Manager again, she was on phone with ATT liaison. I was waiting and saw the ATT kiosk person stop her, I walked over and he said that they asked again to have me wait and try and fix it again. Nightmare continues again. I was told on 1 20 2024 to please give them a few more days, they were toing to give me the phone we agreed on. I got a call from the liaison and Laura again that Saturday saying, please give us a few more days, Nightmare continues. It is now Friday 1 26 2024, I have not heard from Liaison, ATT and or Costco. NIGHTMARE CONTINUES. I am so done with this NIGHTMARE. THIS IS ALMOST 60 DAYS. I wanted to put this in writing on your page to see if anyone at Costco cares? The next step to fix this NIGHTMARE? The music was so loud from the stereo I couldn't hear the sales associate (Kyle-I know this is his name, I don't know if this is how he spells it) talking. I turned it down 5 notches (still quite loud but I could hear him speak) and he said "we have to keep it at this volume thank you" and turned it back up. It was so loud I couldn't hear him talking right next to me. He then shouted that we can talk at a table in the back, the music was still incredibly loud. Not to mention I wanted to look at the iphone price comparisons. So, he walked me back to a table, music still so loud it was difficult to hear him. He asked why we came in today again, (I had already told him when he shouted over the music, "what can I help you with today". I had already told him how I was interested in upgrading my iphone as mine was paid off. He started talking about the phones and told us how all the iphones were stolen and their store was a victim of theft so I could not see any of the phones unless I bought them. He then said I would need to go to apple if I wanted to see how they felt and buy one. It would have been nice to be able to talk to him while at least looking at the apple price comparison display, but he was not willing to turn the music down so we could hear each other talk. I know it's understandable that they cannot open a brand new phone just for someone to see it as they were a "victim of theft", but I need to feel the weight of a phone and see the screen size in my hand before I'm comfortable spending a great deal of money on it. You would think Kyle could have understood that, yet he made it obvious I was being the unreasonable one when he said (multiple times), "Well it hasn't been a problem for anyone else, I've sold a lot of them already", in a very sarcastic and flippant tone. I said, "Well that's good for everyone else, but this is a big purchase for me. Is there any other store close to here that's not a satellite store I can go see the demo phones?" He then repeated multiple times again like a broken record how they were "a victim of theft" with an attitude how it "hasn't been a problem for anyone else" to purchase a phone with out seeing it. I get it dude, other people are happy to throw money around without really knowing what they're getting, I'm not. However I did want to ask you a few questions before I leave since I drove all the way to Bell to talk to an AT&T rep. Thing is, I can't hear you over the ridiculously loud music and you really need to check your people skills with the constant reminding me how there really is no reason I should need to see a ridiculously expensive phone to compare models before I purchase it. Terrible experience with this store and sales associate. I have never been treated like this before at this store or by any AT&T sales rep. They are always very kind and accommodating, even when the store is packed-which it was not this day. This experience was so bad that this will be my last time going to the bell road store just to be sure I never have to deal with this associate or the crazy loud music again. On top of this, I even spoke to this gentleman over the phone before I came in and he had an aggressive tone to his voice this way too. I have gone to the Bell road store for ten years now. I can't tell you how many times I've been there while the police were taking a report in the store or actually questioning someone. Either way, it never was a problem because I always received A+ customer service and kindness in a good atmosphere (reasonably loud music to where I could still talk to people around me) even despite police following up on crime. In the future I will be going to the store on 67th ave in Glendale. I had excellent service there and the volume playing in the store was at a reasonable level I could hear people talking to me. While they do not keep their iphones out on display to protect them from being vulnerable to theft, they can retrieved them from the back so I could look at them and compare phones. You would think Bell road would do this with the amount of crime they experience at that store. Either way, I'm glad this new store opened in Glendale. The people there are all kind, the music is at a reasonable level and the associates didn't have to tell me to just go to the mall to buy a phone from apple. read more

In short I was charged twice for the product, finally my bank declined the charges due to suspected fraud. She claimed none of the charges went through successfully. $240 gone from my bank account, she refused to give me the equipment. I asked for a manager (who was a joke of a human) said there's nothing they can do and I'll have to contact my bank. I had already done that there. Upon arrival, I was greet by a gentleman outside that asked if I needed help. I explained to him that I have the older SE and wanted to look at the new one. He replied, "it looks like an 8". I then showed him my SE and said, "'I don't know what an 8 looks like because I have a SE." Visibly irritated and in a snarky tone, he replied, "I don't have any." Due to his inability to state something along the lines of having a display available, I left the store. I ended up going to the neighboring Sprint store to check out their display. In which, I was promptly greeted with, "I don't have any (SE) in stock but I have a display that you can play with." read more

I have done business before with this store but this time I am very disappointed with what transpired this time in February. I went to trade in my old phone and I was told by my children what I needed. So I told them what I wanted but some how I ended up with a $200.00 more expensive phone than the one I told them I wanted. According to what the salesman told me is it would not cost me any more. I was to get a credit of $300.00 for my trade in. As it turned out I got a$35.00 prepaid card for my phone. My fault was not to read all the papers. So I am stuck for more than I can really afford. Oh he told me the payment would be $10.00 but they are $30.00 instead. I was on the phone Over 1hour with customer service today but I am to late to do anything. But after 1 1/2 months I just received the prepaid card. Which tells me that the late prepaid payment was so I would not contest the sale. Enough time lapsed to return. Brandon straight up lied to us when signing up for direct tv. He promised us a 200 dollar credit plus a 100 dollar visa gift card, well guess what direct tv says I owe them money this month and when I told them about the credit they said my account said nothing about it. So we just canceled the account. We've only had it for a month and if this is how this two year contract is going to start off then no, goodbye! I saved money by just opting out and having this nonsense for two years and I would rather pay it than be lied to and hassled. read more

Initially stopped at a mall kiosk when I asked for a battery for my phone, the employee behind the counter chuckled then could not open the phone to see the battery. The frustrating part is that I phoned first and asked if they service phones - Next. Went to find an AT & T Store... Found the store and signed in and was eighth on the list. While waiting I noticed (overheard) that each customer was told "you need a new phone." My turn, I describe my issue and ask for a battery. "You need a new phone," I'm told. I reply, "This is a work phone, I am on call tomorrow, I need a battery." This continues for awhile and I find out if they have any batteries "yes." Then I talk the clerk into putting it in my phone. She obliges and puts it on a charger - immediately says it's not charging. I finally persuade them to sell me a battery. read more

Brandon waited in me immediately upon arriving and worked hard to find and fix the problem, even calling AT&T corporate service for help.
