HORRIBLE service! I understand if a business is busy, but you still try to offer some type of customer service. We walk in and one associate yells out "we'll be with you in a minute". After waiting 15 minutes...killing time looking at phones and for someone to ask us again if we needed assistance still NOTHING! Two other customers walked in after us and no one bothered to yell out to them or even walk by. Yes, most of them were helping customers. Some even doubled up having two associates helping customers. I just feel it's poor service if no one can even take 30 seconds to ask the reason you came in. This was the second time at this location and I will NEVER go back to this location again. read more

I had a problem where I lost my LTE symbol from my iPhone 6+ and couldn't text or browse the Internet. Brandon waited in me immediately upon arriving and worked hard to find and fix the problem, even calling AT&T corporate service for help. With his help, the problem was identified and fixed without charge. I'm extremely pleased with the service level and assistance at this store. read more

Amazing, great and super efficient customer service provided by Kim. She helped with a very friendly attitude, being extremely patient. Also, the manager gave me a warm welcome to the store and was supportive of Kim's work. This successful experience is the opposite of that of the branch located on 28th Dr. in Metrocenter area, where an associate quickly responded at the entrance that there was nothing they could do but that I had to call AT&T, a fact that was not successful. Great job to the staff, in particular the manager, Dallas. As I arrived, the door was open and I heard yelling from inside & as I entered, Dallas was politely telling an irate woman to leave. This lasted several minutes until Dallas called the police. The woman was completely out of line, disrupted customers and other staff who just tried to ignore her, which was impossible. She continued her rant until officers arrived. She was trespassed from the business and left. Dallas handled the irate woman professionally and courteously even though the woman appeared ready to escalate the situation at any second. I spoke to other customers who also were pleased with the handling of the incident. And, a shout-out to Chelsea, who quickly helped me with my phone problem! read more

Let me start with I almost didn't come here because of their reviews, but I'm glad I did. I was greeted by Sara as soon as the store opened at 10am. She had a big smile on her face and asked what she could do to help me. I stated I needed to get the new iPhone and we sat down for a minute. After finding out exactly what I wanted , took me over to the phones to discuss prices. She went back and grabbed it and activated it with me. This was probably the best and easiest experience that I've had in a long time. I was literally out the door in my car at 10:22am. BUYERS BEWARE! The have no inventory on new IPhones! However, they'll take your money & sending you to another retail store to pick up the new phone. A customers at the table next to me were not wearing any masks. Employees allowed the same table next to me family members to go in & out of the store with no masks. WOW. I was wearing a mask & I asked if I could sit @ table in back to complete my TOBR. I was told NO! Spent 7 hrs on the phone to complete transfer of line. This process is still incomplete and the dept is closed due to virus! Horrible customer service! On Monday, I returned the new phone I purchased Saturday. I was charged a restocking fee of $55.00 too. Sprint gave great customer service, better plans & phones in stock. read more

These guys are incompetent. Especially Robert who created a big mess of things with his dyslexia. It took 3 visits at the store, 2 one hour customer service phone conversations, a one hour apple support conversation. I lost 5 yrs of pictures from my wife's phone due to a reset that didn't need to happen. Finally I found a competent tech support associate who resolved the issue. Then I got charged for an imaginary line that Robert added because of his dyslexia and had to have 2 more conversations with billing associates to correct that mess. My wife had to travel out of state without access to her phone because it took 10 days to port over a phone number from TMobile to AT&T. On one of my 3 visits at this location I witnessed a sales associate raise his voice and rudely kicked a customer out of the store. read more

I came to this store as a last resort. I had been to 3 other stores and had 1 mobile guy try and help me. By the time I got here I was very overwhelmed. Thankfully Elizabeth and Bryan made my experience great! They didn't try to bombard me with different types of services. We are senior citizens and not too knowledgeable about tech stuff and she walked us through everything we needed to know and helped us get our phone transferred from TracFone which was no easy fete. I've been going to this AT&T store for years, and have always been pleased with the customer service and quality of service and product. Yesterday I went in for an iPad, and had to run back today to have someone do something with the SIM card. I was in a complete hurry after an incredibly busy day, and literally ran in as they were about to lock the door for the evening. They were super kind, helpful, and immediately solved my issue without making me feel like I was keeping them from going home. On my way home I was thinking about how they could have been rushed, or rude, or any number of things, but they were awesome. Kristopher, Sean and Tony are the BEST. At&t tricks customers who don't read their services policy which was quietly slashed from 30 days to 15 days. I was one of these people who often trusted their wireless carriers as super human who don't try nasty moves to make money,..... but .....At&t did turned out to be normal human after all, they tricked customers just like many others. I am currently a disgrunted At&t's customer who will have to eat 24 more payments to finished a dreadful contract. I also buy from Amazon, their policy is very clear upfront. I have no problem with 15 days, but I have problem with not saying 15 days policy upfront. If you want honest people to deal with....Please try some where else. read more

I had a great customer service agent, Michelle. I was so pleased with my visit and per her advice, went home to download my photos to come back to upgrade my phone. When I came back, she wasn't available. The new agent wasn't as nice. The store manager treated me as a liar, advising Michelle would not be able to help me as she promised. Went in around 10:30am yesterday to purchase a new phone.. there were 2 gentleman employees with a couple of customers so me and my daughter browsed thinking ok someone will soon notice and tell us they'll be with us soon or to have a seat. One gentleman with a blue shirt looked up at us and kept walking... after 30 mins of being ignored and I say ignored because by that time they both had looked at us without saying anything, we asked a hispanic male employee if we needed to sign in or what we needed to do to get helped. He went on to say that he was busy helping his customer open 2 lines and that his coworker was also busy helping open 4 lines also that he had other people waiting. I was appalled! Not even a I apologize for the wait or we will be with you shortly but no he went to explain how busy they were and that there would be someone else coming in to work in 30mins if we wanted to wait. Almost seemed annoyed that we even asked for some type of acknowledgement!! This type of customer service is what steers me away from being a loyal customer read more

Have gone into this AT&T multiple times having to make changes on my account. I've never had a problem with the staff: they have been friendly and helpful and I've always had my problem solved in this store. Once a manager even over-rode the computer system to allow an employer discount for someone who was not the primary name on the account (something they aren't supposed to do) and didn't even complain or make it a hassle. By far much better in-store customer service than other cell companies I've been with. Also, never experienced a long wait time, which is nice (probably because they know what they are doing and go straight to the point without hassling you!). Definitely the only cell phone store that I haven't had a problem with! read more

My husband and daughter purchase new phones back in December. Javier informed us that we would "have to call customer service to waive the fees AFTER we got the bill since AT&T stores are unable to waive fees". I called customer service and was informed that this is WRONG. The individual stores CAN WAIVE fees but don't because the person selling the devices gets more money that way. I called the store today and was informed that "our manager here, Dre, does not allow us to waive fees but other AT&T stores can/will if they choose to". WHAT? I have been a customer for 3 years. IF we decide to stay with AT&T, we WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE to purchase ANYTHING! We will return to discuss this with the manager Dre. read more

This review is not so much about this store specifically as it is about ATT online and phone and instore customer service. I ordered a Night Hawk online and established an account for it. I discovered very quickly after I received the device that it wouldn't do hat I needed it to do. I returned the device the next day. Had it less than 24 hours. I requested that the account be discontinued. This was well within their 14 day policy. Been almost 2 months now... I'm still getting bills for a service I asked to be discontinued. I've made several calls to their customer service but because I never really set up the account, and don't have the magic pin number, they cant help. Problem is they want to send me a code to reestablish the pin to the device which I don't have any longer. I've been to the store twice and called twice. Been told several times that the store manager David will get back to me ... Still waiting!! I would not recommend getting involved with ATT if you have any other alternative. Jim read more

I had excellent service from Sarah, who was able to change my plan, connect an additional new phone, port a phone number from Sprint, transfer data from another phone, and provide excellent answers to the many questions I had. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Also, we were greeted within a minute of being in the very busy store and met with Sarah sooner than the estimated wait time. The phone service is fine. If you ever have to go in for service good luck. They changed my plan and wouldn't get it back. Offered only higher plans with less data. They don't care about their customers it's just the bottom line. Metrocenter store is worse. I went in to get a new phone and that's when my data plan changed. In the store for an hour and a half and then they tell me have to call Apple to get a replacement phone. Both times they had me call customer service after I show up in the store!??!! and was put on hold and transferred numerous times. Staff was like business as usual. What a waste of time! read more

Only giving them 1 start because it make us. Worst customer service ever. Went in for a simple fix with a SIM card and because they weren't getting commission on our problem the refused to help. Four people working tonight and not one would help, didn't even care about our issue. Walk in the door and there's two people there to put your name on a list. Wait 30 minutes because they only have two salesmen. Someone had left a memo laying around where management told them their numbers were down and Thanksgiving week meant they needed to get those numbers up. Finally a new salesman comes on the floor. Has my first and last name on his tablet device but addresses me as "Hey Bud, what can I help you with?". I'm 60's, he's 20's. Their customer service is horrible they really need to find out how to be faster and more efficient with their customers so people can get in and out. I have been trying to reach a live Business Representative for the past year. All I get is one recording after another. Or recordings that say the business office is closed. Even on-line there is no way to contact or email a live person. AT&T apparently does not provide customer service at all. It is essencially non-existant This company has added charges onto my bill and has made it impossible to talk to someone to get a resolution regarding these extra fees. As a business owner I would never recommend that anyone use AT&T for their business needs. The phone number on my bill is also bogus. It does not allow you to speak to a live person. Just a computer. Have been a customer of AT&T for over 15 years - have 7 lines - I WARN you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Lived in this neighbourhood for 8+ years now. Now I drive extra 20 minutes to go to a different store far away. Once upon a time they used to be good - but none of the same employees are there anymore. This store sucks in customer service. They provide incorrect info and then fail to own up to it. They DON'T even BOTHER TO APPOLOGIZE. Even the store manager Angel - cut me off 3 times with an attitude saying "So how can I help you" - while I was explaining the problem of how I was mistreated by her employee. This is not an AT&T corp store - it's contracted out/vendor store. Even when you call them they put you on 20+ minutes - and then when I hang up and call back - its like it was my mistake to ask the question. read more

Make this a full day event! o.. and dont forget to argue with them about every little charge. I broke my phone and came in to the store to buy a new one. I decided to buy a go phone due to price. After waiting there for about 35 minutes, the manager lied to me and said the microsoft lumina had the same apps as android phone. I bought the phone and after a few minutes home of being absolutely disappointed, i returned. Great another long line ( over 1 1/2 hr wait). After waiting for the full 1 1/2 hrs, the manager saw me and asked why I was back, which i told her i didn't like the interface of microsoft phone and the apps you can download where not the same as android. "there is a 35$ restocking fee" for you 70$ phone...." she said. absolutely absurb! i was gone from the store for less than 20 minutes and came right back (they must of had a huge volume of sales and must of rush order more). After arguing and threatening about calling in, she finally agreed to waive the charge and get me a different phone. All in all, this experience was like a colonoscopy. It took 5 hours altogether for this painful debacle and i felt like i was violated. read more

I have bought iPhones wifi cards here. I had a proublem with the wifi card for almost 18 months. AT&T was great working with me (not this store) AT&T said for 49.00 they would upgrade me and get me out of this P,O,S but they did not have one in stock and would send me one next week. They told me call my store they cold do the same for me but the store manger had to sign off. They put all the info in for me. I called the store manger OMG my first mistake. If ever there was a con man rob you blind he was it. When he found out I needed it ASAP. He tried to over charge me for every thing. So I said ok. Will you help me if I buy a new phone at the same time. I could hear him smile over the phone. Said I had to buy all kinds of accessories I did not need for him to help me. Remember I bought three iPhones and the Internet card all from this store. Been a Att customer for 12 plus years. He told me they where wrong on the phone. He needed 350.oo dollars to help me. I said sorry hung up called back to AT&T service. $49.00 dollars later all was fixed. I did have to Waite for the mail service. What a crook in MY opinion.
