I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

Spent damn near 2 hours in store being "helped" by a pair of workers who were totally inept. These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly. To think that two heads are better than one was SO NOT the case last night! I would have given a FAT ZERO for customer service but the review must at least register a one. Trust me Drew, you guys are definitely a zero chief!

I came to pick up my SIM card after switching my service, only to be told at 6:15 PM that they were "closed," even though their posted hours say they close at 7 PM. Doors locked. No assistance. No accountability. We're in the middle of a snowstorm, and I need working phone service to stay in contact with my family. Instead, this store chose to shut down early and leave a paying customer without communication. That's not just poor service -- it's negligence. A Verizon store represents the Verizon brand. If this is how they operate, it reflects badly on the entire company. Taking customers' money is easy. Providing actual service when it matters is what counts -- and this store failed completely. I will be filing a formal complaint and warning others to avoid this location.

Is only for new users or…read morepeople who want to upgrade and change their plan to the 'newest' most expensive (but they'll try to convince you like the worst used car salesman that it's not) plan. We had a broken phone WITH INSURANCE and that wasn't even good enough to meet their advertised plan. When the salesperson attempted to explain the upgrade options for our phone with FULL INSURANCE BUT STILL NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE ADVERTISED UPGRADE SOMEHOW, they explained that we could 'pay off' our current phone and then, and only then, would they be able to tell us what we were eligible for in trade-in. So, pay off the phone in full between 200-300 and then they tell us IF we qualify for an upgrade and for how much and it 'could be anywhere between 300 and 1000 depending on the plan' (and here they took another opportunity to try and hard sell an entirely new plan even though we only needed a new phone). Finally out of exasperation we asked to just get the 'old' replacement phone with the Insurance we have fully paid for, but, that is a separate service NOT HANDLED AT ALL BY VERIZON AND YOU HAVE TO CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT! Just terrible horrible no good very bad service from a customer perspective. It may not be the employee's fault, it seems like Verizon set them up for failure with all of the ridiculous rules and plans. In any event, we just walked over to AT&T and traded everything in without a challenge or upsells or bs. I'd avoid this store and Verizon if possible.

From the short time we were in the store, I could tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the store clean. The employees maintain a casual appearance but they are quite professional. We got what we came for in under 2 minutes. It took us longer to navigate past the jerk in front of the aquarium selling cruises. I just wish this store wasn't inside of Concord Mills.

I received my blanket and was out in no time! Idk, I always think when something is given out for free it's a hassle to get, but that was not the case.
