DO NOT COME HERE!!!! very poor customer service and workers do not know how to handle a frustrated customer. An employee by the name of Joey scammed my father. Also, he promised my father all sorts of service for a hundred dollar and some change and I knew it was too good to be true. They just saw a 50 year old man and manipulated him. I call the store 11/2/19 and spoke to a very confused young man that did not know how to handle a customer. He stated that he was with a customer and was not able to help me at the moment and to come in store. I said to him let me speak to your supervisor and he said he's not around I'm the only one in the store and Joey doesn't not work here anymore. Unbelievable!!! I walked into this store at 12:30p today. I'm the only customer in the store and 1 employee in uniform sitting talking on his cell phone with it on speaker. The young lady on speaker is cussing and talking and he's still enjoying their personal conversation while I stand there. After I realize no ones coming out the back, he can't be on break or lunch I said is someone working in here and he said he was. Lol, I could not believe it. He tells his girlfriend, friend whoever I have to call you back I have a customer. My friend went here and she wanted to look at the iPhone XR and the associate was just being too rude and was telling her that she shouldn't get the phone and said that it was not as good. He tried to get her to get the iPhone XS instead of the XR even though she didn't want that at all. Now she doesn't want to go there anymore and I don't blame. Let me start off by Miguel, that is working in this location is by far most the most unprofessional person I've ever came in contact with while having my billed paid off. I literally waited almost more than 1 hour to be on hold in person so he can make a sale. Like literally a sale. I think AT&T is also based on commission but this was far out pathetic. I was first in line but became second. He said his hooker or ringer for when anyone walks through the door. I literally waited and came back. There was 2 more people after me but he said "I'm sorry but this person was first" but ended up helping someone else who was after me. I then heard that he was a regular. Now I'm standing there looking like an idiot because he clearly told the whole place I was next but wasn't. After 30 minutes passed after he helped the person behind me. He then asked me what did I needed? I needed my billed paid and it literally took like less than 5 minutes. If he could go back and forth that would be great. But now I'm feeling like he just wanted to help someone that comes in often. After that he went straight to the commission sale sat right back down and didn't want to keep going back and forth. Until I had the nerve or breaking point of not waiting anymore because he clearly said I was next but lied straight to my face. He then said "Oh man, I could have helped you long time ago with that." News flash, you could have instead of not acknowledging what people need. Like "in the mean time, is there anything I can do or what brings you in today?" goes a long way instead of having me wait a whole entire hour and more for absolutely nothing. I never got an apology or anything of that sort for something that could have been prevented form the get go. While he was helping me I was about to pay he literally made me wait held out my card for like 5 minutes. So the transaction could have been finalized with his commission. I might have just waited longer until they were done so he wouldn't had to half-assed my service like he didn't care at all. When 95% of his attention was to them. The only reason why he helped me from my perspective is when I walked up and asked how much longer. NEWS FLASH or a TIP: When a person says or tells everyone that a certain person is next then they are next not second after the next. I wish AT&T would trained their employee how to multitask or any decency or common sense. Not sure who helped me either was a man or a boy because a man always keeps his word and a boy just says it just to say it. We were hesitating to come here because of bad reviews but we decided to give it a try. There were a couple of people ahead of us but the wait wasn't that long. Only 2 people working but they tried their best. Jorge helped us and explained everything very clearly. No pressure. He was friendly and accurate. I definitely recommend this place. This store probably needs to close down since they can't run it properly. This AT&T store makes the whole AT&T carrier look bad. I have been using AT&T service for over 10 years without a problem. I' am authorized account holder with total of 3 lines under my name. Guess what? An unauthorized person went there and was able to get a new phone under my account. I have auto pay so little did I know what was going on. It wasn't until couple months until I found out that the charges are different on my account. When I inquired about it at my local AT&T store (not this location) they were able to tell me it the person who assisted with the transaction was Jesus from Hayward A Street location. I went to this Hayward store where I told this young lady helped me. It was a Sunday so she had to call the manager and inquire over the phone. Guess what? The young lady said "The manager said that this happened last year and the employee that made this error (Jesus) is not with us and the phone is already being used by someone. For those reasons we can't do anything". I told her but that person wasn't be? AT&T always checks your Id? She said no. Unfortunately not at this store. At that moment I tried to be professional and paid for the charges and closed by account the next day. Now I'm with Verizon. I don't think I can ever trust AT&T again. On my and my Fathers behalf, we had one of the greatest experiences at this AT&T store, mostly because of The worker Bree Stark, she was so friendly and helpful!!! Made our hour and a half stay really enjoyable. She even saved us money. Will be looking forward to go back there, and we cannot forget her helpful staff that was working on a Thursday night. read more

This place deserves no stars. We went for an upgrade thinking we'll receive the phone in 3-4 days which usually is the case even if they say 7-10 days. The guy Jorge is incompetent. I should have known there would be a problem once I got there and a lady told her companion, "Let's go we have been here 30 minutes and no help." I decided to stay because I just needed a SIM card. 45 minutes later I asked how much longer before I am helped, the guy said 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I told them they were too slow and left. Mind you the other guy who worked there was helping a lady who was talking with AT&T on the phone, not sure why he couldn't get on the other available terminal and start my process. Never go to this location. You think because there is no line like Union City location you will be in and out. BIG MISTAKE!!! read more

when i walked in, its like i got hit by a truck. altho this truck was only 4 11, her name was yessica. what an angel. not only was she smoking hot, she was smart, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. i had an issue with my iphone and her professional approach to my issue was unparallel. not only did she help in resolving my issue in a timely manner, but she also offered help with services in regards to my home among others. i would highly recommend this location "only if shes around". the only disservice i experienced is the fact that i wont see this immaculate masterpiece of a woman again until i have more issues. keep up the great work ms alarcon. :) read more
