I went there yesterday. I didn't have much hope because of my credit, but this store set me up so good. The sales associate Stephanie went beyond everything. She was funny. She was friendly. She was very communicative. She just felt like a very good person to have around. I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday. She did the case the screen protector everything was just perfect. Everything was just beyond above. They were playing good music. They were friendly. I know where I'm going from now on I found my phone store and I found my carrier. I went in to setup an Apple Watch to my account. We ran into an issue and could not figure it out. Anthony Fernandez was outstanding and spent over 2hours with 3 levels of tech support until the issue was fixed. They easily could have blamed the device and pushed the issue off on someone else but he was determined to fix the problem. In the end he got it working and tested it before we left. If I could give this store negative 100 stars I would ! The most deplorable customer service I have ever received in my life! Because of the way I was treated in this store by everyone for 4 hours I will be disconnecting my services with AT&T for myself and my family immediately! When I went in to get help I was told I had to call 611. After being on hold for 40 min with 611 they hung up on me. I was told to call them back . Which I did two more times for 611 to disconnect the line, re route me to the wrong dept several more times. No one in THIS store said they could help with my issue of how I was charged nearly 300 dollars for 1 phone line. I had come to THIS store to receive help disconnecting a line on my phone which an AT&T employee placed onto my acct without my consent. The store manager (Escobar )at this store assisted me two weeks prior with disconnecting the line . Only for AT&T to still charge me for phone and line I did not have! Because 611 said the line I received help disconnecting with (Escobar) at this store was NEVER disconnected. I walked into this store at 145 pm and walked out after 6pm. Without resolve. Sadly I was told the manager (Escobar) was gone until Monday. Unfortunately the asst manager disappeared (Mari) left during this escalation of deplorable treatment of a customer for her lunch, handed me the phone and said " if this guy says he can't give you your refund just ask for the loyalty dept ." And she left. She returned only to use the store phone to call the WRONG number to assist with my issue . Which kept me there for another couple hours. Then she never came to see how the process was going, she never "helped" again and she disappeared. Never to be seen again ! No one in this store with at least 4 other employees walking around said they could help me! Until at approximately 6 pm after I was in tears from utter disbelief and frustration an Employee named Hannah pulled me aside to say " I'll see what I can do on my end" at approx 6 pm she called *9. We again waited on hold only for the guy to say the dept that could assist me was closed due to the time and I'd have to call back on Monday ! I asked this employee if no one in the store says they can help me and no one who they told me to call said they could help me how is the customer supposed to get help. And this particular employee only tried (4 plus hours later), where was that same effort from anyone else in the store ? Especially the manager ! And why did it take 4 plus hours for an employee not even a manager to TRY something on their end! when the entire store has deplorable customer service including the assistant manager and the store manager is "unavailable " and you'd ask to speak to someone in management and you are told " I will lose my job if I gave out that area managers contact information " where is the accountability? I have been a loyal first net first responder AT&T customer since 2011. Nearly 13years of monthly bills and 6 lines of family service!!!! And because of the service I received HERE at THIS STORE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER give a dime of my money to this company. My line and my family will go somewhere else ! I am in the process of filing a dispute, a FTC complaint , contacting corporate and will be escalating and reporting this matter with all names and ID numbers from everyone who contributed to this robbery scam. I first went into this store a day before the day I'm going to write my experience about and the guy that helped me was helpful and I couldn't get what I wanted so I said I'd come back the next day to get it,The next day I went back in and I was greeted by a guy I think was named Brandon, not really sure he had dark short hair anyways, I sat down showed him my iD and he scanned it, my name on my ID is not the same that's apparently on my att account which is weird because my bill said the current name, he went on to say he couldn't look into my account without my last names being the same he could call and get it handled, I started to get alittle irritated seeing as how I was just in there the day before and the previous guy who helped me before was able to get into my account fine with my ID not having matching last names, I said to go ahead and he was able to get it fixed, I said what I wanted and they didn't have the blue iPhone 12 Pro Max, but that they could order it I asked if the menifee one had it and he said they couldn't call to see but that I could and if I went there it would be on me if they messed up my account because they weren't an authorized dealer, ok, so I just said fine just order it and I wanted to get the new Appel watch as well, they had that in stock and he proceeded to start the process but an old debt that I had popped up and flagged, I mentioned I paid it off and he said there was nothing he could do so I left and called customer service the next day,where I was able to get a new watch and my new phone, the customer rep on the phone was more helpful and went above and beyond to help, where store guy acted like it was to much work for him to do as they were so busy sitting there doing nothing with no customers in the store, Stay away from this store if you must go to an Att store make the drive, the customer service at this one is no good read more

Today, I went in to get a replacement screen protector for my iPhone 11. Like I get you need to scan your ID to log into your account, which I didn't have. So before I even go in, I see that it's slow, and this skinny Asian girl and this Mexican chick whatever she is, is looking straight at me and laughing through window. You can tell they both were talking shit because as soon as I go in they got quiet. Mind you they are making it so obvious. Came in to pay my uncle phone bill and I have usually paid through person. Not a huge fan on technology and did not really understand how it works. I ask if it fine to pay through person but a female working there said she can't do that and only does machines. Getting there and waiting and finally my turn it was complicated due to not understanding English so well. I ask for help from the lady once again and she was very rude that she said "well it isn't hard to understand how to do it". They could talk to the astronauts on the MOON in REAL TIME almost a half century ago but ATT can't provide adequate internet and phone service after 200 dollars i still don't have service and haven't been able to get ahold of a rep or a tech support since i paid. I was able to get ahold of a rep right away when i first called to sign up until they asked for my card number & i paid now i can't get ahold of anyone unless i call as a new customer, then they transfer me and i stay in hold for over an hour and/or i get transferred again or disconnected. I went into the store a few months ago and picked up a new HTC M8. Fantastic phone if anyone is looking. Anyways, I left the store without the headset to my phone. I called today, 7/21 and spoke with Jessica. I was nervous that my call was too late and that they wouldnt believe me that i didnt get my headset with my phone. Jessica was amazing. My family and I switched over to at&t from verizon just yesterday and Ruby helped us out and she was great. I went home and realized i was given a different phone # from what i had requested (I asked to keep my verizon # and was told I would be able to.) I went back today and Ruby helped me again and after 2 hours of her trying to solve the issue she decides to tell me "thats not what you told me in the beginning" because she wanted me to walk away with the issue unresolved. She apparently didnt understand the issue and spent that whole time thinking she did instead of asking me to make it clearer. Her customer service is exceptional but if she didn't understand my issue she couldve asked me instead of accusing me of saying something else. After she realized the issue she went to the back for another 30 minutes and walked out with it resolved and immediately dismissed me. The Manager is lazy and hides in a back office. I have 4 phones on a family plan and one of them is due for an upgrade in two weeks. That phone broke and is totally inoperable. I asked the clerk to see if they could do the upgrade early, so she went to the back office and checked with her "manager" and the manager told her no. When the clerk relayed the answer to me, she was done, offered no alternatives, and moved on to other customers. I have been with AT&T since 1996 and have never been treated with such indifference by the clerk. I called 611 (AT&T direct) and they handled it for me right over the phone. I will never be back to this store, and I have bought at least 15 phones from this location over the years. If you want good service, stay away. read more
