He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. The price was more than fair, especially compared to what a dealership would have charged. Jason was great to work with: knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He told me that installation is free with purchase. As the tow driver off loaded my car he ran out the door and told us to leave it in the street, which we did. He then went on to tell me that the would not install my battery because of the location behind the tire. When I suggested that it shouldn't be difficult all you have to do is remove the tire and install, he told me "If it's so fucking easy why don't you do it" and he walked away. The place was empty in terms of customers at the time so I didn't understand what the attitude was all about, but beware they will tell you one thing over the phone and do another in person! I would rather use Autozone because at least they have a business model that respects the customer.

I actually called to verify at 951-766-5447 the Hemet California store spoke to Ken. He assured me that it was the correct price and even quoted the price with tax to be $42.00. I made an appointment showed up a little late but was taken care of very quickly. The price I was given was over $60.00 I drove from Idyllwild to get the special price and was told that did not exist so I had no choice but to let them do the service at this higher cost Didn't take long the technician did a through inspection of the brakes rear drums were removed and cleaned out tires were rotated filter and oil changed filled with synthetic oil to my specifications I was surprised to see him take off down the street in my car !! He drove it down the street for a test drive and in the process lost a wheel cover I noticed that when he parked it back at the store. We then went out to see if we could find it on the side of the road. Got lucky and recovered it. I was not happy about the cost so I noticed a poster that said if I applied for a credit card the oil change was free. I did apply instantly got the card approval and they zeroed out the bill. Free is better than $60. The service is great the employees are really nice people but I deducted a because they advertised one price and then charged me a higher priced service, that did not sit right with me and they did not honor that lower price even after I verified it before going to the store it's the only reason I went there to get that special discount Had they honored the special discount price they would have gotten a 5 star review I've returned home and added 8 ounces of prolube to the engine as per my instructions they put 1/4 quart less oil in the engine so that I could add prolube when I got home. I highly recommend this additive as my engine has 172,000 miles on it and with the new oil and prolube it is like a purring like a kitten. P S I also got a quote for a tow dolly tire which was much higher than I expected or wanted to spend.

I mentioned I had an appointment in Temecula, and they immediately offered to swap out the corroded tire with a new one temporarily so I wouldn't be driving on something unsafe. Wow... talk about thoughtful, caring service! This is officially my new spot!
