I was really able to appreciate the exceptional customer service at Rockstar when Jason, the owner, immediately stepped in to assist when a minor hiccup on the carrier's end occurred. Jason informed me of the process, which was beyond my comprehension, and resolved it even after it extended past normal store hours. He even gave me his personal phone number to keep me in the loop. The eye exam with the doctor was fine and everything was running smoothly until we started looking at the frames and asked about coverage one more time. The lady who was helping us said that they didn't accept the insurance so we had no option but leave with no glasses. We ended up calling our insurance and they confirmed they should have accepted our plan. We ended up going to a different location where the experience was so much better. They also made a big deal about sending the exam results to the other location. They should train their employees on doing more research before denying coverage.
