Customer service the worst. So unprofessional and rude. No one even welcomed us or greeted us. Place is extremely slow. I walked in to get my iPhone unlocked so I can take it over seas on vacation. The girl at the counter didn't bother to ask anyone, she just told me to sign in on the waiting list. I was third on the list so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. So, I walk in just to upgrade and wait an hour and half. Every employee seems to be lolly gagging and taking their time. I see 3 employees waiting on 1 customer. Hilarious. I talk to the manager, Chris, who proceeds to ask me if he knows anyone who needs a job. Christopher, the employee who ended up helping me, gets into a verbal argument with me about the time waited. Expecting great service after a 2 hour wait, I was extremely disappointed. The guy, whom I wish I knew his name, was rude. My brother in law asked a simple question to see if he could find out more about trade in but the guy responded with a rude answer. At first I thought the guy was having a bad day but at the end of the visit, it all just added up to very bad service.
