Very disappointed in AT&T, my son and I were subjected to fraudulent accounts. I t was more difficult for us to prove to them that we were who we were than the sales team that properly verified the transaction to begin with. It has taken months just to get AT&T to remove the fraudulent accounts and remove the derogatory marks from our credit reports. Terrible service! No one in the store can provide relief! read more

In my opinion, this AT&T Wireless store has very poor customer service. I have attempted to call the Southside Blvd store repeatedly. I can understand a store being busy from time to time with in store customers, but I kept redialing the store for over 40 min and still no answer. Then I drive down to visit this same store in person and discover several employees just sitting around watching TV and only one customer in the store?!? They did not seem to be busy at all! This all happened on Tuesday of this week. Today, Thursday, almost the same exact thing happened. I called the store and had to redial repeatedly... no one ever answered. I went down to the store and again find employees watching TV with no other customer in the store to deal with! I actually took time to complain to the manager about this issue. The manager, Jeff, did not even really care to hear my complaint. He kept interrupting me before I could even finish two sentences. I get the impression that Jeff gets to hear a lot of complaints about poor service and no longer even cares about hearing them. Oh wait, according to some other Google reviews on this store, HE DOES HAVE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT POOR SERVICE! read more

Ansen is the manager and with a decent sized crow, he greeted me within a few minutes and then diligently​ worked to help me solve my AT&T issue. No doubt he's well trained and takes his job seriously. Within 5 minutes of what I thought would be my own Armageddon, he solved the problem, we shook hands and I was my way. Went in to purchase a new phone and spoke with Mike. He was very customer friendly. Got it set up and we were on our way. We Returned to the store becoz we aren't techies and needed help. Spoke with DJ this time and once again, great customer service. Appreciate the time spent with us. They also, hold the door open for you when leaving which is a nice touch. read more

I marched to the door hyped and excited knowing I will come out with a spanking new phone. I'm in desperate need of a new phone. With all the new policies or whatever deal is going on with cellphone company, I am clueless. I have been to this location before and now it's time to write a review to remind myself not to come here. When I walked in, there were so many employees standing around chit chatting with each others. So I just looked around to see if anyone will help me out. One guy approached me and ask what I needed today. I told him "I would like an upgrade on my phone, and I am not sure what the process" he reply asking "what do you mean about the upgrade?" At this point I'm confused myself. I was trying to explain myself about the phone upgrade and he was standing against the wall from the counter. And I am on the other side of the counter. I felt like I had to raise my voice talking to him because he was standing so far from me. Does he have to stand that far away, I mean there is a counter between us already. I wasn't even in a mood of talking to him or getting a phone with his customer service. So I simply said thank you, bye. He said "ok" and maybe a bye? read more

NEVER CHOOSE AT&T UVERSE / INTERNET. NEVER. NEVER. Why? First time attempting to move the service from one house to another: 8 hours on the phone with 7 foreigners who lost the order twice and then demanded $99 to reinstall service. Second time: 3 hours and 12 ... yes, TWELVE MONKEYS later, two move orders again "lost" with accompaying confirmation numbers not recognized. But, the oh so patient 12th monkey I spoke with gave me a $50 credit on the $99 reinstall fee. Guess what???? Yep, you guessed it. AT&T LOST THE ORDER. Only realtors and used car salespeople deserve that special place in hell reserved for AT&T employees. read more

These folks here have showed me three times in two years just why I stick with AT&T despite less than stellar reception in Jacksonville. They're honest and go the extra mile if something isn't working correctly. Case in point: The music player on my phone started breaking down, skipping songs, shutting off, etc. After visiting two other dealers, one who lacked the tech knowledge to help, the other who wouldn't do anything unless I upgraded, I came here- again. Kallye was my service person and patiently walked me through a factory reset. It's a lot of work to reset everything but she put as much as she could back in while I was there and explained what I needed to do. In addition, she upgraded my software package in my phone, which fixed the player problem. Thanks Kallye! I ended up upgrading anyway before I went in there but now I can give a working Android phone to my mother, an S1 Galaxy and start using my S3. read more

I want to commend Michael for his EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM AND EXTRA EFFORTS!!! I brought my Mom in to get her phone data switched to a new phone (my old one). She was not much (any) help in the process (sorry Mom) and Michael overcame all barriers to make it happen!!! He was kind, understanding and seemed to instantly know that when he asked for simple information needed - that nothing would be that simple. I placed an order online for store pickup. I waited 3 hours for the email that said my order was available for pickup. I arrived at the store location for pickup at around 6:20pm. I was checked in immediately; however, I had to sit and wait for at 45 minutes before I was actually helped. Then when they were available to help me, they kept telling me I couldn't pick up the item even though I was the person listed to pick up the item and the confirmation email told me all they needed was my ID. I presented all the information required for picking up the order but since it was a company account, they made me jump through hoops for an item that was paid for with a company card with my name on it. The ordeal took a total of 80 minutes... so I wonder where's the convenience of store pick up? I'm not a fan of this store location and not a fan of their customer service. read more

In a time where division and strife in America is reminiscent of the darkest hours of America History, I, a black journalist, arrived At&t on August 19th 2017, at 10:50 am, 10 minutes prior to the time that my neighborhood At&t cellular store was to open for business, that I may pay my past due mobile bill. Once entering the store, I was greeted with a smile from one of the sales associates, who asked how she could help me. After communicating my purpose for being in the store with the associate, I was confronted with an issue that only At&t Customer Service could assist me with. Having talked with an At&t Customer Service Rep, my issue was resolved. Having being instructed by the At&t Rep, to test my phone services before exiting the store. I spent the next ten minutes testing my phone. Satisfied with its performance, I proceeded to the store exit. On my way to the exit, I decided to entertain some of the store new products that were in my path. There was this one phone in particular that caught my eye because of its slick and contemporary design. Also, having a price tag of only $100, I was drawn in. Immediately after examining this phone, I signaled to the associate that greeted me initially, for assistance. Discerning that she was clearly preoccupied, displaying minimum interest regarding my question, I was reluctant to ask any further questions. Besides, I needed to get on with the tasks of my day. At any rate, after the associate walked away, I continued examining the basic features of that particular device. Truly desiring to know more about the unit, I sought help from whom I perceived to be the store manager, thinking he would display the patience that I've grown to expect over the years, from At&t associates. Once the manager came over to assist me, I noticed right away, that this guy exercised even less patience than the prior associate. Displaying a very shrewd, obnoxious and condescending disposition, I was even more reluctant to engage in dialog with this manager. On several occasions, while I attempted to communicate my thoughts, he would abruptly disrupt my speech with very sharp sarcasm. In other cases, he would complete my statements or sentences, clearly displaying a very noticeable lack of patience. I asked him twice if he could better represent At&t in a more professional manner. As you could imagine, someone with a pompous and superior mind set, would find it offensive coming from one that is deemed as inferior, to advise or suggest to him, a more acceptable manner of conducting ones self, with customers. Finally, as he began growing more and more frustrated, I decided to spare him as he obviously did not have time, nor a desire to assist me. At this point, figuring I could Google the answer to any question that I may have, I presented him with the option to resume his casual conversation with his associate, inadvertently suggesting to him, that he had fail me as a customer. Realizing the error of his ways, he put aside his pride momentarily, and made a lack luster effort to assist me further. Soon after we began to communicate, he again began exercising such rude and condescending behavior. This time, I'd had enough, communicating to the manager that I'd much rather speak with the "Black Associate", "Kenny Moore", whom have always given me 5 Star Service, in the past. At any rate, my persistent to speak only with Kenny, exhausted David to the point of he stated that, "I could not speak with Kenny Moore, because he was occupied, and could not reserve his associate for me. I then stated to David that, "I didn't intend to interrupt Kenny from assisting the current customer, and was willing to wait until Kenny became available". Now furious, David demanded that I live the store, or he would call the police. In totally shock, I insisted that he did so, that I may bring a legal suit against him. I further stated that "I had a right to be in the store, and that I was ten year paid customer having more loyalty to At&t then he has as an employee". I assured him that I would not leave until I talked with Kenny. Standing only a couple of feet away from Kenny and his guest, I began recording our conversation in the event that my experience with David turned for the very worst! David being adamant and persistent, in regards to me leaving the store, I reiterated to him that I would not leave until I exercise my right to meet with Kenny. In the end, David realized that there weren't any grounds in which to have the authorities come out to the store and remove me. So he wised up exemplifying humility, opting to honor my request after 30 minutes of useless refute and harassment. read more

Walked in and was looking around for 5 mins and planning purchasing a new phone, four sales employees on the floor, not one hello or acknowledgement. There was people waiting but not enough to not say hello. We left and still no word. Would call the manager but that would be useless if one of the salesperson was a manager.
