AG Tech Repair answered my text questions, didn't brush me off and say it was fixed, and eventually had me send them a picture of the back of my desktop and quickly identified what my temporarily braindead self was doing. They charged 40.00 for a charging cord that costs 11.99 at target and the rest of the necessary accessories were 3x the price everywhere else.
