As this seemed very odd, and wasn't mentioned in his original offer, I told him I would be happy to send him the device once I received the promised check. Mr Lee has now stopped answering my emails and I still haven't received a check. This is a very dishonest and frustrating way for him to handle his employee's damage to my property. There are reputable repair places in the area, this is not one of them!

I called AT&T and was told I did not have to purchase insurance as a requirement to upgrade her phone and I should have been asked if we wanted Next Up Anytime. I was also told the authorized dealer stores (like this one) have been doing this and they have to credit people's account. If you use this store (or any other authorized dealers), make sure they aren't adding insurance or other add-on's to your plan.

Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE OR PAY ME FOR IT. He stood behind his employees so he as well wasnt responsible for there actions and it wasnt money out of there pocket! #straightGARBAGE! The official local dealer told me, "NEVER go to this store." Last week, I was in the official branch, and heard two other customers complaining about Cellular Sales. They didn't know that it is NOT a "real" Verizon store, and neither did I, originally. Separately, about three months ago, they totally messed up my account, when giving me a "discount." It took three phone calls to Verizon, and a few hours, to correct the mistakes. BEWARE!!
