I brought my phone in to get the front screen replaced…read more When I returned to pick it up, the guy told me that the screen he had didn't work for Verizon phones. He said that he would be able to get a screen the next day. As he handed me my phone, he informed me that the back screen cracked when he started to remove the front screen. He told me that he would order both front and back and replace them both the next day. I waited all day for him to call when the screens came in, and then decided to go there. When my husband and I got there, he said he had the screens and that I could pick it up in 2 hours we decided to wait. My phone has never worked right since, and the back cracked within a day. I live in Tennessee, so I can't do anything about this until I am back in Illinois. No one answers or returns calls! He changed me $150 for a repair that ruined my phone! I also noticed that he chipped a part of my camera light meter which effects my phone's ability to adjust the brightness of my screen!

I have nothing good to say about this place. The owner said he could get our phone fixed in an…read morehour. We go back an hour later and they say they need another 45 minutes. We go back an hour later and we're told by a snotty uninformed worker that the owner is gone to pick up someone's broken equipment and inexplicably has taken our phone with him and he'll be back in 10 minutes. What is this, Hidden Camera??? I go back in 5 minutes because I'm seeing red and my rare day off of work is slipping away. Now she says it'll be 20-30 minutes and "he'll get here when he can, I have no control over the owner, and I have no way to contact him". Unbelievable! Another woman was in there the whole time living the same misery we were but she was supposed to be at work. I hope she writes a review... Her story is pretty epic. He finally shows up with our phone. I ask to use the bathroom, the shop is a disaster. Every inch of surface is covered with half done projects. I walked through the shop and the only person back there was a 12 yr old kicked back eating mcdonalds surrounded by thousands of dollars worth or other people's electronics. I waled by a series of cubbies marked "ready for pick up" and I could have easily taken electronics that didn't belong to me. Why is this so accessible and not secured?? All told, 4 hours for a supposed one hour job. No apology, no courtesy call so we didn't have to keep coming back. No anything. Anyone that will listen will know my story... We stopped in and they knew exactly what it needed from looking at it. Glass screen only needed replacement. Cost was $95 plus tax for a total that was a little over $99. Can't beat that at all. They said it would an hour to repair and it did. They called me when it was ready. Looks beautiful. Awesome job of replacing the glass screen. I would definitely recommend this business for fixing or replacing your cracked glass iPhone screen.
