I contacted Adam's Bicycle Shop because my HeyBike Ranger (purchased from Amazon) was having several issues. Adam and team not only took a pair of the bikes (probably 60-75 pounds each) to correct some issues with the front axel nuts (which consistently were coming loose) and the folding of the bikes. What a fantastic experience! We walked in without an appointment to have them look at the flat tire on the back of my granddaughters bike. I thought we'd have to leave the bike and end up picking it up later in the week. They fixed it in about 20 minutes! Checked and adjusted the brakes, fixed a loose seat, and checked the chain. We dropped off my 4 year old sister's new bicycle and payed to have it fixed. We came later that day at 4:00 to pick it up on a Friday. It says right on their door that they close at 4:30 and when we got here to pick it up they were closed. They closed a whole half hour early and we drove 20 minutes to get there. The next day we got her bike but we were very annoyed that they closed so early when we payed to come here and get a bike fixed and pick it up. Little word of advice, if you're gonna close early then change your hours. Overall they got it fixed but are not the most reliable on timing. read more

I was having problems with my bike and kept bringing it back to Dicks sporting goods where I bought it, problems still existed and things were never right. I brought my bike in to Adams and everything was fixed up and they made my bike better then it was before by making adjustments I did not even know could be done and my bicycle is now so much more comfortable to ride. Also I had a bike bought from target for my 5 year old I couldn't find training wheels to work without the bike bending and tipping over! I brought her bike in Also and the owner got her bike set up with a set of training wheels that are perfect for her bike. She was scared to death to ride it still!! I was going to buy a bike that was a little bit smaller from him. After he looked over her bike again he said he didn't want to lose a sale and wanted to sell me a bike but that if he made a few minor adjustments I may be able to keep the bike we had. He did a few adjustments and my daughter took off riding with a big smile on her face:) I'm glad that he was honest and took the time to adjust a Few things and she was then over her fear of not being able to ride her big girl bike.
