Hello, again. After writing my previous review, I was finally contacted by the Manager, Odell. He was apologetic and full of excuses. Nonetheless, he seemed to understand my long-term frustrations with the customer service at his store (regarding Justin). He stated that it would be best to contact him via text on his cell for further communication needs. He also requested that I contact him on June 15th in order for him to combine my customer account with my First Net account. Additionally, I want to keep my phone number and not pay for the additional number Justin decided to assign my phone. I contacted Odell on June 15, 16, 22, and 23 via text. Not a single response despite his previous assurances that he would assist me with this issue and be accessible via text. I'm at a loss. I don't have the luxury to be so remiss at my job as a first responder. Very upset. My husband and I went in yesterday to have them fix our plan that their representative screwed up on. The man who assisted us was named Brandon and was very disrespectful and kept arguing back with us and refusing to listen to us. He kept saying how he has worked with ATT x amount of time and how he knows. I don't care what he knows. I know that the lady rep we had screwed up my account and we are paying almost double what we should. We were lied to by her in order to get us locked into our plans now and I'm furious. Brandon had his so called manager come over to try and help the manager refused to assist saying he will have our rep call us to fix it. Why would I want her to fix it when she screwed up in the first place? How can I trust she will even fix it? And how is it Brandon was allowed to be extremely rude and unprofessional in front of his so called manager? If I was the manager, Brandon would have been fired or at least written up for the way he spoke to us! I'll go through corporate to fix this and also file a formal complaint against Brandon because that behavior was unacceptable. read more

I would highly recommend everyone stay away from the store. They are manipulative, greedy, dishonest, and malicious. I found a phone on the side of the road and contacted the person who owns it. He had already bought a new phone, so he agreed to let me have his old phone so we went up to this AT&T store to have it wiped and unlocked for me, but the employees at AT&T didn't want me to have the phone they wanted to have it instead so they offered $500 to the gentleman of the phone I found and proceeded to come out and accuse me of trying to scam the old man they threaten to call police Kick me out of the store took pictures of me and my car and said I was never allowed back in the store again. I'm a new ATT customer added to my wifes line. We did our transaction via call center with the help of att representative Chris. Unfortunately there was a confusion with our delivery but decided to try for pick up instead. Mr Chris was amazing and had best experience. He waived our activation fee, our update fee and we only had to pay 50.00 tax per phone. The amount was my wife receives a free phone and I pay 25.00 for my phone monthly. At the end, we'll be paying for our lines and taxes obviously. And now there's is a Mr Tim from the Att store very nosiey and disrespectful in a very professional manner. Mr Tim stated he has to cancel all orders done by Chris, and reorder it for us to pick up in store. Mr. Tim was more as a authority type of a sales man instead of a sales associate. Mr Tim has the audacity Asking my wife if she works and asking if If I worked which is none of his business. Mr Tim stated we had to pay 70.00 for tax instead of 50.00 which was offered by Chris. Mr. Tim took the liberty to cancel my order only, not my wife. Then my wife informed Tim that Chris waived activation and update fee. He then said he was not able to do that and doesn't know how or why Chris did that. Mr Tim then said it was too late! I'm very angry Tim cancelled the order without informing my wife. He basically did it behind her back! That is shitty customer service! This would have someone fired! Att has been in my family for a long time! No issues but this is nuts! Loyality is very important and Tim was not loyal! This is a very good AT&T store, which we have been to several times. This time around - to get my wife an iPhone 4. YEAH! I was more excited about it than she was, so I had to do my best to 'back off' and allow her the experience. I succeeded mostly. ;) The service is very good here, and only one of the times I've been has a salesperson really done the 'upsell' thing. Our associate was very attentive, friendly, capable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were getting the best deal (and my wife is very particular in this area, to her credit/our benefit). I like that the parking is somewhat separate from the rest of Zona Rosa (as it's near the entrance), but there aren't enough spots usually. Be prepared for some serious BBQ smoke in the lot, as there is a BBQ place right across the street, where they obviously cook 24/7. read more

My wife and daughter went in to upgrade their phones. My wife talked to Dwayne and told him that the upgrade fees were a deal breaker. She emphasized this three times. He said he couldn't waive them upfront but to bring the bill in when we received it and he would credit it back. Guess what? We brought the bill in and he claims he doesn't remember the conversation. I give the "one star" rating only because that is the lowest score possible. The customer service at this AT&T store is atrocious. Outside of the pleasant employees who greet you and take your name, none of the other staff members care about providing any service whatsoever. They stand around and talk to each other, can't be bothered to answer simple questions, and did not even acknowledge my presence despite me standing there for over 10 minutes. Hoping that it was an anomaly, I made two separate trips to this location to purchase a smartphone. I ended up buying it online. I can't emphasize enough how terrible the service is at this location. The worst! We had been with ATT 12 years, never changed just because I didn't want the hassle of changing. I wish I had years ago. Someone hacked my ATT account and bought two iPhone X's. One was sent to PA and one to FL. Why that didn't not raise a red flag I am not sure what would. I had an iPhone 6plus and my husband had an LG. ATT cleaned out our bank account, literally. It turned out to be a nightmare. ATT just shuffled us from person to person, supervisor to supervisor, department to department... and would always say they were looking into it. In the meantime, we had no money to buy medication, pay our utilities, food, etc. They didn't care. When we went, several times, to the store at Zona Rosa, they were nothing short of rude - saying they didn't have anything to do with billing. My husband has serious heart and diabetic issues, ended up have problems because we could not get his medication. Had to go to the hospital twice. developed ulcers on his feet, and I could not get my medications. ATT did not care. So, the next month when my husband's disability check came in, we took the money out of the account except for $200 and ATT took that. We would sit on hold as long as 4 hours trying to talk to someone. Then when we did, they would say they would call us back by a certain time that day and we would go days and they never called back, so we would start over again with waiting to talk to someone. We no longer have any services with ATT. Consumer Cellular is way better!!! We ended up having to close our checking account. I called and told them to cancel our accounts and they never did. Finally gave up and didn't pay anything and they closed it after months. It was a real nightmare for us. So, unless you have money to burn, don't signup with ATT. We returned the cable boxes and router and the lady told us to keep our receipt for three years, that ATT was coming back to people three years later saying they did not return their equipment and that it was against the law to print out another receipt? What a SCAM they are running. Be sure you check you monthly statements. read more

This place has the worst customer service I've ever been experienced with. AT&T all around is pretty terrible at customer service but this store has to win the prize for being the most unhelpful I've been to. If possible go to any other AT&T store in the area, they almost all have to be better. I went in and simply wanted to add a new line of service and purchase a new iPhone 5s on that new line and for doing that wanted my wife's line to get an early upgrade so she could also get the 5s. This is something she had cleared with AT&T on the phone the prior day after talking with them for over 2 hours. They told her it would be possible but she had to go into the store. I went into the store and explained to the salesman so he proceeded to lookup the notes. He told me that the notes didn't reflect that she was available for an early upgrade so I asked them if they could call AT&T. He said that they can't talk to AT&T (something I know is not true as I've had multiple times at an AT&T store where they had to call and talk to a customer support rep). He told me it had to be reflected in the notes that she could get the upgrade and said I should call them. I called AT&T and after talking to 2 people who were completely unelpful I spoke to someone who told me that it shouldn't have even been an issue in the first place. This person told me that if you add a line you should be able to get an upgrade on another line with no issues. I asked her if she could make a note in my file as to the situation and that I could get the upgrade and she obliged. I then walked back into the AT&T store and they pulled up the note. Then the guy had to "check with his manager" again and he came back and said he still couldn't do the upgrade. When I questioned the disconnect between what they were telling me and their customer care via the phone he (the manager of this AT&T store) insinuated that the customer care center doesn't have to deal with me directly. In other words he's saying that his own company would prefer to lie to me to not have to deal with me but that he can't do the same since he has to talk to me in person. read more
