Came to pick up a phone we had on hold for my mom. The lady Liliana was not very helpful. She Seemed very annoyed when we asked questions about the phone and the promotion. She was not courteous at all and was even more annoyed when I asked for a receipt. She needs to learn how to treat customers. read more

I have gotten ripped off for the last time from the used car salesman at AT&T. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I've had AT&T for 25 years and been told it's only so much a line, or we'll throw this in for buying the phone every time I go into this store. The service reps there are kind and smart. But somewhere between that service rep or AT&T corporate, the expectations of pricing and timeline for two phones with low data use was miscommunicated to us. Coverage is nice and all, but there are just less expensive plans from the competition for moderate phone/data usage. read more

Will cheat and lie to get you to sign up and when you bring this up to them, they will tell you to email them detailing everything, but never get back to you. I was lied to by an associate telling me that all iPhones are buy one get one free and found out after signing up, that was not true and now have to keep paying on the "free" iPhone. Contacted corporate who basically told me to pound sand. Highly recommend not going here. As soon as I pay these phones off, I'm dumping AT&T. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....I posted a 1 because you have to put something.....We walked in the store, both reps were busy helping other customers. That isn't my complaint.... we weren't even acknowledged. We were there for at least 15 minutes without even a head nod. We would've waited had we been acknowledged, but as it was.... it was like we were invisible. The "boss" was in the back doing whatever the "boss" does. One of the employees walked by us twice on the way back to see the boss.... ZERO acknowledgement. A "Hey we will be right with you" would've sufficed. So... Been waiting over 20 minutes while the only associate working answers 5,000 questions for a lady who doesn't have her purse with her and clearly will not be purchasing anything today. I just want to grab an item that I've already selected and get out of here. The customer is drawing out the conversation on purpose because she sees 4 people waiting behind her in line. While not directly the fault of the associate he has made no attempts to end the conversation or move on to any other customers, he could wrap up the conversation instead of listening to her life story three times. read more

Ugh I have had it with Keizer station AT&T I had my order shipped to the store because it is an expensive item and the tracking number says it was delivered on Friday. I called Friday to see if it is there nothing called Saturday because maybe it got there after they checked the mail nope not there. Then yesterday I went into check and the young lady was very rude didn't even look in the back she asked what my name was and she said no I don't have anything. So I called the call center and the very very sweet lady from Georgia told me that it was delivered Friday at 11am according to the tracking number. I ordered this item on Tuesday and was told that it would be 2-3 business days nope it has been a week and nothing and they keep saying that it is not at there location when I specifically asked her to give me the documents and what address it would be sent to and the item is nowhere to be found a week later . I called again today and the person on the phone said when we check our PO Box I will give you a call it is 5pm ( I called at 11:30 am and again at 1:30pm) and I haven't received a call or an email. I keep being told that my app and the the usps website is wrong that my order is not there I don't know who to believe anymore. I only use them out of convenience because they are on my way to work if it was not easier I would go all the way out of my way and use the one on commercial street in south salem. If this was not a gift it would not be as big of a deal. Being told 2-3 business days and not getting it until a week later is super frustrating. Get it together Keizer station AT&T. I am very disappointed in the service I have received with you guys. read more

I had been into this location previously and not had any issues. But this time I came in with a kid I watch who is mentally challenged. They initially greeted me and said they would get to me as soon as possible. During this time the kid I was with was busy checking out all the tablets and phones. However only a few phones seemed to be real phones and were on for you to look at, mostly the high end Samsung Android phones and the iPhones. Everything else was fakes. What I wanted to look at was the Nokia Lumia 950 but it was a fake. While I was waiting the staff clearly skipped me and started helping several people who came in after me. I finally got tired of waiting and left. Next time I will just go to the official store on Hawthorne. read more
