I couldn't not recommend this store any more. Came in to get a phone, was told we had to order one. I said I wanted to know how much it is. Guy told me he could order the phone, my bill would come down to $150 a month with $1100 off the phone and we would finalize it when the phone came in. Said he would call me when it came in. Never showed me numbers, I didn't sign anything he just randomly said "cool it's ordered" and shook my hand. Then I got a bunch of automated emails about my bill change. It was not what we talked about, bill was barely cheaper and it broke down I only got about a $750 discount off the phone. It arrived in the store 2 days ago. No call. I called, and they said I need to wait for him to come in to get everything set. When that is.. no one knows because he "couldn't see his schedule" Couldn't be a more unprofessional process read more

Ethan walked me through canceling it, then helped me reorder and pick it up in-store on the spot. Extremely disappointed with the service. I sent my mom in with the intent on purchasing a brand new iPhone 12 Pro or IPhone 12 Pro Max. A $1000 or $1100 at least phone respectively. She has an iPhone 7+ and wanted to see the screen sizes (lit screen) in comparison to her current phone so she could make an educated decision. They refused to do anything even remotely close to letting her compare anything except the physical phone. How is someone to make an educated decision if they can't visually see the difference in size. Yeah yeah I get that it's an inch bigger and therefore there is the size difference. Her phone is a half decade old. Show some customer service skills, it's pathetic. How difficult is it to power up a phone and leave it on the Lock Screen to show a comparison? Figure it out guys, my nephew who works at Walmart has better customer service skills. read more

I just went to this Verizon to get a new phone and we had some issues so it was taking way longer then needed. The employee Justin T was incredibly helpful he even stayed late to make sure everything was all set up and that we were good to go. This was my first time in this Verizon store, I went in to get a new Apple Watch! I went in on a Saturday with no appointment, and I was immediately helped. Ryan was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of! Beyond satisfied with the customer service, we will most definitely be using this as our Verizon store from here on out!! read more

Do yourself a favor and go across the river to the Verizon retailer in West Linn. I certainly wish I had. The customer service here is atrocious, causing ongoing headaches and difficulty for customers. Zero customer service and irresponsible management. Do not waste your time or trust any of these people to manage your account or money. A quick trip across the river gets you phenomenal service, or, you could choose this hot mess of a retailer and potentially end up wasting your time fixing their monumental mistakes. They will not care about you, your issue with their service, or the stress they've caused. Like I said, do yourself a favor and avoid. If you must go, do not work with Jim, and trust his supervisor, Ryan, will be of zero assistance should you have any issues. Worthy of zero stars. Oh, and TCC? Save yourself the time to type a response to this review. We've spent a lot of time trying to work with you, to no avail. Really disappointing visit here... I was looking to switch services to Verizon to get better coverage. The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen, I had to park at Fred Meyer. After almost getting ran over 3 times I get to the store and see a sign "mask required due to covid". Whatever... I walk back to my car to get my mask and brave the idiot drivers once again. Once I enter the store I see the employees were NOT wearing masks, what message is Verizon trying to send here? I ask about the difference between regular and prepaid plans, was told prepaid has worse coverage. I asked for specifics and couldn't get any. He asked what phone I have, Iphone SE... and was told my phone was too old to even use with Verizon. I saw these same phones on the Verizon website? He then mentioned some other phone I could use for an additional $17 a month. I'm not interested in buying a new phone, let alone financing one or getting a contract. I want better coverage is all and you'd think they would jump at the opportunity to snag a customer from a competitor. Apparently there are no deals or incentives for me to switch... I find this hard to believe! Salesman even recommended I try T mobile or AT&T. I guess I will! What a waste of time. read more

Unexpectedly wonderful experience at this Verizon store today. I went in because I was having some issues with my phone, and the store manager (I think his name was Ryan) was able to get me into a new phone and save me money. He was helpful and patient with me, and made sure that everything worked before I left, including connecting the new phone to my car. I witnessed all the sales associates demonstrate the same level of customer service. I used to go to Costco to get new phones, but am now a loyal customer to this store! read more

Visited your Oregon City location today pretty frustrated. I had purchased an XR a couple days earlier at the recommendation of your sales rep because of the dual sim capability. I was forwarding calls and my iMessages to one phone which left some gaps in sms and outgoing calls. Once I activated the dual sim through Verizon's tech service, my line had gone haywire. Fast forward four days and I find myself back in your store with 3 phones and none are cooperating. I try to explain the situation to unhelpful hipster Holly only to be met with her abbraisive behavior and know it all attitude. She didn't listen to a word I was saying and acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Mind you I've been working on this issue for 3 days now with multiple techs, service reps, and apple. I know how the phone worked before the e sim was set up and I know what happened after. Unhelpful hipster Holly didn't seem to care. She assured me what I needed to be done couldn't be done because the phone wasn't "paid off". "Do what you want but it's not gonna work". I knew this was incorrect as I left the store with it working day one. She then states "since you seem to know it all then you can handle it but it's not going to work" and shoved my phones back at me and stepped aside. When I followed up with a question she said it's $20 for a phone set up. I took the phones and left, and then I called Verizon tech line. Low and behold, like I said to unhelpful hipster Holly the e sim was the root of the problem. This is such a bad representation for your store that it has to be costing you money via customers & sales. Perhaps unhelpful hipster Holly could be moved to the back room. Much better place to hide a lazy, unprofessional, inexperienced, "know it all". Btw Holly it worked and the phones still not paid off. First class clown show. read more

WOW. What a great experience at the store. Alex C went out of his way to help me with a problem I had with my phone. He spent over 2 hours with me, was calm and collected, yet assertive when speaking to technical support to help with the issue. He even offered to stay late later in the week when I come back with my phone, to help me get it back up and running. I am very impressed with Alex, as well as the whole team at the store!!! read more

Sales associate was nice and knowledgeable. Small selection of cases for new phone... Didn't have all color options of new phone. Long wait. We went 2 different days. Both days there was only one person working. First day we ended up leaving became it was a long line. Second day there was only 2 people ahead of us and it ended up taking like 45 mins before she was able to help us. read more

I went in to this store on Saturday to discuss options for upgrading to a new phone. The salesman, Jim, answered questions and confirmed cost of the upgrade. After the decision was made, Jim processed the transaction and charged me triple the amount discussed in error! He was unable to reverse the charge or cancel, so the unauthorized payment stuck. He cited that nothing could be done on his side. Jim was unable to return the money or even provide a new phone! The account was frozen and I was forced to walk out with nothing. Because this isn't a corporate store, the burden was now placed on me. I HAD to contact my bank, I HAD to follow up with corporate Verizon, with absolutely no help from this store. Jim provided his contact information and after several conversations he asked that the contact stop and to call his Manager, Ryan. With all of the communication and irritation during a 4 day period - and still no resolution (refund of money owed to me), you would think that Ryan would have already contacted me to discuss this situation. A situation where a customer is charged in error for hundreds of dollars, doesn't immediately get refunded and has to walk out with nothing, clearly has the right to be frustrated and angry. I question the integrity of this store. I still do not have resolution and have been in contact with corporate Verizon every day since the error and unauthorized charge. It is unbelievable to me how Jim and Ryan (I assume the manager is aware of the situation) are not more on top of this and trying to rectify the error made by an employee of the store and a representative of Verizon! read more
