    Would not recommend this location. Low energy. One of their reps(Lydia) was very unhelpful with customers.

I didn't know if it made more sense to sell it, replace a part, or do something else entirely. Instead of pushing me to come in or trying to make a sale, they actually walked me through all my options in a really thorough way. They explained their pricing clearly and also helped me understand what different repair paths mean cost wise depending on where you go, so I could make an informed decision. That level of transparency really stood out and made it clear they weren't just trying to get me through the door. I've since been there twice for repairs, and both experiences were great. Everything was fast, transparent, and affordable. I've never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes in the waiting room. The second repair was more involved, but they were upfront about the timing. I dropped my phone off, came back about an hour and a half later, and it was ready. When I later noticed a small issue and brought it back, they took care of it immediately with no hassle and no complaints. The space itself is quaint, and they usually have something funny playing on the TV, which is a nice touch. If you're looking for honest people who clearly explain what you're paying for and why, this is the place. I'll definitely keep coming back here as long as I live in the area. Thanks yall!

    Went to the Buda store to ask about upgrading my I phone as it wasn't working correctly. After…read morespeaking with one rep in the store, we thought it was best to file an insurance claim. Then I was asked about the rep changing my plan. I said I was fine with what I had. They then insisted for them to look at it and see if they could save me money. They said it would only take a min. So they logged into my account and said I had an outdated plan. They were gonna give me a current plan that was 70 dollars cheaper a month. That felt great. Then they told me that since I was saving 70 dollars a month I could get the new tv box they were promoting that was 50 dollars a month. I told them I didn't need it. Dint want it. That I didn't watch tv much. They called a couple days later to try to sell me again. Well one month later I get my bill which is now much more than it ever was. I called AT&T guy and he explained my bill to me. I'm going back tomorrow to get the names of the people that did this and I love AT&T service. But I don't like how they lie to there costumers. Please be very careful with the folks in this store. They seem to be snakes in the grass

I had purchased a Motorola phone and 4 days later, I was unable to access any of my texts or calls, so I reported to the same location for assistance. Lesley stated that the account was suspended due to nonpayment. I showed my online payment was reflected and confirmed with the account indicating zero balance. She then contacted the Cricket customer service line and I waited over 45 minutes for their resolution. I informed her that I needed to return to work as soon as possible, with the ability to access my phone service and text, in order to log into my telecommuting position. I was willing to remit a duplicate payment just to override the block and Cricket could reimburse me later, once the service was restored. She offered no other solution, therefore, I requested to return the phone and that I would resume with my previous carrier Sprint. Lesley stated the store policy would not allow return products, unless there was a technical issue with the device. I contested that my receipt doesn't indicate her claim as valid. According to the refund policy, any devices were completely returnable for 7 days of purchase. This was day 4 from the purchase date. She refused and stated that she can call her manager, however, when I agreed to speak directly with her manager, she refused, changing her story, stating that she was the manager and she was attempting to assist me, however I needed to pay a $5 reactivation fee. She lacked total credibility and absolutely pitiful that she thinks that customers are so dense to take her word at face value. She had no badge or business card indicating her title. When I insisted on speaking to her manager, Lesley snapped back and stated she had a right to refuse me service. From that point, it was clear that I was dealing with an irrational employee and informed her that I would file a complaint with their corporate office. Immediately, another Cricket staff intervened, logged into the system, and waived the $5 re-activation fee within seconds. I spent over an hour and 20 min debating with the most belligerent, Cricket employee that no customer should ever have experienced. This issue will definitely be escalated and reported to the Cricket corporate division for final retribution.
