He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. It not only brought us a lot of trouble since there is no internet, but also charged me the early termination fee with no reason. Moreover, the agent did not remove all three phone lines we requested to terminate from my account, but keep charging us the fees! I contacted Frontier and tell them the problem, but no one resolve this issue, furthermore they sent the case to a collection agent. Everything is so messed up with this company. I want them to remove all the extra charges, and refund us the early termination fee they charged by mistake!

So she TELLS me I can take it to trash But her counterpart took the other box - let's talk lazy and poor customer service. The closet they are placing all returned WiFi's and routers in is FULL and he is trying to convince me that ATT is so less than Spectrum. It was a joke. The poor service in the store is equal to the crap service with their Internet. Awful.
