Worst customer service. Just walked out of the store at 5:45pm We were waiting for over 30 minutes for the next available salesperson, another lady walks in and waits like 5 minutes. Sales guy goes up to lady and helps her, not even acknowledging us. Normally wouldn't be a big deal, but girl working at table by front door said "you're next and we'll be right with you". They need a better system to keep track of who's next, rather than just pick and chose who they want to help. We were coming in to change our 7 business phones over to AT&T, but guess there's a reason for everything. If it starts bad with customer service, guess it's best to stay with our current provider. read more

This is one of the hidden gems of Ladera Ranch. It's a full service AT&T store with very little traffic. The waits times here are usually pretty low and the service quality is excellent. I've been in this location at least a dozen times in the last 5 years and was always happy when I left. If you're looking for a great AT&T retail location and don't want to wait in long lines... this might be the place for you. It always is for me. read more

I cant say enough great things about my experience at this location. Nicole or Nikki was a dream to work with. No pressure, friendly, and very helpful she made the experience of upgrading phones fun. Normally I tend to shy away from these purchases and put them off because of my past experiences. I was so pleased with my service I asked for the manager and expressed how happy I was with every thing. She was so happy and appreciatve that I took the time let her know how happy I was with our service. I recommend Nicole very highly and will return to her exclusively for service! I will also add that the Assistant Store Manager I worked with was equally awesome. They both had to deal with a situation was out of their hands from when I had a salesman come to my door to sell me Uverse. Don't get one of those 'lifetime warrantee' screen protectors = total scam! Came in to have one replaced and apparently there are a TON of hoops you have to jump thru first. If the screen protector haded been sold as such a great thing in the first place I'd not have thought I could just come in - but that's what I had been told ... horrible customer service !! read more

Hidden between the Bank of America & the UPS store, lies one of the best AT&T stores that I have ever been to. It was my first time going to this AT&T store and the service was direct, quick and great! My family and I walked in and upgraded our phones in less than 15 mins. Went in to get a Samsung S5 after my iPhone broke. They were prompt to greet me at the door, and supposedly put me on the list. Then the guy who was behind me got called before I did and I asked where I was on the list and they couldn't find my name. After after asking the guy who was called before me, but came in after me, he confirmed I did come in, and I was moved up on the list. The manager was dismissive about it, but I was moved along. If I hadn't have been assertive about their mistake I would have had to wait another couple of hours. The AT&T guy who assisted me was friendly and helpful. However, he insisted that I pay off an outstanding (but not late) balance for the entire account (4 family members), which was paid the night before, but wasn't in their system so I had to pay a full month ahead of time to get the phone. If I lived paycheck to paycheck that would have really been a hardship for me, all I wanted was a replacement phone. He went over the basics of the phone and asked if I had any questions. Knowing that I was going from an iphone to android, he didn't warn me about not being able to receive texts from apple users until calling Apple tech support. While I came in at a busy time with the iPhone 6, which I had no control over because my phone broke, my experience was below average. The store handled everything about as well as any other mediocre store would have, but what's most disappointing is the way AT&T is about aggressively collecting payments before getting a new phone, even with my perfect bill-paying history with them. I really hope I don't have to come back to any AT&T store for at least a couple of years read more

My wife and I went in to spend $800 and purchase and IPhone and the person inside said we would have to wait 30 minutes before a "Sales Specialist" would see us to sell us a phone. We currently have T-Mobile and were excited to be switching to AT&T until this happened. We asked for a Manager and the employee said there wasn't one available. Went in 10 minutes before closing. We knew what we wanted, current iPhone promotion of buy one get one free. The person at the counter said he would get us an associate. Paul (his name tag said Robert) came out and helped us. We told him what we wanted, he got the phones and had everything processed in about 15 minutes. He did try to sell us on some additional deals (iPad, security suite, direct tv, screen protectors) but he wasn't pushy. He just made us aware of the promotions. This store is TERRIBLE. Firstly, we made an appointment and still had to wait for the next person to help us after a walk-in customer. Secondly, your customer service is absolutely horrible. Your associate Jerrod was giving attitude the entire time and was not helpful AT ALL. He had no idea what he was doing on his pad and was giving unnecessary dirty looks after anything I said. We settled the matter with the manager and were happy that AT&T had several new promotions that the manager Tino brought to our attention. We purchased two Galaxy note 8 phones and also had several other promotions brought to our attention. The store manager Tino was very understanding about our frustration with our past issue and explained the reason behind his absence when I needed to talk to him. I was trying to activate six cellular lines with AT&T. I have been to the store four times and no one can help me. Each of the four times that I was there the manager was not present in the store. It is a real shame that I had to take my business elsewhere. You would think six lines would be something AT&T would want. They could save so much money in advertising if they only signed up the people that walked in. I witnessed two other customers leave the store very unhappy. They took their business elsewhere. In a quarter mile radius there are two other cell phones storefronts. The lack of customer service easily pushed customers to a different carrier. The plans are so confusing on purpose so you really don't understand what you signing up for and the plans change so often that the customer service representatives don't understand what they are selling. My husband and I went to this store on Saturday October 7 around 10:15 am. We only had a 15 minute wait. Brandon was our consultant and he was very courteous and so helpful. He sensed that we were not so hi tech oriented and explained our options very simply and clearly. Usually we go with our daughter as she is our guide but my phone needed immediate replacement and she was not available. However Brandon was gracious to speak with her also before we made any decisions. He was in no hurry or in any rush and made us feel that we were the most important clients. Thank you Brandon. Do not do business with these people. Order your services on-line! They will tell you that you get the same deals as on-line, but they never come. After 3 months of not receiving the promised credits, and getting a complete run around from the sales person, Matt Saavedra, I called AT&T directly, and they said there was no record of any credits on my account. The rep walked around putting things away, going in and out of the stock room and didn't say a single word to us. A simple, "I will be with you in a minute" would have been great. I went in the other day to switch my iPhone 4s to an iPhone 5s (my friend gave it to me) jacquilyn was the amazing sales rep who helped me. Right when I walked in the door she greeted me with a smile and asked what she could help me with...I told her I had zero idea how to activate the new phone and sync all my info (I tried and failed) she downloaded and app on both phones and transferred all my contact and all my pictures/videos. She was so sweet and waited with me, she didn't make me feel like An inconvenience (considering I wasn't buying anything) she was amazing and I am so thankful for her help. I had an issue with a Retail Authorized store in Huntington Beach on Main where they were nice until the sale is done, so after calling them and nobody was answering, I decided to go to my local ATT corporate store. Even if I didn't buy the phone with them, Brian ( he might be the manager I think) dedicating his time to my issue. He really tried to understand my confusion and complicated situation ( canceling a line bc we bought a new phone BYGO ) . He DIDN'T tell me " I can't do anything for you , it's an authorized retail store". He solved my issue in a heartbeat with a smile. So thumbs up for Brian ! I wish every store was like his, and please ATT, get rid of all these "Authorized Retail stores", they ruin your reputation. read more

Any time I walk in here it feels like post office! Even worse. No one is greeting you or even acknowledging you. There is no shortage for the staff however they're not interested in helping you unless you're buying something off the shelf. They just went through a remodel and trying hard to impress you with the walls and floor but customer service at the lowest level. After talking to their manager soon you realize all the employees are reflecting her carelessness and arrogance. After my three failed attempts calling ATT with an issue I decided to go to the store and have it resolved. The employee I talked to had no knowledge of the product they advertise and she said she's a new hire. I asked for the manager, she approached me with no greeting with attitude as I disturbed her quite time hiding in her back office. She as well had no knowledge of the product and services. I spent close to an hour sitting there as they were trying to call ATT but the problem wasn't resolved. No apologies and no further effort was made to assist. read more

There is a reason why I switched carriers...AT&T is the worst and the service at this location is terrible. It's always packed or it is empty but it still takes forever to get served. Some workers here need to get off their pedestal and seem remotely friendly and understanding that you don't want their other services despite constantly saying no thanks. I have put up with AT&T and this location for at least 4 years for the reason that it was too much of a hassle to switch back then. Oh yeah, and I went in today to pay a bill (haven't done it in person before) and the worker directed me to the kiosk and told me it's "self explanatory"... that's seriously not what you say to a customer at all. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SWITCHING PHONE PROVIDERS......DON'T DO IT! I switched my family and got new phones for XMAS. It has been over 3 months and the nightmare continues. It started with a sales manager named Nikki(?) untrained minion, Noah. They play a complete shell game with the different lines, promotions etc. She said the service is great where my wife works, she knows because her dad lives near there in Aliso. When I came back in for another issue, I mentioned it and she said "yeah it's a dead spot, I know because my dad lives there" Here's a tip, tell the truth and you won't have to remember your lies!!!!! I was promised $250.00 in gift card and received $104.00. They lie about coverage, rebates, access, billing.......I can't imagine a worse business. They changed my internet from residential to commercial and set me up for auto bill, all without my consent. I was called on the phone by Noah to get a $100.00 deposit to "upgrade" my internet, but not to worry as I would be given a $100 Visa gift card. I said fine but e-mail me the specifics.......of course, no card or e-mail!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MOST DECEITFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!
