Staff: Came in today to switch over. Worked with Alejandro and then Michael & Jesus. What an incredibly nice group of people. All very friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and all around great. Today was a reminder to me of why I never should have left in the first place. As you'll see in my other post it a recent experience with another carrier. This was night and day different. Quality: Beautiful, clean, nicely stocked store with plenty of seating. I was told I'd wait for approx 25 mins to be helped but ended up only being 10. Value: It was very fair. Though the monthly is more than my other carrier, the service is superior, so it is well worth it. The main difference in price in my case was due to a higher cost of insurance. Either way I'm fine paying a little more for more reliable service, great staff, and peace of mind. Overall: I was incredibly impressed in every part of my experience here. The wife and I came in here to "possibly" (me) and "definitely" (wife) upgrade our cellphones. We had a slim shady type of salesperson at this location way back when they were Sprint, so I asked our sales associate manager (Maria) for total transparency and documentation. She was super patient, thorough, professional, efficient and obliged with my request. The funniest part of the interaction though was how much she reminded me of my fellow Italiano cousin on the East Coast. It has been a rough year financially, so I was tentative about upgrading but she dug in a bit to find a promotion I could swallow and make work. In the end I opted to upgrade my I-phone and the wife upgraded her Google phone. The new shade of blue on the I-phone is a borderline gem leaning towards midnight blue. I have not tested out the new and improved camera, but I am looking forward to what should be better battery life and less overheating. The wife was a big fan of her selection as well. It is always a lengthy process upgrading including transferring data, but their T-life app is pretty cool and useful. The sales team here appears to get along very well with customers and each other. I am a much bigger fan of T-Mobile than I was when it was Sprint. read more

I came in to fix some issues I had with service from the TMobile next to UCI, and wow, Francisco and Michael were amazing with their customer service. They were very friendly, caring, and always positive. I cannot say enough good things about this store, as they totally changed my mind from being frustrated from a previous encounter with getting service, to overall amazing. If you need any tmobile services, this is the store. The only thing to watch out for is that they get really busy so just make sure you call in beforehand. read more

TMobile itself is a great carrier and provides good customer service over the phone. The stores is a different story. This store in particular did not provide a good experience. I had been having a lot of issues with my home internet and finally TM agreed to switch it out. They sent me an exact same model but I had issues with that too right out the box. I called customer care again and they sent me to this store. I asked the phone rep if I could return both devices to the store when picking up a replacement. He said no, I could only return the one which was the replacement. The older one needed to be mailed in as they had sent me the label. When I got to the store, this very aggressive agent asked me where the other device was. I told him what the phone agent told me but he kept arguing with me. After a bit a manager came out and said it was ok if I mailed the device. Then came the issue of getting a replacement. He brought out a box which had the newer model device and proceeded to program it. After a while he took the box to the back and then came back after a few minutes, saying you're all set. I took the box he gave me and came home only to find that he had given me the old device. As a result my internet is still not functioning properly. Why the switch??!!! Not happy at all with this store. read more

I have my new T-Mobile service now for a little over 2 weeks. You will have to wait a very long time, they need more staff! I was changing over my family of 4 phone service from ATT to T-Mobile. Alejandro helped us. He is excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable. especially having to deal with 4 adults (22 years to 71 years). I had to come back 2 weeks later to fix some issues I had with my phone. I came in about 11 AM and had to wait about 40 minutes. A salesman named Blake helped me, or tried to. He seemed knowledgeable, but asked many times who had originally helped me, and he didn't seem motivated to help me I couldn't remember my salesman's name. Once he got into my account, he told me that it was Alejandro. He asked for the account password, I didn't know it. I tried to call my daughter who had set up the password, but couldn't reach her. He then asked a coworker if Alejandro was to come in that day. He was told that he would be in at 2 PM. He told me to come back after 2 PM and talk to him. I was not happy! His customer service was terrible. I asked if he was a commissioned salesman, to which he replied yes. If he's not making money from a sale, he seems to not want to help you. He makes you feel like you're bothering him. If I had to deal with him again, I would find a different store!!! Right after this, my daughter called me back while I was still in the store and I got the password. He had begun helping someone else. I told him that I had just gotten the password (expecting him to help me after he was done with the new customer), to which he replied "come back after 2" Alejandro is great!!! All the other salesman in the store seem very happy to help, just not Blake! read more

I recently visited At&T to change my lines from Metro PCs. I had a great experience with their customer representative Adrien. The representative was knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly. He answered all my questions clearly with a great knowledge that shows how experienced he is. Adrien was incredibly patient, respectful, helpful and most of all knowledgeable about my specific issues and requests with my lines. He went above and beyond to assist me and give me the best service and deals I ever had. read more

The wait here sucks but that's negligible when compared to the outstanding service provided by employees - not to mention it's out of their control how busy it can be. Fransisco, David, Michael, and Alejandro all provided exceptional care with relation to their patience, explanation, problem solving, and communication skills. I spent 2.5 hours here Friday night and 2.5 hours here Saturday morning getting help setting up a new phone since my phone wasn't backed up and it took hours to transfer my iCloud. I saw them interact with people of all backgrounds and consistently provide great care. I appreciate their friendly nature and support. Only giving 3 stars because honestly, T Mobile is great UNTIL you are ready to change to a new phone. Then it's all so dang shady! I am on a plan that allows you to upgrade yearly and when I went to upgrade they basically scam you to increase your bill unless you pay the phone off regardless. It's all such a game. What frustrates me is I brought them over 4 new customers, and he acted like my "upgrade" was simple and easy until he got them as customers - then I am The one who got screwed. I hate these cell phone companies. Truly could care less about us customers. read more

My mother's phone was stolen and the thief brought it many miles to this store. They successfully took control of her account and phone numbers associated to her account due to the negligence of the staff to verify basic identity (No ID check, T-Mobile pin, etc). Not sure if the employees are part of the scam or if the criminals simply know that this store has incompetent staff. Beware! read more

This T-Mobile is ridiculous, went in for a phone upgrade. While we were being a helped by "Blake", a Hispanic family came in and asked for a translator and he told them to try Mexico, IN FRONT OF THEM AND US. While the other employees acting as if he did not just say that disgusting remarks and told them to come back tomorrow when someone will be available to help them. This is totally unacceptable. He would not let us upgrade our phone as well due to the fact his system was not saying paid off when we in fact did pay it off. He also came up with another excuse that the phone was cracked, which was not. Is this how you train your workers? To be totally disrespectful to minorities and lazy at their job. Seriously sad. We ended up just leaving since we were so uncomfortable and went to another one that helped us perfectly and let us upgrade. This one needs to do a hell of a lot better. read more

I was told to see the tech guys and the men who helped get my sons phone working were a ton of help and kindly helped get his Phone up and running again. We walked in with my parents to upgrade purchase four phones probably spend around $3k in upgrading phones. We are looking at different options paying for part in cash or pay in payments. the sales person found out he has to redo everything because we changed our mind about paying part of it cash. My background I run auto dealership if my customer satisfaction was like that I'll be out of business real fast. If any of my staffed had a fit like that in front of a customer, I would eliminate them from our sales tap on the spot. Ask for a manager on duty there is no manager on duty so that should explain to you. It's a mismanaged store. You have to have a manager to manage the store.
