If I could give the store zero stars, I would worst experience ever we were there for over five hours and left without everything completed and set up. We were told to leave without one of our watches in hand when I went back to go pick up the watch they told me to go to a different store which I did and then they gave me a different watch and helped me set it all up which was nice. Fast forward- I ended up being billed for both watches along with receiving a phone that I didn't authorize with a diff line the order of we now have multiple pending orders and are dealing with corporate customer service to resolve, Cancel orders and send back items that we did not want and stop the extra charges. While the rep was nice, He clearly was not trained and was flustered and was pushing everybody he could just to make the deals all go through, which ended up in a disaster on our account. Awful. Never go to one of these go to the corporate store. read more

Specifically referencing the store at 979 Avenida Pico - the rep Andrew Zalta is the latest knucklehead I have had to deal with. They fired the old manager Andrew Dolby who lost my phone and and was supposed to credit me $800 towards a new phone. After 6 months of back and forth they finally started crediting the $800 in installments on my monthly bill. With $215 remaining owed they stopped crediting. According to new knucklehead andrew zalta, this store is now under new ownership, he has no manager, he has no manager to refer me to, and can simply provide a 1800 number but prefaced saying they won't help me. So I am out the $200, but hope this post saves some other poor person the terrible experience of doing business with this place. Avoid at all costs. You are welcome. read more

This place is terrible. Came in one day to pick up my phone - waited in line for 40 minutes and then the employee tells me he cant see me because he needs to take a lunch break. The lunch break is not an issue - the fact he could see me waiting there for 40 minutes before telling me he cant see me is ridiculous - he has a watch and can easily tell me when I walk in he is unlikely to be able to see me so I dont waste time. I come back the next say at opening time and they are closed due to a "power outage". Every store on the block is open and has power. What sort of employee just leaves if there is a power outage? Wait until the power goes back on as it had when the store was supposed to be open at 10 AM. More wasted time. read more

My complaints mirror others. The salesmen here sell a lot of "fake" services. They gave me a "free" LG Pad, but it had a service fee of $10/month. I rejected the free Pad but the salesman promised me that I could cancel service after 1 year. One year later, I call Verizon and they said they cannot cancel my service fee until Nov 2017! Even worse, they could not directly help me because Go Wireless is not a "real" Verizon dealer. They also push you to buy The GO Advantage Premium plan, but this turned out to be a complete was a complete waste of $79.99. I tried to address these issues with the store directly, and they never returned my calls. I went in person and they kept giving me delay tactics and the run-around. Worst service I have received ever from any wireless center. Stay away!!!! read more

Josh is the MAN!!! My wife went in this store to fix her charger port on her 6s iphone. Josh helped her by cleaning the port and drying the port and all kinds of test. Ends up suggesting she might want to upgrade to the 8 phones. So her and I went in there and bought 2, 8 phones. Josh set us up and did the down loads from our old phones to the new ones. He has great customer service skills and is a very knowledgable salesman. We love our new phones and know we now have someone to help us if we have any problems or need some training Ask for Josh you will be glad you did. read more

BEWARE!!! If you need anything Verizon, I would avoid this store. First off, this is not a verizon store, it is an authorized retailer. My wife and I went in to get her a new phone. We did not want to change anything on our plan. We left paying the sales tax and upgrade fee of $30 for a new iPhone which was purchased on installment. I couple of days later, I get an email from Verizon with a link to "review my next bill" which shows the estimated charges for the next billing cycle then what the new monthly amount should be for the following months. This is where things started going downhill quickly. In reviewing the info, I learned that our sales guy Josh added insurance to the phone when we specifically did not ask him too. Seeing this I call Verizon directly to have it removed and explained to them that we did not authorize the charge. Verizon said they'd remove it, no biggie. I was hoping this would be the extent of the issues, but no it gets worse. Two days later, my wife gets a call from Josh who said that he overcharged us for the phone and that he needed to make a change to fix it. He asks her for our PIN (I know I can't believe she actually gave it to him, but she did) so he can process the credit. The very next day, I get a text from Verizon stating that we're approaching the data limit on the line with the new phone. My wife who got the same text calls the store to see why we're getting the text and to confirm that they didn't change our plan and Josh reassures her that he did not make any changes. The following day we get another text stating that the line is over its data limit. So I call Verizon and sure enough that phone had been switched from the grandfathered unlimited data plan to a 2 GB plan. The CSR at Verizon said we're lucky we caught it when we did otherwise we would have lost our plan. I then learn that not only did he switch the plan by lying to wife to get our PIN, but on top of that, he had two upgrade charges added to the next bill on top of the $30 upgrade fee I paid in the store. This place is horrible they say that I have to buy an $79.99 premium package just so I can get a new phone. The package for $79.99 includes a really cheap screen protector. I was told by a supervisor in the past that the issues with the store has been resolved. But looks like they were not resolved never visit the store or any store like it. Go to a go to a store that knows what they're doing. They also try to install some app on your device which is completely unacceptable. I just found out the employee that helped me also set me up for a $11 month plan even though I specifically asked not to be signed up for any insurance plans. I had decided to purchase a new Verizon phone this morning, and after doing a quick search found a store on Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel. We arrived there about 1030 and was greeted by a very snotty young lady who informed us it would be at least a 45 minute wait. Uh.. what? I am not here for free money.. I want to BUY something. No matter.. there were 15 people ahead of us, and it might be an hour. Yeah.. that is NOT gonna happen. Did I mention she was totally snotty?? Two words.... customer service!! So.. we ended up going to a retailer on Estrella Ave..as opposed to the "corporate" store we had been to. The sweet girl, whose shortened name was Chia, told us they were out of the phone I wanted, but she checked with the sister store on Pico in San Clemente, and they had one, so off we went. There I had the amazing good fortune to be helped by Rosa Fuentes. This was someone who not only knew what she was talking about, but went out of her way to help us. She went so far as to fill out the documentation for us before making sure the phone was operational. She even put the phone in the case that I bought and attached the screen saver. Something I had tried to do myself on the old phone, and never managed to get the stupid thing on right. For as horrendous as the corporate store had been, Rosa was the polar opposite. My phone died unexpectedly so I went to the closest Verizon store during my lunch. There wasn't any customers when I visited this store on Ave Pico. If I wanted to buy a new phone, service would probably be better but I just wanted a second opinion on why it wasn't charging. It was a total waste of the 5 minutes I was there. They offer no help except to say maybe you should buy a new charger. After work, I went to my usual Verizon store where I was taken seriously. The Rep took a brush to see if that would help the situation. It didn't, but I at least he addressed my concern. I bought a new phone from him and was very happy with the service. This is the place for you if you have time to kill. Bought a new iPhone and Apple Watch and was told I would get a $300 credit for my old phone. When the order was submitted for processing the $300 credit didn't show up. An hour later it was discovered that I needed to upgrade my plan to get the credit. I chose to upgrade my plan. While they were trying to figure out the credit I decided to get an Apple Watch as they were having a promotion when a watch is purchased with a phone. They didn't have the watch I was looking for in stock and needed to order it. At that point I was told to return when my watch was delivered to the store and they would upgrade my plan and give me the $300 credit. I returned to the store when my watch was ready and sat waiting for 20 min while the employee was helping another customer, which consisted of him sitting on hold for technical support due to the customer's phone not working. At this point he went to turn on some music and I asked if there was anyone else that could help me. He said he was the only one and didn't anticipate finishing with his current customer before the store closed, which was in 30min. I told him I was there to pick up a watch that was delivered and he replied that the store opens the next day at 10am. Maybe while he was on hold or turning up the music he could have let me know that he wouldn't be able to help me before the store closed. If I hadn't asked I would have been there for an hour with nothing to show for it and would have needed to return. Hopefully when I go back to the store it will be the last time and it will go better than the previous 2 trips. I would not recommend this store unless you can allocate a good chunk of time and are prepared for return trips. read more

Went into San Clemente store and was immediately greeted by Anish to get my Mom a phone. He was very friendly, professional, and most helpful. He gave her a good deal and set everything up for her. Juan the store manager was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend this store! WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!! This store /JUAN did not honor any deal, Annish was not there, kept coming back to store approx. 4 times, because of wrong OUTRAGEOUS bills. I am so upset I encouraged my Mom to go with this deal, every time we called back they would say come in and we will take care of it. Then we would keep getting huge bills. I wrote down the agreement on the receipt. Unbelievable! It's such a hassle, just want to give everything back! I would like the owner to make sure the employees abide by what their sales agreement is, and also make it right for my mother! read more
