One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. He said not to help us unless we pay the transfer fee. I've been a Verizon customer for 22 years and this is the treatment I received. The younger gentleman realized I've been a customer longer than he's been alive and told me he disagrees with the mangers attitude towards me.
