Absolutely awful experience. We were sold a WiFi system that never worked properly and were explicitly told by the sales associate that if it didn't work, all we had to do was return it via UPS and we would not be charged. That turned out to be completely untrue. We returned the equipment as instructed and now our bill is completely messed up with charges that never should have existed. On top of that, the entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. The associate talked nonstop, barely let us ask questions, and went on long rants about how he was a shop steward, how terrible AT&T is as a company, and how he's constantly fighting management. If you hate the company that much, why are you representing it to customers? It was bizarre and did not inspire any confidence that we were being given accurate information. Between being misled about returns, incorrect billing, and listening to an employee trash his own employer the entire time, this was one of the strangest and worst retail experiences I've had. Now we're stuck wasting time trying to fix a problem that should never have happened. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store unless you enjoy confusion, misinformation, and billing headaches. read more

He has somehow with mongoose speed and agility found a way to not only be relatively useless in the request, he still finds a way to be supremely condescending. I saw him continually denigrate an elderly Vietnam marine veteran for downloading apps that crashed his phone. We've come to this store for a while now and have always had pleasant experiences. Came today to upgrade our phones. Now I first want to say I understand associates hands are tied on some things and they can only do so much and have rules to follow. I totally get that. What I don't understand is who crapped in Karen's (her real name) cornflakes. Had a snarky attitude right off the bat but we stayed so my wife and mother in law could get their phones ordered. January 2025, I came in to trade in my iPhone 13 to upgrade and change my number. They said okay will give you $850 trade in value. All these associates and manager are incompetent and not trained properly. Not only did they steal my phone, they canceled my phone line. Now I have to pay $65 for an iPhone 16. Stay far from AT&T, they steal your phone and give you $0 even with a receipt saying that they'll give you $850. I came to change my number for privacy reasons and they canceled my line while I never agreed to. The manager at this location will screw you over before getting her incompetent associate in trouble for accepting 2 phones for an upgrade and trade in on a single phone line. AT&T are thief's, they steal people phones everyday lying to them about trade in values with receipts. I am going to sue these thefts, I have chats between me and the associates and copies of the receipt of the trade in vale for my phone. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at AT&T. I should have known something was up when all the customers in the store were on the phone with the 1-800 customer service line, and none of the employees in the store were actually helping customers. Instead they were chatting amongst themselves. After explaining my issue to an employee he quickly said he couldn't help me, and dialed the 1-800 customer care line. I spent an hour on the phone and by the end of it was told they couldn't help me and was given a different number to call. I left that store completely frustrated. I decided to stop by another store just to see if I'd get the same answer, and I was immediately helped and my problem was solved within 45 minutes. I'm not sure if the employees at this location are lazy or if they need some additional training but the service I received was shameful. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

First of all this store was not busy at all. There were no other customers in the store. I walked in was greeted by a lady and I'm assuming her name was Karen because her tablet she was using said "Karen". Apparently it looked as if she wasn't having a good day and she didn't want to be there. Although her attitude wasn't so pleasant I still approached her with a positive attitude and responded respectfully. I came in to turn in my phone (drop off) after I traded my son's phone in at another AT&T dealer. I was told I needed to drop off at a corporate AT&T store and that's what I did. Karen ended up letting me know that my trade would be $700 and I was told by customer support and 2other AT&T stores that I would get $830 to be exact for my trade. When I asked about the $830 she then gave a rude response saying "no it's not! It's $700!" With that rude attitude I paused and she quickly said "so are you going to do it or not?!" Didn't even give me a chance to think. I really felt the bad energy and the rush. Mind you I work in customer service as well and I do not give that type of service no matter the race, age, gender or anything! Apache - Durango/Gomer - Blue Diamond/Decatur - Silverado Ranch/Jones and many more. - [ ] Premium 5G Service: There are issues sending photos to non apple devices from my apple device. I did not experience this issue with Verizon service. - [ ] Premium 5G Service: I hardly ever experience full connection in the South/SouthWest Las Vegas area. 5G+ does not appear, when it does appear, nothing loads! Very frustrating. - [ ] Premium 5G Service: At my own house, I get no service 90% of the time. Any phone calls from my home have the worse connection I have ever experienced between Verizon & Sprint. The calls have all the issues in the book: static, underwater distortions, volume issues, tunnel echo, ect. - [ ] Premium 5G Service: The daily inconveniences created from a weak & poor provider while paying for top dollar service has me at my limit. AT&T had provided me the worse telecommunications service I have ever experienced. Called in advance to confirm phone availability. They had a few in stock, so I rushed over before heading to work. As I arrived I told them I'm in a rush and like to buy a phone in full as I need to go to work.. I signed in, waited in queue for about 40 min, clearly they had associates on standby that could've helped me..as I waited my time for work was nearing I just left. As a long standing customer no service of importance was given from this location. Terrible service.. if I knew the wait was this long I would've driven to Apple at townsquare and purchased the phone instead. Never again coming to this location. Horrible!!! Amazing service! When the new iPhones came out my husband went to a different store and ordered his new phone which was mailed to us. When we turned it on, it shut my phone off. They had linked it to my account instead of his. It took an hour and a half to get the phone turned back on when we called AT&T. Husband returns to other store to get me a new phone. He explains what happened last time. They say because the phone is showing on my number they have to add to his. They tell him to take a screenshot of instructions on how to link it to a different number. He takes the picture (there was a lot of info) and comes home. The whole thing is terms and conditions and no instructions. I wait a week till I have time to run to the store. **Blue Diamond Location** - I explain everything to them and they were so kind an patient listening to this super long story (if you are still reading this, this was the Cliff's Notes version). They go into my account to check and the other store linked this to my sister's number. They confer and figure out how to remove it from her line and add to mine, we turn it on in store just to make sure everything is working how they think it would. They sorted everything out in 15 minutes. This is the only store we will be going to moving forward! read more

I went there to replace the new number to existing number but end up the guy name Arman get the new line instead without asking or anything and told me that I can just cancel the old number easily but nope, I can only cancel the old number if I paid off the phone! He created the mess! End up, he getting commission out of opening the new line and I'm stuck with 2 numbers! I called the store to talk to the manager Angie, she was in the meeting. I was really hoping for the best when I made the decision to switch my family to AT&T but unfortunately our changes has resulted in non stop phone calls and incorrect bills for the last 5 months. Yes...5 months and they still have not gotten it right. It seemed simple enough in July when we were enticed by a BOGO deal allowing us to get two additional lines and receive a credit each month for the cost of one of the phones (or so we were told). Every month our bill is incorrect. Every month we call only to be told by one person that there was no BOGO and another that they apologize they don't know why it was not placed on the account. Every month, the same story. We came back to the store to straighten it out and were told by Joseph that he would take care of it and it would be resolved within a week and if we had not heard from him to reach out again. We emailed a week later as instructed when nothing was heard. No response two weeks later. Now a new bill. Still wrong. Call customer service and they have absolutely no record of Joseph submitting a case! I am at this point willing to pay whatever it takes to return all 5 phones we have through AT&T and go back to Verizon since the customer service is horrendous and they obviously do not care about their customers or the quality of service they provide. They have "delivered nothing but headache and aggravation. Update:2 months later since this review...bill still wrong and never received credits since purchasing July of 2019. They have the hands down ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...PERIOD. read more

I'd like to provide an update on my experience with AT&T in Blue Diamond. Because their management reached out to me about what happened, I decided to reach back out to them and address the issue. I spoke with Angie one of the store managers, who helped me with my account, and was able to get that straightened out, but also she restored confidence in continuing being a customer of AT&T. If it wasn't for their managers reaching out to me, I would have never came back. But I appreciate any company that will reach back out to customers that expressed their displeasure with a bad experience at their store. That was enough for me to come back. read more

Today was my 4th time coming into this store in the last couple of months. For the 4th time, I walked in, was never greeted or asked to sign in. Just blank, quiet looks, with little to no verbal interaction between the customers the reps that are "helping" them. Truthfully, I had a hard time trying to figure out who the patron was and who the employee was without looking more closely. This time I waited about 20 minutes and still did not get acknowledged a single time. In the past I waited longer, and was still unsuccessful. If you want quick, speedy and courteous assistance, it will probably be more efficient if you call Apple or go to an Apple store and make an appointment with them - assuming you're going in to purchase or upgrade an Apple product. From my experience when you walk in here do you sign in. I walked in at 9 AM and other people were taken before me when they arrived after me. It took about 45 minutes before somebody could speak to me. They kept saying other people were in the back and they would come out to help but I never saw any other people. After three of us were already there waiting someone else came in the browse and they answered all of his questions and took about 20 to 30 minutes with him. And that's all I needed to do was ask a few questions. So I have no idea how they're sign in system works. I have to be back there on this Friday hopefully I have a better experience and if I do I will re-rate their score. Well I was here 30 mins prior to opening at 9. I'm out by 9:15!!! I guess that's how you gotta do it to not take forever. Was a lot of people in line today because the iPhone X is coming out and today is the pre-order date. Good thing I didn't come five minutes later than what I did because the line was serious. I'm not sure how many were working today. Looked like 2 this time. So I originally gave them a 1star. Another visit to this AT&T store. This time for an Air Pod after my Beats X died on me. Was recognized on entry, and within a few minutes my name was added and #1 in the queue. I was in no hurry, and being retired, rarely am... 5 - 8 minutes later a rep came to take care of me. The transaction was easy and quick, no longer having to provide a security code (everything they needed, by scanning my drivers license). I love AT&T's 12-month interest free program! Went in their originally to get the iPhone 13 pro max and they were out. I liked the light blue color of the iPhone 13 so I told Neal I would go with that one only because I like the color. He brought out one that looked almost black on the picture. My husband and I voiced concern regarding the color. Neal told me that was the same one as the display and showed me on the back it said "midnight blue" to help convince me the color is the same. He told me he would open it and when I saw it I said that wasn't the color. He mentioned these just came out so he's learning as he goes but then told me I needed to pay the restock fee since the box was opened. I don't find that fair because I trusted the employee who convinced me it was something it was not. He also claimed my husband didn't give him the right amount of cash to pay off our existing phones WHICH HE DID and he had to check the drawer to verify but tried scamming us out of $100 "for being short" until my husband demanded he checked the cash given to him.. The very next day I went back unhappy with the phone because like I put before I wanted the pro max but settled for the 13 IF THE COLOR WAS THE BLUE ON DISPLAY THAT I DID NOT GET. He ordered me the pro max but was cancelled "due to their system" so he says "I'll text my manager to save you one that comes in Tuesday". I didn't want to deal with him anymore so I went to another store who took care of me with no hesitation or problems and ordered it for me. Today my husband went to the store to exchange his phone because he didn't like the android being that he's a iPhone user and tried something different. Evelyn did the transaction and did the order but yet again I got an email it was cancelled for whatever reason. He called and her words to who he was talking to on the phone was "he can call customer service to see why it's cancelled". Shouldn't she know since SHE did the order? She told him once he left everything was fine and it would be shipped to our house. So much for helping or caring for your customers. He is now going to the location who fixed the same situation for me. Being that this has now happened to us twice this place is NOT recommended. The lack of knowledge of their own products and how to process them is a joke. Neal really screwed me on the restock fee when HE convinced us the color given to us was the same as the display when it clearly wasn't. We did a several transactions already in this store and always ended up having a lot of issues,regarding charges,delivery and recently customer service...be aware of the customer reps here some of them are very unprofessional and never apologized for the mistake they've done...Retail sales consultant will give you business card with phone number that they never answer or doesn't work.. it's feels like after they completed the transactions.. you're on your own. !!!! I went inside just out of curiosity to see more about the galaxy deal which I wasn't even interested in doing at first. Then the sales rep Neal talked to me more about it and was very nice and informative about all I needed to know about the phone. I ended up deciding to go with the deal and get the new galaxy S22. If it wasn't for Neal for being so relatable with the device and going out of his way to really give me a different perspective, I probably wouldn't have upgraded to the new device. When I stopped in to purchase my phone, I was assisted immediately and the associate was knowledgeable. I was happy and content. However, afterwards, things went downhill enough that I would not even consider using AT&T for anything. Ever. I found out that the service was not strong where I would be using the phone the majority of time. I returned to the store to return the phone and waited. And waited. After a half hour of not even being noticed or checked in, I left. I returned again right at opening. Again, I was not acknowledged or checked in so I wound up leaving after 20 minutes. I returned and was able to be assisted in the return of my phone. Sort of. The employee informed me that they did not have a manager at the store and they could not process the return of my unopened phone without a manager. Well, they could, but I would be charged a restocking fee (which I was told would be waived in the event I returned the phone within 14 days, unopened). I visited another location and the return was processed in less than 5 minutes. Once I returned my phone, i asked to cancel my service and was told I would have to call to cancel the service and they could not do it at the store. I canceled my service the following day. So, phone returned five days after purchase. Service canceled five days after purchase. Two days later...my credit card was charged for the full amount of service for a month (I used post-paid service with autopay set up). When I call customer service, the agent tells me the charges are legitimate. I ask how they are legitimate when I opted to cancel the service within less than a week of starting when I was told I had a 14 day period to cancel for no charge. The call was escalated to a supervisor. After an hour on the call, the supervisor was unable to determine why I was charged after the service was canceled and was confused as to why she could not issue the refund. She also discovered that while I canceled my service, my autopay was not canceled. She asked if I wanted her to cancel it for me. My sarcastic side wanted to tell her that I loved paying for services I did not use, but I appreciated the fact that she was making sure I would not be charged again. She informed me that I would be notified when my refund occurred, within 7 days. The return process was awkward and I felt it was complicated solely for the purpose of making people give up in frustration when trying to cancel their service. I don't expect AT&T to change anything or even apologize for the inconvenience or the amount of time I spent dealing with the post purchase issues. I am posting this review so that other people might read this and avoid having to experience what I did. read more
