This is for the Tmobile employee Angelica that works at the Tmobile store across from the Aria ( she said it was on the strip) I acutually met her at the Tmobile store on Lavander lane close to the Trade Joes store at the Summerlin Shopping Center. She was absolutley great and reassuring with my issue. My issue was the billing process and there offices I Had been dealing with since september of last year. It has been an unbelieveable nightmare and as I stated to Angelica if TMobile does not want my business I can take it else where I have 10 telephone lines. She was very receptive to my compalaint that TMOBILE once again did not follow thru on there part to reduce my bill as I has going to cancel 6 of the lines and they freaked out overt the phone. Angelica looked up my account and view the internal notes that were made ( BTY you can not get a copy of or take a picture of the notes) that stated on what needed to be done. They did not do it and were threatening me with suspension. Not only is this for business lines but also my wife having a critical health issuce needs to be able to reach out to me at a moments notice and iI have explained that to them multiple times. Angelica got to custoner service and a gentleman by the name of Jay wa very helpful and understanding in this matter and said he will send a ticket at high priority. He said someone will get back to me with an email or call me in a couple of days so far that has not happened but it is the weekend so i will give it till tuesday. Todays date is April 25 2026. I want to thank angeloca for her effort and concerns and her calm demeanor in attending my concerns. When ever i called the TMOBILE center they would laways create a ticket talk to me send me an email and not fully follow up up. Whem i woudl complain again they would create another ticket, it felt like a 3 ring circus with them evey time. If this happens again i will go to another company they will be glad to have me. He set us up with 2 phone plans which have worked out brilliant over 3 weeks travelling through zion, Bryce,moab, ouray dorango,monument valley, page and then back to vegas. Excellent service from Cam over the phone to security at the front of the store to the rep who helped get Johnny my technician. I scheduled my appointment thru Asurion Insurance for my crushed S20 Ultra. It was $29.99 to get the screen fixed or $99.99 for them to overnight the phone. I paid the $29.99 & Johnny deemed the phone irreparable. He called insurance & verified the replacement, then handed me the phone. Up until now, I've always had great service w/ Asurion. The rep on the phone was difficult, but once I sorted it out, she took the difference of the payment & shipping address. Our issue was that she said no guaranteed overnight because I chose for the phone to be repaired. I explained to her that two reps at the store & insurance company assured me that it would be overnighted. She refused to guarantee that or when it would be shipped & said possibly Thursday or Friday, or longer. Then said because I chose repaire originally, they able to change the address I originally had. Whatever, I was in another state at the time & Vegas said they could fix it so changed it. Now it needed replaced. Finally, she did was to be done already. I tracked it & it was here the next day! I was there at 9am Tues, it arrived at noon on Wed. TMobile could not transfer the motherboard or fix it due to the back being shattered, but I have a genuis tech guy in Vegas who did so. He should be training TMobile how to up their game in that department. Best TMobile store ive ever been too & they have a way of customizing your case & pop up thing... just not for my phone yet. read more

I woke up this morning and had trouble with my Galaxy phone. It ran down and showed a strange program that appeared to be downloading. Then the phone would not start nor appear to charge up. I went to the Strip T-Mobile store and was assisted by Anabel. I don't know what my phone's problem was, but it seemed okay when she hooked it up to a charger and started it. This store is so beautiful in the bright and grabbing T-mobile neon pink everywhere. This location used to be the the Grand Canyon Tours, and with progress it's out and T-Mobile is the future. The staff is so helpful and friendly too. When a customer walks into this store it is so Las Vegas. With white couches to the right and a huge tele behind it and neon all around. You are wondering where the bar is for drinks not geeks here. I was in need of geek squad and found that area of the store to make the Blackberry work again. After getting distracted from the pretty glittering lights and neon pink stair case I got it under control to make my technology work again. The fabulous technology staff was able to wave their magic wands and make it work. The plan that was on it was current too. I did pay the bill for the next six months since it is so inexpensive. I was so impressed with the glitz and glam of this new store. It is so impressive to see that the store with it being so amazing does not take away from the intelligence of the staff and the wonderful customer service that they convey and provide to their guests. Finally an actual company store on the famous Las Vegas Blvd. A.k.a The Strip. This over the top and modern looking store looks amazing at night! It's conviently located near the large T-Mobile Arena and within walking distance to many large resorts and casinos. Staff on site is very friendly and helpful with any issues you have with your phone. Store is multiple levels with Tech support on the second level. My cousin visiting from Hawaii wanted to stop by to buy an extra power bank and was assisted immediately upon entering and the rest of our group sat near the large power station lounge in the front to charge our phones for free which I thought was a nice way to make guests feel at ease. During my vacation in January 2018, I stopped by this new T-Mobile store. I'm a T-Mobile customer and whenever I visited Las Vegas in order to get some assistance with my account (replacing SIM card, etc.), I would generally go to the T-Mobile location in The Boulevard Mall. It is good that they have a location on the Strip since generally when I go to Las Vegas, I generally stay on or very close to the Strip. I don't know the exact opening date but this location opened up relatively recently (either late 2017 or early 2018) since I noticed the opening on my Facebook Live Events feed and is located in the Showcase Mall (in the same physical structure as the Coca-Cola Building and M&M's Building). It is right across the street on Las Vegas Boulevard from NY-NY Hotel & Casino. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the sales staff. They were very friendly. They had some phones, some headphones, speakers, and accessories on display on the ground floor. On the second floor, they had a virtual reality headset on display along with more phones. There was also a drink bar on the second floor. My only complaint about the place is that they are overly anxious to help from the time you enter the store, the sales staff will try to help you and ask you questions even when you tell them that you are just looking. The place is somewhat empty at the times that I stopped by so I hope that they survive since I really like being able to get help with my T-Mobile account on the Strip as opposed to having to go off the Strip to The Boulevard Mall. In terms of cellular service/signal, I can just say that I hope T-Mobile signal/service improves in Las Vegas. They have an arena now called "T-Mobile Arena" which is on the Strip (about 3 minutes walk from NYNY) yet there are areas in Las Vegas (on the Strip) where my cellphone would have no bars (ex: LINQ Promenade area). read more

I understand I went into the place a bit late but I spent $533 out of pocket for a phone there. And to be rushed out because they wanted to close and now my contacts weren't fully synched and they said it should be there and I traded in my phone so now my contacts are missing. This is my business phone so that really upsets me because they wanted to rush me out. They also don't know their prices because I was told something completely different when I walked into the store and when I paid it was an extra $100 and he was not going to clarify that to me at all. This T-Mobile store location has two floors. The stairs are lit with magenta lights. There's a variety of couches and other seating for the customers. The staff greet you when you enter and then they follow you like you're some thief. Needless to say, I chose not to make a purchase at this location and went elsewhere. Good way to lose business. I understand that you want to be attentive to customers but following them around like they're stealing or will steal isn't good. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're desperate to have something that you can't find at another T-Mobile location. Please teach your staff some better customer service skills. read more

Looks great but the service is horrible. If are in that store for anything other than getting new phones, lines, or contracts, you will be quickly treated and sent away. We are T-Mobile customers at the end of our contract. We want to get new phones and reduce our number of lines. They said they couldn't take a line away. The deals were not for us but we could get credit for trading our phones. If we traded. There was no way to pay off the balance of the phone. Everything had to be distributed over 24 months of a contract extension. After 3 hours chatting with T-Mobile, we asked to head down to the store. That's when the store said they couldn't do anything for us. What a colossal waste of time. Don't trust these folks. read more
