Mr. Madrid was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and extremely helpful. He intelligently articulated our options and easily guided us through the maze of various discount programs. The representative I initially spoke to was nice however I was questioned about a simple transaction. The on site manager did not want to sell me a replacement SIM card for some reason. I would have paid the small fee. He took my ID to the back when they had to get a SIM but he came back saying that my ID couldn't be scanned by the tablet. He did not attempt to scan it, in front of me. He asked for some other form of ID such as a passport. I did not have one. I asked if it could be input manually. He said no but would ask his manager. He was able to get approved to not sell me the SIM. He was told to apologize for the inconvenience and directed me to go to a nearby corporate store. (The corporate store was able to scan my ID and completed the transaction with a brief pause when the rep had to go to the back to speak to someone about my account.) read more

At first I thought Zan was nice and took time to help my get a new line and add me to First Net to help me save payment. It ended up just a trick to add unnecessary things to my account. Original you don't get charge for An Apple Watch to connect with your phone but my new account charge me $35 activation fee and $10 monthly. Plus $35 activation fee for an IPad sim that was included even though I didn't use it. Those fees he didn't tell me when he persuaded me join the FirstNet. If I know that, I'd rather keep my own plan. I won't trust this site anymore read more

I had the worst consumer experience in my life due to this store and the rep there (Zan). They illegally added multiple unnecessary lines and services when setting up a new account. It took 5 days and numerous hours, phone calls, money, and trips to other ATT stores to fix the problems they created. In addition they refused to provide the appropriate customer service to rectify their mistakes and tried to gaslight us and charge more money. STAY AWAY!!! read more

She was the most knowledgeable, efficient, and kindest representative I have ever had the pleasure of being with. I felt valued because she was able to answer all my questions regarding promotions, billing, and services accurately without hesitation. In my honest opinion, the best customer service of the year award should go to Titiana. Tatiana deserves a raise for how she ran the store independently during busy hours. I was very impressed by the way she can multitask while there were four customers waiting for assistance; she greeted every customer who walked in, answered the phone correctly, and updated my account. went to a AT&T store and was highly upset. my phone had not been able to be fixed due to all the associates there who only sell phones arent trained as techs to help fix.any issues. had to go to best buy to get a geek squad young man to help .my password wasnt working and contribute it to a update the phone did. anyhow all I even cared about was a working phone I could get into since my password wasnt working and I knew my password was correct. left the AT&T in tears cause they just suggested a store next to them that repairs or restores the phone for an expensive price. you all need to get more responcible about not just selling phones to customers and the mighty dollar and actually care about helping the customer who had gotton a phone and pays a bill every month to AT&T for service. read more

Walked in at 11:05am today to buy a phone. I asked the female representative there how much i needed to buy a phone there. She replied "Well, you have to buy a screen protector and Case and you can pay for the phone in total or you can request to be on a payment plan." Staff was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about the iphone i wanted. I also visited 4 different AT&t stores that failed to have the same customer service as this location. I typically go to the one near my house, but let's just say the that location was so rude that I had to leave. I'm so glad I did though because I found a new retail/dealer that I'll be loyal to. I'm so impressed with this AT&T location! One of their young retail guy Josh, literally helped my mom and I for over 2 hours!! He was so helpful from the smallest question about an application to picking out a new upgraded phone. He was so patient and informative!! Literally the best customer service I've had in the cell phone industry! If it wasn't for him, I probably would've cancelled my line with the company! Haha The store had many workers there to help out. Each worker were all in sync with another making sure that each customer was getting attention. They have all the newest phones and tablets. They will give you a discount on products when you purchase a new phone too! Ladies, if you value your privacy. I urge you not to go to this store. Better yet, I suggest you to avoid AT&T altogether. The employees at the store treat their customers personal information (phone numbers) Like their own personal rolodex. I came into the store to change my number and to connect new service. Shortly after leaving the store, the sales rep messages me about My paycheck stub He claims that didn't go through the system because it "crashed". Fine, completely understandable. But then, he proceeds to text me asking " Do you have an Insta? You look familiar" When I contacted customer support, they didn't seem very interested. Apparently my private information and personal security is only worth a $25 gift card. That by the way, I can't redeem for anything. seeing as though I had to switch my number, yet again. Also, I changed carriers completely! Like I mentioned earlier in this rant. I was there to change my number. The reason being, Privacy concerns! So...Great job guys! I almost forgot to mention. When I called to cancel my service. I ask if I am going to be receiving a bill? (I was with AT&T a whole two days.) I went in this week to buy myself a phone. I was reluctant to come to this store because of previous service I've had here but it's the only one nearby. To my surprise my experience here was much more different this time I was greeted immediately by Mariana. Everyone was busy with other customers but she was happy to help me. Later on I found out that she was the new store manager and changes were being made. That was evident the moment I walked in. Last time I wasn't really acknowledged and the last rep wasn't informed enough about the specifics of phones I was interested in. Mariana was awesome. Kim is the manager at this store and she gives excellent customer service!! (She works Sun-TH 11-7ish). She is a very genuine and knowledgeable person, I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me the most expensive device to make a commission off me. My old iPhone was not working so I came to look at my options for phones, and because I'm on a tight budget, I was also considering just getting my old iPhone fixed. Kim told me about about the iPhone 11 promotion going on now which was only $300 ($10/month for 30 months), which was totally within my price range. She told me about the iPhone SE also which was $100-$150 more, told me the honest differences between the two phone (pros and cons of both), and I decided that the iPhone 11 was a better buy. I don't know a lot about phones or technology, so being able to talk to someone who I can tell is honest and who talked to me about my options so that I could be happy with my buy is super important, and I really appreciate that quality about Kim. She helped me install what I needed to get my new iPhone up and running. Another huge plus about this store is THIS STORE IS NOT BUSY LIKE OTHER STORES I'VE BEEN TO. I've noticed that this place opened up a while ago back and forth from my house, although I usually go to the Blue Diamond or Durango AT&T. I've had trouble with my bluetooth with a new phone, and calling AT&T didn't solve it, so I stopped by this place on the way home. Even though I wasn't purchasing anything or even looking around, they were very helpful in assisting me with the problem that I had, and explained thoroughly on what to do next time the same thing happens.
