I dropped off the laptop and they told me it would be about a week. After a week, I got a call, picked up the computer and everything seems good so far. As far as pricing they charge pretty great rates for iPhone screens. For my iPhone 6s+ it was about $170. The customer service was great! Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on.
