We needed some help with phones that weren't working properly after a cross country flight. Somehow after being in airplane mode the phones wanted a SIM pin entered before they would function. The folks on the toll free number couldn't help, so we went to the store to try to get a human to help. Well, the humans here were okay; they tried to help but ended up telling us they couldn't help and maybe we should visit a corporate store, like the one on Galleria. Well, that's not what I was looking for. I'm rating them three stars since they did initially try to help us. But I can't rate them higher in good conscience since they suggested we go elsewhere and could not help us solve our problem. read more

Terrible service. Did an order online but needed to go in to verify my identity. Andre helped me. He changed the plans I asked for added insurance to every line individually, added next up to all the lines. He said it would be less expensive. My bill was $300 monthly, and almost $500 for the first bill. Not sure if he just hoped I wouldn't check the emails....I reached out to the manager and tried to get support but multiple times received no help! Such a scam. Went to a corporate store and talked with customer loyalty and was able fix mostly all of the issues with lots of my time. Do not recommend going here. read more

I came in with my old iPhone 13 Pro, which was pretty banged up and had a broken camera. It was about 15 minutes after opening, and the employee was just wrapping up with another customer. Once it was my turn, Rowan helped me out and was great from the start. He began by asking about my budget and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, which I appreciated. I decided on the iPhone 16 Pro for its upgraded camera features. Rowan made sure not to mess with my current plan just handled the trade-in and kept everything simple. He let me know I could transfer everything at home, and the process was super easy. I also grabbed a case and a couple of chargers (still annoyed that Apple doesn't include one anymore). Overall, Rowan was friendly, helpful, and made sure the whole experience was smooth. I'm really glad he helped me without complicating anything or changing my plan. read more

We recently went in to get new phones. While they didn't have the phones in stock they were very nice and helpful with our requests. We had several questions or concerns and the staff did the best they could with what knowledge they had. I do believe that AT&T could be better with providing more information to their employees but that may just be with all large companies seems to lack. On May 24, 2023, I visited this store with my spouse, to replace his 4 year old Samsung 8S Phone that would no longer turn on. After a bit of a wait (this store has very limited staff, typically one individual) we were greeted by Jordan Scott. Jordan told us AT&T was running a promotion, allowing an $800 credit for turning in the old phone (in ANY condition) against the purchase of a new Samsung phone. The store had a Samsung S23 selling for $800, basically resulting in a free phone. Jordan then told us the phone would also require a plan upgrade of approximately $30 per month. The previous plan, like the new plan, included unlimited talk, text & data. Since there was no additional benefit to the customer, one can only assume AT&T was profiting and most likely the "Authorized Retailer" was also earning a commission. Fast forward 5 months, AT&T has issued a $350 credit, rather than an $800 credit. The AT&T Corporate Billing division claims the $800 credit promotion had ended on May 11, 2023, and therefore the "Authorized Retailer" misrepresented the sale. Fortunately, AT&T Billing has agreed to process an additional $450 credit as a goodwill gesture, hopefully that actually happens. In the meanwhile, a complaint has been filed with the CPUC. As a word of caution, you may wish to avoid these AT&T Authorized Retailers to avoid the finger pointing between the Retailer and the actual AT&T Corporate Stores. CONSUMERS BEWARE! read more

Only one person working the store apparently. Tried to swing in before work to replace my girlfriends broken phone and find a note saying "be back soon". Wait around for 10 minutes with no sign so I run into Starbucks. Had myself a coffee and a sandwich, and upon my return I find the place still close. It's been almost 30 minutes at this point. I talked to a nice lady who has also been waiting and she said it's been over an hour that she's been waiting. This is disrespectful to your customers and completely unacceptable business practice. AT&T lost several customers today. If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend taking your business to Verizon instead. read more

This was the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time, and all because of one employee Cody C. From the Starbucks drink they were more interested in than me, to the insults and complete unhelpfulness, please do not give your business to this store. Cody messed up my upgrade and then refused to help me, then went on to insult me when I was asking him what was going on. This is of course after he went and sat down (Starbucks in hand) for 10 minutes without saying a word to me in the middle of him attempting to be helpful. I can tolerate poor customer service (Cody should not be in a customer svc position, he clearly has problems with customers) but when Cody started personally insulting me that was too much. Completely unprofessional. I even called back hours later to give him a chance to explain and apologize, he instead took that as an opportunity to continue to insult me. I was able to get my upgrade done at a different store (this took awhile, Cody messed up the upgrade so a lot of calls had to be made to the corporate office to clear the errors he put on my account) Did I mention that he put on my account that he in fact did upgrade my phone when in reality he did not? My guess is he wanted to defraud me this way so he can get his commission. I have still not decided on whether I should fill out a police report. DO NOT GO HERE under any circumstances, and on the off chance you do, don't do any business with Cody C. He will mess up your account, lie to you, and insult you when you try to ask him what is going on. It blows my mind that they put this guy in a customer service position. read more

I went in to upgrade my mom's and my phone and was meet by a 5 star employee, names Jordan Scott. the store unfortunately was short staffed, but didn't stop Jordan from going above and beyond to deal with my upgrade. I had frozen my credit and had a hard time to calling and waiting for the unfreeze. Jordan kept trying even with so many customers to call managers to push out the the transaction. He stayed patient and professional even with so many self entitled customers demanding his help. I came back the next day to finally complete the transaction and Jordan specifically came into the store just to help me get these phones. He truly went beyond the call of duty and finally left with two brand new phones and a great experience dealing with a professional guy, thanks again Jordan for all your help and energy with solving my credit freeze. After 30 minutes waiting to get help with a new SIM card I walked out of there with no help. There were two customers been help by the two people working there and was told my SIM wouldn't take more than 15 minutes but the waiting takes forever. Poor customer service! Buyer beware my family and I moved to Lincoln at the end of January and got the bundle of phone service and direct tv we only had service for 2 weeks My mom was not happy with the service of the TV and wanted to cancel it and they told her it would be a $400 termination fee and they told her that you only have 24 hours to decide whether you like it or not which is horrible because on top of everything else we want to Xfinity over here And unfortunately they don't serve in Lacon I don't recommend going through DIRECTV unless you want to prepare a very expensive early termination fee keep in mind you only have 24 hours to decide whether you like it or not I don't recommend them to anybody total rip off read more

TLDR; Just go to another AT&T store; not military friendly! The manager on duty was rude and condescending when he found out he wouldn't make as much adding a line instead of starting a new one. To make a long story short, my wife and her brother stopped in to the empty store to get him a new iPhone 6s and began speaking with Antonio, the manager. I walked in a few minutes after and heard my wife saying that she wanted to open a new line for him, and then switch it to a family plan later. I realized that I had an old AT&T account with credits that we could spin up again. Unfortunately this didn't jive well with Antonio, and he spat that it was the first time he heard of an account that had credits. I explained that it was a refund from a long time ago and I just needed a minute to look up the account. I gave my old number, but that had been taken by someone with a prepaid number, which caused me to be on the receiving end of a rebuke for being wrong about my account. I then found my old account number for him to look up, which was good to go. He then asked for id. I handed him my Military ID, and he refused to accept it saying that he could only accept a driver's license. I told him that a Military ID is a valid form of identification, and he eventually conceded after a bit of argument and selected Military ID from the dropdown selector. To log into my account he asked for my personal password. I asked him if I could put it in myself, and he said no and I have to give it to him and asked why I didn't trust him. I told him that I didn't trust him because I didn't know him, plus I didn't remember my password exactly so I would have to try a couple. He said no. That was the last straw, so I told him that it would be nice to do this without the attitude, and that's when everything blew up. He started yelling saying he didn't have an attitude and I should trust him with my private information because he could go into my account and get my information if he wanted to. I told him that it was my personal password and I didn't want to just give it out. After being yelled at for a couple minutes about how I should trust him and AT&T only hires people after a background check. I was eventually able to calm him down enough to tell him that we would be going to another store to open buy our phone. In the end he conceded to let me put my own password in, but the damage had already been done and we left the store. read more

One of the gentlemen was helping another customer but made it a point to make sure he would get someone to help me right away. The customer service is non-existent and I felt as if Trevor, the AT&T representative that helped me, had no knowledge whatsoever of what I was inquiring about (which was simply upgrading my iPhone) and was more interested in discussing personal matters rather than the initial transactional one of literally just getting a new iPhone. Not to mention, Trevor's face mask was falling off and barely even covering his mouth. I felt as if I had to repeatedly ask questions in order for them to be half-answered by him. When I first walked in, there was only ONE other customer in the store and I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted, and the first representative seemed annoyed that I had even walked in to begin with and was more concerned about clocking out in 10 minutes rather than assisting me, to which the first representative (whose name I never got) brought Trevor out. The service and all-around experience was absolutely awful and completely unprofessional in all aspects. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years, and this was by far the most half-assed and worst experience of my life. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

There were two employees in the store both of which were assisting one customer. The employees didnt even aknowledge my presence, one of the employees walked passed me twice didnt even look my way, not even to tell me "we'll be right with you" not even a "hello".
