Well, the humans here were okay; they tried to help but ended up telling us they couldn't help and maybe we should visit a corporate store, like the one on Galleria. Well, that's not what I was looking for. I'm rating them three stars since they did initially try to help us. But I can't rate them higher in good conscience since they suggested we go elsewhere and could not help us solve our problem.
