There was an object stuck in my iphone and I was unable to charge the phone so I headed to T-Mobile in Lincoln and was impressed with the customer service. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Pete with a smile and asked how he can assist me. Pete fixed my iPhone then asked what internet provider I currently use! This is great as I didn't know T-Mobile offered internet. Pete offered the benefits and features of a T-Mobile bundle and I let him know I'd discuss with my wife. Kudos to Matthew with TWO T's (Matthew stressed the two T's so I had to put respect on his name) who also chimed in and showed me a few protector cases for my iPhone. Thanks Team T-Mobile. This is my nearest T-Mobile I used to have Sprint, but they converted into T-Mobile when I had to upgrade my iPhone my husband and I came here . They were super nice and helped with informing us about the deals and plans . It was a easy and pleasant process. It's a small building the parking can be hard to find at times . My last visit was last week I needed a new car charger I was having issues finding the right one I had purchased a few at other stores and they would not charge my iPhone 13 max . Pete was so helpful he helped me pick the right one . After failed attempts I found the winner this charger works like a charm !! I should of came here from the beginning lol ! Worth the money I paid for it ! Overall this is a convenient store for me . If I have any phone issues or want to purchase some good phone items this is the store !! What can I say about an independent store owner who hires an incompetent manager (Keitha or Keisha?) - pic shows who I'm referring to from another review) who either doesn't train the staff or trains them to rip off customers. Look at the multiple reviews about them being closed during normal business hours and her behavior in certain difficult circumstances or her ripping off vulnerable people. You have to be able to deal with difficult customers, albeit not have to take abuse .. I get that. Further, look at their response to one-star reviews on Google - total cut/paste - same verbiage, so just going through the motions. I had the second very disturbing and unpleasant interaction with Keisha (or Keitha - seen in the pic from another review) today. I assume she is the manager and is so out of touch with customer service, she can't handle someone who is very frustrated with being told one thing and another results. I wasn't at all upset today - on the contrary very friendly - but avoided her to talk to the staff member who'd directed me to call 6-1-1 to return my router when I was at the store a few hours earlier. When I'd called 6-1-1 after leaving the store, they told me to go back to the store as they shouldn't have charged me $10 to return a defective router (fraud) and should have accepted the return in-house vs. referring me to call and get a return label. Upon arrival, I walked past her due to my prior experience and was friendly to the staffer saying he must be new due to the misinformation (and because a taller male staff member was directing him how to handle my earlier visit). This means both of them were not properly trained, which falls square on the manager which reflects on the store owner's oversight or lack thereof. She immediately barked at me "he's not new." So my response is that I wasn't talking to her, and then she said that I was not welcome in the store because I'd referred to her as a "b" on that prior visit. Well, if the shoe fits, I mean .. but I admit, I wasn't being nice at that point. Then she referred to me as "entitled?" What? Her name calling in response just demonstrates her lack of life experience in the customer service realm maybe even lacking a high school diploma. Turns out this is an independent store - not linked to T-Mobile, which is why you read about the lies, deceitful business practices, and poor customer service. I went to the Roseville store and was in/out in a few minutes with no problems. It's worth the drive to avoid this store .. and maybe T-Mobile will pull their ability to "look" like an official factory store. I hope Keitha or Keisha returns to school or gets a job where she doesn't have to interact with the public .. she's just not a good fit for that line of work. read more

I went in multiple times, totaling hours with three little kids, only to be told I needed to wait until the two phones I traded in for the iphone 14 promotion were processed. That evidently never happened and now I'm stuck with a huge bill I never agreed to for two years. Then I canceled the internet because it was TERRIBLE (would always lose connection). I hooked up with T Mobile because of their Senior Plan. WHAT A DEAL! Before, I had been with Sprint for 15 years before switching. After I switched, I hadn't noticed a difference in the service or my usage, so I've been happy and pleased, mostly cuz the MUCH cheaper rate! (Of course now, T Mobile and Sprint are basically one company.) Then, for several months using our phones in the house... we had to go outside our home, stand in a VERY specific spot in the backyard to get a good cell reception. And because we had wifi calling abilities, that too didn't work very well cuz we hadn't amplified wifi throughout the house, so again... big limitations for where you spoke on the phone. Told T Mobile about this problem, then they provided me a device, amplifying my wifi throughout my home (for wifi calling and internet service). There was NO increased fees for this device, just a $5 deposit that'll be returned when I return that device. What a deal, thanks T Mobile! read more

When getting a replacement phone, I was told that the phone would cost $4pm (for 24 months), and I would have to add a 5th line for $4pm. I agreed to pay an additional $8pm for 24 months for this phone. Unfortunately, they are charging me $20pm for the 5th line, and the manager Keetha agreed to adjust my bill a couple of times but has now stopped responding to me, and T-Mobile continues to overcharge me every month! Called to ask a general question about kids watches the grandparents gifted our young kids for Xmas, my parents are older so whoever sold them the watches probably didn't explain they would need to pair to a T-Mobile line, (or maybe they don't, who knows the guy on the phone couldn't provide any helpful info)... Anyway, the worker had no idea what needed to happen even when I asked if we could return the item he suggested I call 611 even though I had already told him I didn't have a T-Mobile service. He then suggesting I call T-Mobile customer service number, i asked if he could provide me the number, he said he didn't have it and condescendingly told me he could probably get it if he googled it but it would probably take equally as long for me to do it. Note to the guy working: it's your job to provide customer service, that means you need to leave the customer with at least ONE useful piece of information, you didn't know if I could return the watches, you didn't know if they watches in fact needed T-Mobile service to work and you didn't know the number to the customer service line, the most basic thing possible? How about at least you pretend to be helpful or find a new job if you can't provide the most basic type of service. read more

I went in there to pick up a new phone and Antonio or Anthony (can't remember his name) kept asking me to buy the insurance and I kept declining because I get Apple Care. While I was signing he said it was mandatory to buy the new "Sim card package" he kept calling it and it added $20 to the price. I saw it said insurance and asked him about it and he said it's part of the "Sim card package" that I have to get. My bill went up and after I called 611 she said that there was insurance on my new phone. Don't be a shady salesperson. Take the hits and work harder for your sales without cheating the system and your customers. I'm never coming back to this location again. read more

Mixed review. When my husband and I went in to upgrade my phone we were helped by Paul and Patrick. They were fantastic. Paul informed us of significant savings we could obtain if we added a veteran to our account. Well, my father-in-law is a veteran, so we arranged to come in a few days later and make the changes. Fast forward a couple days to this past Saturday. Paul handed us off to a guy named Antonio and our experience was not great. He was rude and condescending to us. When we asked questions he was short and made me feel stupid for asking. After the transaction was completed, my husband asked him if he could help us get our new phones set up. He said, "We don't do that." Well, Antonio, we have been with T-Mobile for many years and EVERY time we have gotten a new phone, the associates have walked us through the set-up process. It's called customer service. Maybe look into it. I see this is the second complaint about Antonio. I hope management is doing something about it. read more

I have to warn you this store plays bait and switch games with the customer. Don't go to Lincoln. Sorry I didn't get the name of the two men that worked there. All I can say is Tech 2 was a hefty guy all about the sales, not customer service. We went to this store tonight 1/14/19 at 7pm because our hot-spot device died. There are 2 technicians working with 2 different customers setting up their devices. We figured we could hang around and wait. We asked if they had hot spot devices and the 1st technician held up a device and said he was setting one up now for a customer. I asked if he had more, and he said yes they were in the back. So we waited. After about 20 min, tech 1 finished and switched with tech 2 to help the other customer. Tech 2 then told us they just sold the last hot spot. Then said he would save us money if we bought a phone plan and used the hot spot on the phone. We had to tell him 3x we only wanted a hot-spot device, then left because they wasted our time. I honestly think there were devices in the back, but Tech 2 was trying to make some quota. We called the Roseville T-Mobile and confirmed they had plenty of hot-spot devices in the store. That's where we are going tomorrow. We will never set foot in the Lincoln T-Mobile again. read more

Went in today right around noon (9/22/18- a Saturday, right after the new iPhone Xs was released) with my parents, husband, and baby. We had a game plan for handling the kiddo and we're expecting the worst but it was THE best phone experience I've ever had. Patrick, Luis, and one other person helped us pick out a family plan to save us money ($170 for four lines-- I've been paying $190 for two line the past four years with AT&T) and get brand new iPhone 8 Plus phones. We were ready for them to up-sell us all sorts of junk-- and not once did they do that! Instead they were super helpful, polite, and fun to chat with. They also helped us with the change over from att and getting everything setup with our phones. Super helpful, saved us a bunch of money, didn't try and up-sell us, and super thorough. Very very happy with our phone experience. And never going into an Apple store again! read more

Came in to switch from other carrier and get a new phone. There was a deal to buy one get the second Samsung free (ish). The gentlemen working used a lot of double talk and when asked to clarify, they just spoke faster and never answered the question. I asked a couple basic questions about the new phone. I know now, having the phone for a bit, that they were not correct. I also was never told of the Netflix deal. I eventually switched over on my own without help. They pushed the insurance, even saying I absolutely needed it. I told them several times it was not needed. Don't even bother going in there. I left feeling as if I was at a terribly-run, slimy, used-car dealership. I will drive out of town next time to get help. read more

I decided to make the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile this past week now that the merger was pretty much in full swing. Unfortunately Sprint and T-Mobile are still very separate. When I went in to the store, Paul and Rosa guided me in the right direction. They let me know which phones I had that needed to be paid off and they also help me find a deal to get an old iPhone 6 upgraded for free with an iPhone SE 2020. During the porting and sim card changeover, the phones that I paid off on Sprint were still locked. Paul and Rosa called Sprint customer care and didn't take no for an answer from the agent who told them to wait 72 hours for the phones to unlock. After about an hour with the agent's supervisor, they got both of the phones unlocked and working. Rosa did a great job getting my iPhone transferred over to the new model. Even the first phone they were able to complete had some issues and both Paul and Rosa took the time to re-do the sim card and data to get it working. They were also both very patient. I had four lines in total and it definitely took some time. If you're patient with them, they'll take great care of you. I went in with 4 lines and came came out with 4 T-Mobile lines, a new phone on one of the lines along with a new number. Trust these guys. They'll find you the best deal and they'll work hard to make sure you leave with no problems. I'm really glad I chose this T-Mobile store because of the fact that Paul and Rosa work there. What an awesome first impression they made for this long time Sprint customer and now T-Mobile customer. Thank you to both of them for working hard and being helpful. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Stay away!!! I got really weird vibes from this store. I went in to get a new iPhone to take advantage of an Apple BOGO sale and needed a qualified phone which I guess mine didn't. I was talking to a guy who I think was the manager named Paul and he was trying to cut a weird deal,trying to sell me a phone he had from his own inventory and not from the store. He said he could buy my phone and he'd sell me one he had. Paul is a con artist, this all just felt super creepy and out of place compared to any other carrier and store I have ever been to. I was double charged on my credit card for a charger. When I called in to report it, Paul said contact your credit card company. There was absolutely no hesitation, no discussion of who was responsible (an employee, a computer "glitch".... So, bottom line, the consumer has to take the time out of they life to report this "error", and THEN wait another month to get their funds back. I miss the days of good customer service, and when corporations actually did the right thing. I cannot clock in and be reimbursed for someone else's mistake. These telecommunication companies do not CARE about the consumer. Just making a buck. Not a happy camper. read more

I would like to give a shout out to Paul and Ammond for the great service they offered to me and my significant other Saturday at T-Mobile in Lincoln. The reason for our visit to T-Mobile, conveniently located in the Raley's shopping center, on Lincoln Blvd, was because someone stole my sig others phone. He had insurance on the phone and it was going to be replaced however, he wouldn't be receiving it for another 4 days. This was definitely an inconvenience because he uses his phone all day everyday for work Not to worry though because Paul was ready to help by offering a 'loaner' phone until the replacement phone would arrive. Unbelievable right? Now that is awesome customer service!!! Thanks so much Paul!!! On top of that, my Jump plan was quickly approaching its deadline and Ammond helped me pick out a new iPhone that I absolutely love.
