Andrew was really helpful and very honest. He helped me reset my son's iPhone and it works again without charging me anything. He saved me from going to buy a new phone with Verizon. I brought the phone to Verizon before went to see Andrew. Verizon didn't even to troubleshot to see what was wrong with the phone. The minute I brought in the phone to and told them that somehow the screen on the phone blackout. They immediately told me either to upgrade the phone to a newer phone and pay off the remaining balance on my account. I have had repairs on my phone done at iPhone Clinic a few times and there's no other place I'll take my phone when something is wrong. Yesterday, I was having an issue with a blocked charge port that prevented me from plugging anything into it. I've had the charge port replaced a few times on this phone, so I figured it was gonna be another 2-4 hours and $100ish. Turns out-- the kind gentleman at the front was able to perform an extraction service in about 60 seconds for a fraction of the cost! Super honest and nice! I called about a smashed camera lens on my iPhone 15 pro. I used Yelp to find the best repair shops and IPhone Clinic in Roseville was the first one to do this type of repair. The nice guy on the phone was "Just bring it in. It will probably take 1 1/2 hours and cost about $100-150." I get there, right away he takes a look at my iPhone, and he immediately discovers that I have a broken lens protector and not a broken lens. He pops off the cracked protector, hands me back the phone, and instructs me on how to buy another protector (their supply hadn't come in yet). No charge, despite the fact that he could have faked a repair and charged me $100. Thank you so much! read more

Anything tech-related, this is the place to rely on! The iPhone Clinic...how do I even begin explaining the iPhone Clinic? (for all you '90s kids - yeah, that was a "Mean Girls" reference :D) But for a good reason - this place is a classic, and like that movie which no-one can come close to with a remake - NOTHING comes close to how the iPhone Clinic does it's business. Maybe Nordy's (but even then). Pricing? UNBEATABLE. I repeat: u.n.b.e.a.t.a.b.l.e. Service? You know how you encounter one good rep., and the rest make you wish you could land that same person? Hamid, Andrew, and Ahmad are like the triplets of superbly rare customer care. There's no "good" rep. here...they're all great. The Results? This better be why you're still reading, because the anticipation is building for a reason: my iPhone slipped off of the roof of my car and I personally watched 3 cars run it over in front of my eyes (and God knows how many more before I was able to do the U-Turn, park, and make a fool of myself that I'm lucky no one filmed). Seriously - I was on the verge of making the evening news. To say the work was cut out for the lovely gentlemen at this business is putting it lightly (lactose-free, 0% fat lightly). Bottomline is: how they didn't tell me to get lost is a mystery I'm lucky will remain unsolved, because NOBODY else in town compared to them. Every place at the Galleria mall claimed nothing could be done (and I truly don't blame them - your iPhone isn't even flat until it gets run-over a good few times ;) and the rest of the iPhone repairs charged me a quote that was close to some people's salary)! I'll end by saying this: A LOT of places in Roseville (and the Greater Sacramento area) need to hope HARD that these people don't open a restaurant or something that doesn't just fix and sell tech...because there will be no competition at that point :) The skills, customer service (alongside the general climate of professionalism), and quality is absolutely, positively unmatched. wanted to share a recent experience I had with I Clinic Rocklin. My IPhone screen was cracked so I was looking around for a quick repair. Called I Clinic and spoke to Andrew. Very friendly young man explained the process and cost to replace a cracked screen. When I arrived Andrew promptly examined my phone and gave me the good news!! My Screen wasn't cracked only the screen protector! Went in to get the back glass and battery replaced on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. They replaced both in about an hour. I noticed after I got home that my auto focus on my camera was no longer working and the lens from the new back glass on the camera was dirty. I went back the next day and they tried to blame it on me. They said I must of water damaged it and that's why it isn't working (when it was clearly working before I took it in.) And that I could spend another $100 with them and they'd swap it out if I do it within a week, otherwise the price will go up. So now my auto focus doesn't work but at least the rear screen and battery is replaced I guess... read more

My Mother and i walked in and there was a customer ahead of us. As soon as the guy was finished with the customer, he promptly helped us. I was having problems with my iphone not charging correctly. He examined my phone and took it to the back and cleaned it out better than i ever could. He showed me that it charged correctly and it should be good to go! Took lees than 5 minutes! Cost $20! Money well spent. Mom was impressed with the service and asked about having her back glass replaced since her old glass was broken. He said it would be roughly $160 after tax and it would take two hours. We agreed and left the phone. It took exactly two hours and we came back to a fixed back glass iphone 14. The total out the door was $161 and some change. We promptly paid and said tyvm and left. This was what i was looking for in case of service and professionalism. Very nice guy, treated is well, charged us fairly and was accurate with his labor time. It was everything i could ask for as a customer and will be going back there when i have any questions or concerns about my iphone. Would most definitely recommend. read more
