Since I had coverage through my cell phone carrier and was able to file a claim, I did not need to pay for a new battery. I was happy with the work done and will use uBreakiFix by Asurion again. Explained what the issue was and what Apple had done and their results. He did some checking of things and finally stated that we would have to wait until a manager came in to swap it out. That would be in a couple of hours. We came back at the appointed time and met with John the Assistant Manager from another store. He did some THOROUGH testing with several of the corporate techs. The whole time he was keeping us abreast of what they were doing. After all was done the issue wasn't resolved. They decided that they would swap out the phone for a new one. Did I like spending 6 hours there. No but Pop's and John made it enjoyable as they worked diligently to try to solve our issues. Could I have been upset about it all, easily but both of them made easy to be there explaining the whole process that they go through. AT&T you are fortunate to have these 2 employees.

Of course I didn't noticed it until I was in bed that night and I live too far away to bother making the trip back just to address the black dot. I thought I'd just live with it. I bought one of their pretty wood cases for my phone while I was there. The point of buying the case was to avoid breaking my screen again... ...Which brings me to yesterday. While in line to pay at a store I accidentally let my phone slip through my hand and it fell to the floor instead of my pocket, it's intended destination. Although it landed flat on its back, with a case on, I could see immediately that the screen was shattered. (Again. Just lovely,) But when I picked up the phone and saw that the fall actually broke the case too. So not only did the crappy case not protect my phone, it also didn't even survive. What's even the point? And now this morning. Seeing as how I can't really afford another replacement screen, and I wasn't left all that impressed by my first experience, I was just going to have a broken screen for awhile. But this morning, my stupid alarm went off and for the first time ever my phone vibrated itself off the edge of my bed. (I have a platform bed with a little bit of a lip where I usually set my phone to charge overnight. It's about 16 inches from the floor.) Welp. Now the screen is completely f#cked and unusable. I can't see the time or notifications. I certainly can't make calls out and I doubt very much I can receive calls because how can I answer my phone? In the end a new screen was okay except the Tiny Black Dot which was mildly distracting. But the case? Waste of money. Just absolutely worthless. Edit: I called the place before I got their message contacting me here. They did a great job of working with me to negotiate a price to fix my phone again. I bought a new case elsewhere that has a higher protective rating so I shouldn't have to fix it again. This new screen does not have the little black dot, it looks perfect. And they gave me a free screen protector too.

Best Buy are not responsible for their products while the CEO Corie Barry is making millions a year! DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY, go next door to Costco. They warranty their products for years, no question ask. Is worth paying for the membership. You get peace of mind buying there instead of Best Buy. Bought a 6 ft USB extension cable (about 26$) fee days ago. While checking out I confirmed specifically about the return date - was told 30 days, since I was not sure whether the cable would work for tethering my Nikon with mac book pro. Unfortunately, it didn't and I went to return it yesterday, and was told they cannot accept it. Apparently 30 day return policy is only for Best Buy Elite!! Upon closer look at the receipt, here is the return policy mentioned - "Devices that can be activated and cell phones have a 14 day return policy for all customers. 15 day return period on almost everything else" I went to return it on day 18. Too bad they lost a customer for a mere $27...
