Ok so I finally had to give in and get a new phone. I've been uunable to use my phone since it got ran over by a car last year the screen has been slowly deteriorating. I was lucky enough to order a phone on it before it died. I was able to choose delivery or pick up from store and this was the closest location. As soon as I walked in they were able to help me immediately. My phone showed up here 1 day after ordering which was great considering delivery to me would have taken 3 days. This is the chat I had with the customer service, however, Sophia B who is apparently the supervisor did not wait for me and ended the chat after 1 minute of waiting when I waited for her to finish reading my story for 10+ minutes. AT&T customer service is trash and so is the in-store low quality so called "manager" and her employees. Worst experience ever. I had filed an official complaint and the case is under review. Situations are explained below: [Me] : I purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max in store on 9.10 in person and I ordered the phone and I waited for my phone to arrive around the end of October. I had my previous phone and will be discontinued for the end of October and Lisa Kim (the store manager) and Christopher told me they will cancel for the bill before that but just got charged again. Anyways, however, I got iPhone a week later 14 pro not max and I complained that I got the wrong one. [Stark B] : I really apologize for the inconvenience that you had. [Me] : They had mentioned that I had to pay extra $50 for exchanging the phone and I was like what the heck is this? so it turned out they did not communicate with each other and I went back to the store and yelled at them and they said ok they will waive the $50 [Me] : Then after, they said they actually made a mistake and did not order me a pro max but just pro. I was completely going insane at this point [Me] : They told me they need to charge $152 more because of the differences in price between pro max and pro and they had demanded me to go back to the store in person but I work full time and by the time i finish the store closes so I said I will tell you my credit card number and they can run it for me [Me] : After few days I get a text from this guy named Christopher about my card not being able to charge correctly due to some errors [Me] : I said it works with other places why it's not working with you guys only, and we had a huge arguments back and forth about my credit card. And the manager Lisa Kim said they will charge my card and the zip code was 90007 that's why they could not charge but my home address is 90010 and I said no that is not my zip [Me] : They argued with me again saying it is my zip?????? What kind of employee is this? Let alone with the store manager named Lisa Kim [Me] : So I would like to file a complaint about Lisa Kim and Christopher from this location 3250 W. Terrible service and very rude staff My aunt went to this place because her English is not so good and All the Korean staff wasn't helpful and instead threatened her.. she ended up calling police and felt like staff was gonna hurt her. Avoid this place at all costs. Poor management and all the staff were not helpful at all and try to scam customers and talk bad behind. read more

This AT&T location is the worst location I have been to. The employees are rude and disrespectful. There is clearly a line of customers waiting to be helped but the morons will help anyone that walks up to the desk and cuts even when you have been waiting in line for 20 minutes. The young girl that works there acts like she doesn't see a line and when she's confronted by customers she becomes mute. They act like they have no idea why people are upset.. read more

I recently came in to see my options in upgrading to the iPhone 12 and everything was fast and smooth at this store. I worked with Simon Park and the manager Kenny Yoon and I'd definitely recommend coming in to see them. Not only did they make the process smooth, I was in and out and ended up buying a Apple Watch to go with it. Very pleased with the service, will come back again for the next upgrade. read more
