After a recent visit to the AT&T Store in West Nashville, I figured I could pop in on my side of town to get a few things accomplished, such as upgrading my watch. Boy, was I wrong... The store, which is located in a small plaza across from Rivergate Mall, is decently kept and clean with all the standard products on display. The main difference with this location is the service, or lack thereof. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a line of people waiting to be greeted. We stood there for close to 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The acknowledgement came with asking what our name was, so we could be added to a list. There was no questions about our visit, etc...Once I tossed my name down, I was told it would be anywhere from 20 to 50 minute wait. Kind of a big gap of time, so I wandered around the store, scoped the watch I wanted and decided it would be easier to purchase online and pick up at the store. Even though I live closer to this location, I chose to pick up my new watch at the Nashville West location for obvious reasons. Overall, not the best look for an AT&T location. read more

Probably the worst experience we've had with any wireless carrier. They are inept at their jobs and very rude and unhelpful about the issues they caused from the beginning. They kept giving us the runaround for a week and when we called corporate to get the problem resolved they told us e we're told multiple lies about the issue and what could be done. We have been left with an unusable device that was reported stolen before we even got it. They are still refusing to fix the issue and coming up more and more excuses. I'm not sure if other att locations are any better, but steer clear of this location. read more

Despite making an appointment, the service still lacks! There is no customer service, is basically forcing you to upgrade and never to solve your needs. I went in to change my number, the associate accidentally switched a different number on the plan. The employee acknowledged his mistake,however the issue is the cuckhead manager Jonathan. He stood there and lied to me making it seem like it was my negligence instead of taking responsibility. My anxiety,anger and cut a b***h attitude was on ten. But thankfully the helpful associate was understanding and patient to fix his mistake and was very apologetic. Give him Jonathan's job and it might be a better business. read more

The AT&T store in Madison TN has the worse customer service and product knowledge ever on I phones.. I bought a 14 pro max on Saturday June 3rd and Sunday June 4th it was getting hot and freezing screens and calls. The store would not do a D++M thing to address the problem . They would not take responsibility for the phone they keep putting it off on the apple software. I called the apple store and they took the name of the store and would check into it because the apple store stated it was the AT&T store in Madision tn who should took care of the phone. Walmart caused a fiasco with my phone last week. I had to come in to get my services restored and after doing so Kathleen suggested when I get my new phone to bring it in to let them do the setup. I just stopped here. Pulled up to this store at 11:58 have someone to show who's to unlock my phone since my phone was locked and nothing was working to unlock it. Even the volume up/down hold maneuver that is supposed to restart the phone. I walked up and a female locked the door. I tried to explain, and she wouldn't listen. I will be canceling my cell phone service after dealing with this store. Ive had an account for 8+ years, never missed a bill, and was refused to be helped. Our phone wasnt charging, so we brought it in. They gave us a phone number and walked away. When we called, they told us to request a replacement or loaner. The company att MADE US CALL, told us to request, then and there, a replacement or loaner. The employee and manager both refused to give us a replacement or loaner and again walked away from us. We are in tennessee due to a family emergency, someone fallen ill, and originate from california. Despite us being in a dire situation, far from home, still refuse to help us. Went into store with my mom to take her phone off my brother account to set up her own and not very good service. Manger greeted us and we tell her what we needed and she told us about 3 gig plan we had to ask about 1 gig plan.she tells us she needs to be a authorized person on plan and walks away . We are standing there and another lady that we haven't talk to asked if we are ready and we said someone else was helping she said oh that is the manager I will be helping you. I can't believe I wasted 45 minutes of my life here. I bought a phone online and opted to pick it up in-store rather than having it shipped. They have this ridiculous set-up where you sign in at the front and then wait for your name to rise to the top of the list. Meanwhile, the guy who signed you in is standing there twiddling his thumbs. Why can't he check people out with simple orders, like buying a phone case or picking up an online order? I will say the associate who finally helped me was very capable and efficient. However, in the future I will pay extra to have my phone shipped overnight. read more

My boyfriend and I came into this AT&T store looking to just turn in an old phone and get a new case and screen protector. When we first walked in we looked around and waited for someone to approach us, no one came up for a few minutes, which was fine because they were assisting other customers. Finally someone came up and put our name and number in.. we waited for 35 minutes before someone even came and talked to us, and we saw someone else come in after us and get service. Finally someone came and helped us and he took care of the trade in for us, and we got the cases.. it took him over 20 minutes to put on the screen protector... The people also haven't been that friendly.. now we've been here for over an hour and still waiting on just the phone to be finished with the case and screen protector. This is the worse att store i have ever been in. A young man became rude when i could not get my email to work. He told me to stop stop stop . while i was in middle of explaining the the problem to him. With that i told him he was being rude instead of saying he sorry he said he was not rude. i had just gotten the tablet the day before .i came there to see if i could get some help with it. Boy was i wrong. Chip told me it was just a store. When that was said i guess that meant they sold the tablet but did not work on it or help you understand it better.This made me angry . i pay att 310 dollars a month for this kind of service? i told him to give my money back . He said there would be a 40 dollar restocking fee. At that point he said there would be no need in talking to one another any longer When he came back with my receipt it was for 45.00 . h He made no attempt to tell why he took out 45.00. i would not have given this tablet back if this man had not acted the way he did. i what my money back or i go some where else. i told Chip he needed to learn how to talk to customers .
