A complete joke. Hours stated an opening at 10 am. I waited until 10:30 and left. Will never go back there

I don't recommend this store; it's a scam. The manager offered me a good deal, but I ended up paying more than I had at my previous phone company. I went to talk to him. He kept making excuses, and then he never showed up. I went another day and saw another customer with the same complaint. This store is a disaster; I don't recommend it. Do Not Go to this Store! They will scam you! This store charged me $50 for a service that is meant to be free. When asking for a refund, the employee called me a liar and started cursing at me. His attitude was aggressive and completely unprofessional. He blamed the charge on "store policy" even though customer service at AT&T confirmed that there is no such policy. I want to write a positive review for this store but especially for Rolando who was working there last night. He was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to simply reset my sons phone. I usually feel that they are always trying to up sell when you walk in. He immediately said, this shouldn't be a big deal explained what he was going to do, reset the phone and then had us make sure it was working before we left. It is service like this that will get me back to this store to make purchases. This review has nothing to do with AT&T but only about this location ....this place lies scams and does illegal things they used my passcode to enter my account to place an order for a phone, after I told them I didn't want the phone. ..when I went back to get my money back they refused to refund my money and and wanted to charge me a restocking fee for a phone I never received. They are thieves. This place sucks even AT&T told me they have no right to refuse a refund for a phone I haven't received. I only got my money back cause AT&T called on my behalf... AT&T told me I should deal with it the corporate stores not the authorized dealers. read more

NEVER GO HERE. They robbed my 84-year-old father. They told him he had to pay cash for a new phone (that he didn't need) and then charged his credit card as well. They also logged in under his online account and charged multiple devices and lines to his account over a number of days. This is a criminal operation. read more

AT&T the worse wireless company to be in, I was entice back in 2003 to switch to AT&T from Verizon. Worse mistake ever. I just purchase an iPad for my son who is always with me, so he can watch movies on it. I call AT&T and ask them to Help me set up the personal Hotspot on my iPhone 6. Customer service said " thank you for been a customer of AT&T since 2004. The service plan you have is a grandfather plan and you can not set up your personal hotspot in your plan" why I said. Now the want me to changed my plan a data plan. The manager tell me the said think. AT&T DO NOT CARE FOR THERE LONG TIME CUSTOMER. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I still can not believe it. Under new management - the new manager is Knowledgeable, asked questions to best understand how to help me and made recommendations that weren't 'pushy'. Really helped get what I need and even gave me a free case to use while I'm waiting for one I ordered. Overall excellent experience and I will choose this location again every time even though it isn't my closest. read more

Before going to this location I did my research on the phone I was interested in. I visited the Harrison store, the gentleman there said he did not have the phone I wanted. He had it at his other store in Mamaroneck. I asked how much and he told me $129. He called the Mamaroneck store to make sure they had it. We went right over to this store and spoke to Kevin who was not the nicest salesman you would want to deal with. I should have left immediately. He took the phone out of the drawer (new in the box). I asked if he had a phone on display for me to check it out. No this is the only one I have. We started to give him my info and he said oh you have a prepaid phone account. I am not sure I can carry this over. You will have to pay outright for the phone. I knew that! He then has the nerve to tell me I would have to upgrade to a $40. Or $60. Per month plan and I have to have Internet. Something I do not want or need. Well let me tell you the phone will cost you $249.99. I asked how is that when his partner in Harrison said $129. AT&T website says $149.99 as well as another AT&T store. No this is the price. He is a SCAM ARTIST and a THIEF!!!!!!! Stay far away from this store. Go to an AT&T corporate store. I went immediately after leaving this store to the Scarsdale store and purchased the phone for $149.99. No issues with carrying over my plan. The people in there were so nice and helpful. And they were HONEST they didn't try to upswell or scam me. If possible I would have given him NO STARS!!!!! Run don't walk from this store. read more

The new store manager is very dishonest and not helpful. He quoted us at one price and it has been one hundred dollars more ever since. We have been in contact with the owner plenty of times to fix the issue. He has credited our account a few times but we would have to reach out every month. Now he will no longer answer our phone calls and text messages. I would not recommend anyone go here. read more

They're only getting one star because that the lowest rating. If able to I wouldn't give them any! Very unprofessional & will lie to a customer just to make a sale. Words cannot describe the disgust I feel after an altercation with the so called person running the store -- I believe his name is Mohammed. What a nasty, rude piece of garbage. I just spent over an hour on the phone with ATT to report the incident. I've never experienced anything but appropriate behavior with ATT employees until today. I now know I'm a "B_____"! I was told "F__ y__, get out of my store." Over and over. What???? I went in to ask a simple question about a feature on my phone, and he refused to answer because he looked up my account and said I was out of warranty. Just to tell me if I had a wrong setting??? And I get all that because I question why he can't just tell me if I have a wrong setting?? While on the phone with ATT I took a look here and saw all the "lovely" reviews of the place. Activated a new line during the weekend. Was told "wherever you go, you need to pay for SIM card" After I questioned him that I was not charged for the SIM card when I activate the main line, I was told that he can "make it easier by taking $5 off the $45". Got a hand written receipt and paid cash because additional discount offered. The whole thing did not fee right, so called ATT today: SIM should be free. Hind sight, everyone be aware. a) there is a difference between ATT company store and authorized retailer. b) pay by credit card. c) there does not seem to be any control on the "authorized retailer", if you can, go to the company store, at least you have better point of escalation. I am still trying to resolve this with both the store and ATT, $40 does not worth the time, being lied to looking into my eyes is a whole different story. If this can't be resolved, I will post the employee's name for everyone's benefit. read more

One star is the lowest rating. They should get zero stars. Do NOT use this store. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. I have always used the store in Scarsdale which is very professional and has wonderful customer service workers. Today, I called the Mamaroneck store and asked how I can transfer photos from one phone to another. The man on the phone said to just bring the phone in and he could do it for me. Great. I go to the store on my lunch hour and the man who approaches me ask if I bought my phone from them. I said no. The phone is a replacement from my insurance. He tells me he will charge me $29.99 to upload photos since I didn't buy the phone from them!! I explain that the man who answered told me to just come in. He never mentioned a fee. I also had spoken to AT&T who said I can go to any store and they will do it for me. I also called the Scarsdale store while waiting and they said it's free! I wait for almost a half hour for the original man who told me to come in. He's helping another customer and he knows I'm waiting and ignores me. The first man goes to the back office and hides! My lunch hour is over, I call the store and the hiding man answers. I ask him if he is an authorized retailer and he says NO!! A sign on the front store claims they are an authorized retailer. I then ask him for the manager and he says he is the manager but I can call the other guy back in a half hour. Why would a manager tell me to call the other guy??? They are complete frauds and make up their own fees. I feel sorry for the customer who was actually buying a phone from them. DO NOT USE this store ever! read more
