Policies do not allow shifts, and I am paying a whole month of overpriced, unreliable service for 8 days to be able to work from home before I move out. Use Verizon, starlink, Tmobile; I don't know just not optimum - they may similar policies but at least their services are better you don't lose internet or tv consistently. If cancelling wasn't a process in itself I would've done so long ago. On top of this - they have their hardworking staff pitch new services after outlining how wild their policies are. I started laughing. "our policies are horrible, our services are horrible, you are clearly unhappy and I can't do anything about it - but hey, are you interested in our $25/mo. Cell phone plan???" I cackled. Maybe the comedic relief gets people to bite. Overpriced, bad policy, not customer first at all, I would rather craft an antenna and use RF frequencies I pick up from my microwave before ever considering them again. Simply do better optimum corporate. After paying $11,000 over 5+ years for subpar services you just lost a customer for life over $120 because a policy would not allow to pro-rate a service that will likely be unavailable for 4 of the 8 days anyway.
