I went into this AT&T store today and Alexa this is a young man who is so smart and he helped me.. backstory.. my iPhone broke. I am a 20 year AT&T customer AT&T sent me a new phone took back the old one and all of a sudden I couldn't make a call out a text or anything so I drove into the AT&T store on Stapley and baseline and this young man within 15 minutes, had my phone up and running he was brilliant. DON'T USE AT&T Customer Service is a Crap shoot! Calling to get assistance is a horrible experience!! If you can get past the AI rep. Expect another hold! Then expect to be on phone with careless rude, stupid reps. 95% of the time! If you put in for a call back instead of being put on eternal you never get a return call! I would give this place a zero. I was duped by these people because they flat out lied about cost and charges until after the deal was done. I received my phones (didn't have them on hand) and found out from the 800 customer service line that what I thght I signed up for was not at all possible. The monthly fee would have been way more than was promised. I immediately cancelled and took forever to get return labels. Even when phones received it still took two callls to get them refunded. Here come hundreds of dollars of fees, for all sorts of things. Phones never used and can not show any use but got charged all sorts of "usage" fees. Their customer service area is a complete joke. Do not walk.. RUN away from AT&T, they have zero customer service people who aren't rude and ready to end the call the second they can't push you off onto someone else. They literally blame their system but have no problem sending bills or adding more charges. read more

Louis was extremely helpful! I called last night and spoke to Christian and let them know I would be there to purchase the new IPhone SE. they had only received 4. I was there early in case of a line! No line when I arrived but definitely a line when I left! Customer service is awesome! I'm glad to see the new manager Louis take so much good care for the customers even in the phone! While I was there 3 calls came in and Louis handled himself and represented ATT very well! I'd say if you are looking to purchase a new IPhone SE and you are in the area this is the place to go. Hours today are 11a-7p! Needed to add a line on my fiancé's account. We looked up various locations to see which ones were open around 7pm. Came across this one. Came across a good review that had STEVEN's name on it. So we stopped on in around 7pm. Went in and asked for him. He happened to be there. Let me tell you, STEVEN took care of all of our needs and more. He was fantastic. STEVEN went above and beyond for us. Expected to be there forever and we were in and out within the hour. That's only because we decided to get more things for the amazing deals he had for us. Adrian stated he would leave a note for me on my account because they FUCKED UP and activated a phone that was picked up "curbside" and then tried to push blame on me by saying I didn't "mention" what the phone was for. The line that was upgraded was a surprise for my little brother who is currently visiting Mexico. For 2 weeks he had to be without service because I have the phone that was supposed to be waiting for him when he got back as a surprise. Adrian said that it was my fault for not mentioning anything. I'm sorry I didn't know that I had to mention my plans with the phone for a simple upgrade that was CURBSIDE pick up they didn't have to do anything on my account besides prepare my online order. Most places that do curbside don't even make you interact and have a whole conversation with employees you simply just PICK UP YOUR PRODUCT!!! The phone is still in the original packaging not even opened and somehow they managed to activate without my permission and also changed my plan on it without my permission!! He didn't have an answer as to how it happened and according to him it must have been me that did the changes. I have screenshots from when I processed my order online and that line was on the unlimited starter when I processed it with a price breakdown and everything. The line suddenly went from being on the Unlimited Starter to Unlimited extra so now I will have prorated charges on my next bill. He then had the nerve & told me to ship the phone out to my brother to Mexico. Really Adrian? Are you going to pay for international shipping? Don't think so. He refused to give me his and his managers employee ID's and believe me I also work for AT&T we are allowed to give our employee ID! Jokes on you Adrian I did call retention and had them report you sounds like this isn't the first bad review on you. This isn't a corporate store save yourself time and energy go to a corporate store not authorized retailers had I known this would happen I would have just gone in the store and asked to upgrade the phone at that time never thought they would make unauthorized changes to my account. He literally stood there and argued with me blaming ME?! I asked for credit since my little brother will now be in another country without service and he said he would let his manager know but apparently this store has a problem with finding the manager to speak to and get any resolution. His business card says he's the STORE MANAGER. A professional store manager would have done something immediately but no he referred me to call retention after their fuck up and so I did and *shocking* no note on my account from Adrian. Update: store manager never contacted me to make it right after Adrian offered that to me. This took place in June and it's now July. read more

This is one of the best at&t stores I have ever been to. They were very helpful and even saved me a ton of money.

They should learn a thing or two about customer service. After 10 years with ATT store manager tried to lie, telling us problem is basically our IPhone 6 don't work on ATT network anymore. Well phones are 7s but regardless even original iPhone 1 will still work. Once you call 611 from the store you realize they are actually not AT&T Store but authorized reseller and they love to charge you extra for anything, and couldn't care less what ATT has to say. Lovely lady at ATT phone support actually apologized for store managers behavior and solved the problem herself. Just a suggestion, in future don't lie to customers.... just don't. Next time I will go to real ATT store... or even better to another carrier.... read more

Stay away. Go to at&t in greenfield. This location will sell a phone no matter if its different or its a hassle to the customer. They dont even have sim cards in stock. Wanted a white iphone 7. They said nobody else has it w/o cheking si we settled for the black. Later tech said we dont have any sim cards so we need to go to tge greenfield location to get the phone activated. Went in to exchange a previously purchased case non working charging case,bought at a different location. One employee looked like a deer in the headlights, the other was unwilling to make an exchange. We simply wanted an exchange...he told us he couldn't help us because we didn't bring the cord. We told him he could keep the cord out of the box but he said he couldn't. Basically told us to go to a different location down the street. I called the number and waited for an hour and a half just for them to tell me I have to go to the AT&T store! I go in to make changes to a plan and mention that my wife has full access to the family plan we are all on. He tell us she is a limited user without even looking at the account. I then reiterate what I am trying to say and he snaps at us to the point we had to both tell him to cool off. Get a new job if you hate yours and understand clients do not understand all your lingo. I was in a rush last night to buy a new iPhone. I went in knowing what I wanted because I had already done all my research. They informed me of all of their promotions, which I always appreciate. Then we picked the phone out, the accessories and they helped me with transferring all of my old photos, contacts and calendar events to my new phone. They had great patience with me since I had a hard time remembering my iTunes login, but they helped me get it figured out. The worst customer service I've ever had since the new manager Nick took over... some sales rep (Joeanni) sorry I don't know how to spell his name and he wouldn't spell it for me.. -told me he couldn't help me as he had too many people in the store, BUT didn't offer to call me back at a convenient time for him -told me they are open till 8pm but site says open till 7pm -Told me In order for me to get help I need to come Into the store -mumbled as he answered the phone I advised him I want to up my data plan I was interested in internet connection at my home and combining direct tv services .. again he's not interested in sales or my concerns.. the worst customer service I've had at this store!
