Not specific to this store but DON'T get a phone through ATT. Go to the actual company ie Apple or whatever. ATT lock ur phone so you can't use another company's SIM card. While this may make sense in the US for example I don't see the logic for a foreign destination. I' I'm going to a place, Botswana, they don't cover. The only way i can get a SIM card there is to unlock th phone which they won't do. Botswana is problematic for WIFI. So the proverbial F you from a big company. They won't even unlock it for the 3 weeks I need and then lock me up again. At least the agent trying to help me said that and she was going to ask a supervisor for help but they hung up on me as I'e been on hold for 35 minutes. Bottom line if you have to use their phone service you don't have to buy a phone from them. I'm sure sorry I did. read more

When into the store to get an upgrade. When it came time to pay for the new phone upgrade taxes, they couldn't accept payment by Apple Pay, which was a surprise and I didn't have a physical card present. The assistant manger, Fernando M. turns around and make a remark to me that "I always have something to say "in a rude disrespectful way.. didn't realize that as a customer of Att which charges its customers a premium being surprised that it doesn't accept Apple Pay is asking too much. Is one thing to not be offering Apple Pay, it's not another thing telling a att customer which I have been for over 23 years that I have something to say always is a problem. Which country we are living in where I can't comment on the service level that I am being provided????? Such groups is the main reason we are seeing a rise in lack of customer service all over, because they really think they can give poor customer service and still maintain business operation. These guys are not even a true att store but an autorize dealer which is named USA wireless. What a shame that att allows for such rude and unprofessional staff to handle their customers. Weather it's a Miami thing or overall unwilling to provide proper customer service, such groups don't deserve to be operating. As a business owner, I will never allow such approach to customers, even if they are not right..... best thing is to avoid this store and let their sales suffer. Maybe they will learn that proper customer service is still a very important matter to running a business and to having customers..... AVOID THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The most DISHONEST staff and Management work at this location. The sales guy (don't remember his name) added services I did NOT ask for or want. When we got home and noticed it, we called and he said "take it up with customer service". When asked to speak to a Manager, he said he wasn't available. NON of the times we called. So we went back in person. He wasn't available then either. We called customer service and they said the sales person has to remove them. We called him back and got the same runaround. They know it's difficult to get ANYTHING corrected so they treat you like crap. He said this much "might as well give up as nothing will change" We've been AT&T customers for over 20 years and this is NOT the first issue we've had with this company. It's finally time to move on to another provider. STAY AWAY FROM ATT!!! I've been to the store before so I thought I would get good service. I was right! This time I was taken care of by Yanina Cabrera who was extremely helpful. She upgraded my sister's telephone service and showed us how she could save a lot of money bundling Internet and cable with AT&T. Yanina was very patient and took her time explaining everything. She was able to arrange for service within a few days. Everybody there is very knowledgeable and polite. I understand that some of the bad reviews they have received were spilled over from their other location at Brickell City Center which recently closed. I highly recommend them. During these difficult times it's important to acknowledge those who make life easier for us. read more

I would avoid this store. They run a very shady operation. Make sure you read everything. Fernando M. added a bunch of upgrades to my account when buying a new phone for my wife. I specifically told him I wanted my account to stay exactly as it is ( no new features/charges) I just wanted to get a new phone. He looked me directly in the eye and said; "absolutely nothing will change". (1) I was charged twice for the purchase because he said Apple Pay may or may not work but I could try it. He said it didn't go through. So I used my card. Both were charged. (2) When I went home I double checked my account and found out that he had added new features to not only the new phone but to my existing phone adding up to an additional $50/mo! Long story short; I went back to the store to asked home to fix everything and he told me he couldn't help, that all of the "fixes" had to be done via ATT Corp. I asked to speak with a manager but, this person, seemed to always be out to lunch. They made me cancel the duplicate charge through my bank, even after showing them the statement with the error. Also, AT&T still has not taken off all of the extra "features" from my account after 2 months of constant phone calls. Save yourself the trouble stay away. read more

I went to the AT&T Store in Brickell to replace my screen protector, which I had paid Insurance for, and they refused to help me and said I had to go to the corporate store in Coral Gables. That was a complete waste of my time. I found out that the salesperson at the Brickell store had lied to me. I do not understand how this could happen. Either the staff in Brickell are poorly trained or just lazy. what a disappointment. read more

Funny how 15 minutes before the have to close, the system crashed. Got here 20:45 and the door was locked. Terrible customer service. Legit absolutely no help everyone stood behind the desk and seemed to be a problem to find any help. I don't understand why they make it so difficult to get a new phone. I went in because my phone device was malfunctioning and not performing to my expectations. I told the salesman I would like to downgrade my phone. He told me that I wasn't eligible for an upgrade until 2015. We are on the plan where we pay for the phone monthly and are eligible for an upgrade each year. Since the salesman was unable to assist, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he didn't have a supervisor. I told him I didn't believe him, especially since he had been misinformed about my upgrade status. He said all he could do was send us downtown. His associate, Alena, broke in and said to me, "The 'love' on your shirt should say 'hate'." This was uncalled for and completely out of line for an AT&T employee. I will not patronize this store again, and encourage everyone else in Brickell village to do the same, especially since there is another location at 250 SE 1st Street. read more

i have had an excellent experience at this store and am very impressed with the helpfulness, courtesy and great customer service especially offered by Sabeh, the store manager. The other employees are helpful too and I discovered they also have a kiosk out by the valet on south Miami ave. it seems like they want to establish a relationship with the customer so you come back for the future and not terribly pushy about making the one time sale. I had the worst experience at this AT&T. I went in an ordered a new iPhone, they cancelled my old phone so I was left without a phone for days, when I asked them to fix it they said I had to call "611" which seemed to be their answer for everything. I go into the store to not have to stay online with customer service for hours. I will not be using this AT&T store anymore. read more
