I visited this T-Mobile location hoping to upgrade my iPhone to the new iPhone 17, but the experience was honestly disappointing from the moment I walked in. There were a few customers waiting and three employees present, yet not a single person acknowledged me no "hello," no "we'll be right with you," nothing. One employee was in the back, another was actually helping a customer, and the third simply said, "sorry, I'm new," when I tried to get her attention as if being new meant it was okay not to offer any kind of customer service. Even if you're still learning, greeting customers or asking a coworker for help is basic professionalism. It was frustrating to stand there watching while no one made any effort to acknowledge or assist me or the others waiting. This is not the kind of service you expect from a company like T-Mobile. The staff here clearly need better training not only on procedures but also on the importance of good manners and basic customer service. I left feeling completely overlooked and frustrated. I will never return to this location. T-Mobile, please do better. read more

Was greeted by employees who don't speak any English. I get needing bilingual but if the gentleman walking in from his break wasn't there I wouldn't be able to get the help I needed. It's very strange a big corporation hired employees that can't communicate with everyone. read more

I was impressed with the service and quality of information I received here. The lady I spoke with was thorough and she clearly explained my plan. These things can get confusing. I asked her what my plan covers for my upcoming trip to Europe. I was pleased that Tmobile covers texts and wifi while in Europe. I like their TMobile Tuesday app. They have some useful goodies and contests. It is fun to see what they offer next. If I need assistance again in the future, I will stop by here. I went on a Tuesday 5/13 at 6:30pm. I went in to return the device for the internet. The girls there refused to look at my account. They told me I can not return the device at there store that I must call customer service. First reason was because it has to be within 40 days. I explained that it had not been the 40 days and then the other girl said well really it's because the account is canceled. I called customer service they said my account is not closed. Pilar has the worst customer service and is not up to par on the rules. She doesn't want to do her job and just insists on people doing extra steps so she doesn't have to. Horrible. This store fraudulently signed my family up for $70 monthly with free phones, however the package had already expired. So my wife and I owed $400 for phones we were told were free. Pay special attention folks. You will get no support from the store manager (Rachel), the district manager or national T-Mobile. I was forced to go to the store physically to beg for monthly discounts. I was threatened that if I changed carriers I would be sued for the phone balance. Here's the bottom line. I was treated poorly in part because of my age and race. There is no denying it as store employees would giggle as I entered the store and the manager would step into the back storage/breakroom with a fictional customer. I highly recommend paying a little more and going with another carrier, because T-Mobile thinks you (and your kind) are not worth being treated fairly. read more

I have received exceptional and professional customer service via Chat Phone and just yesterday, I was truly amazed at how Merita, went above and beyond then her Supervisor filled up with a call, to ensure all was resolved. I've been with T Mobile for years and never had such terrible customer service as this location, and from a manager no less. Fred should not be working in any service industry. He doesn't listen to customers or offer to help. He just talks over you and rushes you out. Very unlike T Mobile to have an employee with such an attitude. I got spoiled by other Tmobile stores where they thrive in customer service. This one is mediocre at best. The 2 young men on the floor were everything but friendly. They got the job done but there was zero friendly customer service, zero up selling and zero knowledge of the products. read more

The service here has been exceptional. I've been battling with Tmobile customer service over the phone for over 6 months. Furious is an understatement. After 10 years with Tmobile I was ready to call it quits and tell all my contacts to reconsider their use of the company. Ive been to this store twice and its been GREAT service both times. Today Gretel Garcia was the agent. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Incredible hospitality, helpfulness, and was on point about everything. I was expecting to be there at least an hour --my last attempt to stay with Tmobile, and within 5 minutes I walked away with an unlocked phone. She is a star! This store has definitely saved the company in my eyes and kept my family from finishing their use of Tmobile. Gretel should be promoted! read more

I went to buy my daughter the new Apple phone. Instead the staff offer me special of buy Apple phone and get the watch half off. They said sign on the key pad. I ask for a print out, was told they will send it later. Reach home. 3 hrs later I still don't have contract. Called and was told their still working on it. Found out later that they charge me full price for the phone and watch. I was so disappointed in them. I went to the location and spoke to the manager, didn't help at all. It's all about commission. I just bought the new iPhone 8 for my husband as a birthday present and he went later in the day to get help to transfer all his picture and information from this old iPhone 6 and the store Manager delete all the information from his old IPhone claiming that he "understood " that he want it to transfer all the info from the new phone ( in blank still with the stickers ) to the old one!!! What in the world !! Who do that! What a negligence ! 2 years of videos and photos of our baby Daughter lost! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Negligence at best and they won't ever offer an apology .
